I used this towing company twice. I called on a Friday during rush hour traffic and Alex was able to get to me within 30 minutes. He was very professional, understanding and friendly. He hooked up my car and brought both my car and me home. He even gave me some references for a mechanic. I needed to have my car towed again the following Monday to get it to the shop for repairs and I called him at 7am. He was at my house within 30 minutes ready to go. Again, very professional and friendly. His prices are awesome and quite affordable, especially compared to other towing companies in the area which is great because if youre having to have your car towed, you know youre going to be encountering some financial setbacks you werent expecting. Id definitely recommend and use this company again if I needed to. Hopefully I wont need to, but... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! You wont be disappointed.

Originally we had called a different company first because they were closer however we waited for over an hour and hey still haven’t shown up we cancelled and called monster towing and he got there extremely fast even though it was a bit of a drive for him to pick us up. We were in an accident and stuck in the middle of a four-lane intersection. The keys were unintentionally locked in the car. This company was very reliable, Daniel Valle took me and my girlfriend all the way from Orlando to Fort Myers at a good rate, my WRX broke down and a few other towing companies didnt want to make the trip. Daniel was very professional and friendly with us, would recommend if you want to make sure you get your vehicle where you need it fast and safely.

All the other tow companies I called said it would be at least two hours to be serviced. I was stuck in a sunny spot, no A/C, in the middle of the day. Alex was so incredibly helpful and picked me up in less time than what he originally said. He also LITERALLY went into the store near where my car was stuck and grabbed us both waters. Before calling monster towing I had called my insurance company who referred me to two towing companies who weren’t helpful at all due to the fact that they didn’t have the materials needed to tow me out of a dirt road( line wasn’t long enough).I was stuck on a dirt road in the middle of the night. I googled tow truck companies in Kissimmee and found monster towing and I’m glad I called. Alex was very helpful and knowledgable when I called and provided me a driver named Ceasar who came to my rescue immediately, stating to me once he got there that the job looked difficult (since the care was more than 3 car lengths out) but wasn’t going to leave until he got the car out of the dirt road and would try everything he needed to, he kept me up to date with the progress. They had multiple forms of payment which was very convenient unlike the other companies who only expected cash. Thanks for your hard work and positive attitude monster towing

My vehicle broke down in the middle of an intersection of 192, I called and then we switched to text to pinpoint my exact location and have clear communication. He was quick to arrive, handled the truck with skill and did so with friendliness and reassurance. I had already arranged for a ride, but was offered. The car was dropped off at my home on a narrow street, right next to another car on my driveway, again handled with precision and care. At this point I was going to give a 5 star review even if he charged me a lot, but to my suprise, the bill was around $30 less than what I would say is average for the distance towed. I dont think he udersold himself, just other tow companies in the area overcharge, so it was a nice end to a very crappy situation of having my car stall in the middle of a busy road.

I was driving from Tampa to Kissimmee and my truck stalled on highway at traffic light.I called several companies and minimum wait time from all was 45 minutes to an hour, price ranges were higher than Monster and some almost double.The gentleman (Miguel) who came, very professional and experienced.He loaded my truck without interrupting traffic which is crazy since I was on Osceola parkway on a Friday night.Thank you for making a difficult situation into a positive experience and without trying to retire off of one pick up.I hope I don’t have to use you again, but if ever in this situation again, I will be calling Monster. Last Friday, I got a flat tire. I was stranded on the side of the I-4 for a while. After calling several places around the Kissimmee/Orlando area, Alex from Monster Towing was the only one available. Very professionally, he answered the phone, I sent him the location through my phone and he arrived very quickly. He then towed my car and drove us to the nearest Walmart so I could change my tire. It was a real pleasure to have met him as it was very nice to talk with him and know where he comes from, etc. The price was not bad at all. Most of the time we talked in Spanish as he is fully bilingual (a must for me!). Thank you again Alex and see you around! I completely recommend his services.

Miguel was very proffesional. My car is lowered, about 3” from the ground and I was worried that this would make things difficult. Miguel’s problem solving skills are very detailed and he was able to overcome with no stress. It was also cheaper than several other nearby companies who explained they could not tow lowered cars. I on the other hand vowed to never help him again.Honestly though I am super picky on who touches my car and would trust them with any of my vehicles. I searched Google for a tow truck near me and every single person I contacted failed me. The first 4 companies I called either did not answer the phone or claimed I was outside of their service range. One company had the audacity to tell me to wait 40 minutes for their tow truck, to only be called back 35 minutes later that I was NOT within their service zone. I came across Monster Towing and sure enough within 15 minutes my car was hooked up and was on my way back home.Extremely pleasant and courteous. Their pricing is completely fair, unlike many of those in this business who choose to charge exorbitant prices targeting those in need. I would refer this company ten times over if I would. More companies should be as honest as Monster Towing FL.If I ever find myself in need of a towing in orlando, they will be the first one I call.
