Great customer service! Highly recommend doing business with these guys. I’m from Ga, but I had an issue that needed a fast fix while I was in town on vacation. I swung by and spoke to Danny (the service advisor) hoping they might be able to give me a temporary fix until my part came in on Saturday morning. They jumped right on it. Danny grabbed Alexis, the mechanic, to come take a look. Alexis didn’t have a tool that would fit because it’s not something they normally work on. He didn’t give up though. He did it! He figured out a fix and in about 15 mins. I was very impressed! And without damaging anything on my car to prevent me from getting the original part installed, when it arrives. I don’t live here in Florida, but if I did, I would definitely continue to do business with theses guys. Really appreciate the effort and the fast fix.

I took my 2015 Infiniti Q50 in for new tires & an alignment. That was done fine, but a few days later, I went to remove the rear tires in order to replace the parking brakes & turns out that they over torqued several lug nuts. I had to use a 2ft breaker bar just to get the lug nuts off. I had to replace 2 lug nuts & 3 lug studs since they were stripped. Once I saw this, I checked the front tires & same thing, there are several more lug nuts & lug studs Ill need to replace now.Was able to get in contact with them & it appears that they will fix it in two days (when I take it in) but will keep this review updated.

According to the internet it opens at 7:00 am and when you call it says in the hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm when they open almost at 8:00 am I had to wait almost an hour or more for a chance my throw no ae yes they are good and bad but if they are lack of seriousness

My 18 year old son left his car for the oil change and tire rotation (rotation is included in the oil change) they called him to offer other services and he said NO to them, when he picked up the car, boy inexperienced, they charged him almost $ 100 dollars, he paid and left, when I looked at the receipt, they charged him a $ 30 service that he had said no, apart from a $ 9 shop fee charge !!! and to finish the tires did not rotate. they take advantage of seeing a teenager, they shouldnt do one of those things, and they shouldnt steal from people like that

Probably the single worst car experience I’ve ever had and will ever have. I brought my car in early Tuesday for a routine tire change and did not receive my vehicle till Friday, late day. The entire experience showed the stores lack of communication and the avoidance of issues. If given the real correct information from the store I would have taken my car back Wednesday and found a new store. Friday, the day I had to leave the city, the entire day was filled with conflicting stories from each person I called. Finally at 1pm I was told my new tire would be there at 2 pm and my tire would finally be changed. When I arrived at 3:30 pm, I find my vehicle sitting in the sun with the windows down, doors unlocked, unattended while my valuables are out. At this point my leather now has major sun damage due to the location my car was abandoned for the past over 3 days. And to make matters worse, when I found my car in this condition, my tire still wasn’t been changed as I was promised. I expressed early that day that I needed to leave the city at a certain time, however Pep Boys had no urgency to change my tire until I arrived physically 3:30 pm that Friday and saw my vehicle in the condition they left it. After I arrived with my luggage, Pep Boys finally changed my tire after more confusion and conflicting stories, it seemed as if my car was forgotten again. I do not recommend this location.

Been coming here since they first opened. For a set of tires and it was great. Had a nail in my tire and they fixed it right up no charge. The 2nd time this happed same I was expecting to pay but they told me no problem. Great customer service. It was pretty quick too I called they said was going to be 1hr and I came in and about 1 hr . This location definitely has it together. Good job you guys you’ll always have my business!!

This is my go to for car repairs. The staff is wonderful and competent from the front desk to the mechanics. My only issue is even if you have an appointment, youre not seen on time. My 11 am appointment turned into 1:30 pm today. This is the norm. Come on management, help your employees.

Aida was super friendly and helped me with my vehicle. I even heard her helping others with kindness and a smile. They took care of me and were on time and gentle. I will definitely come back.

Got my tire changed here and it was okay the staff were super friendly. I took the mistake of also getting my tire changed here lol and not the dealer with the amount of headache and work they had to do for only 1 tire and a tire light. Mine aswell go to the dealer next time.

This place will try to take advantage of you if you dont know anything about cars. I witness them quote I a guy three different prices on replacing a tire. I needed a transmission line replaced, they wanted to inspect the entire vehicle and charge me 60.00. The manager came up with a ridiculous price of 450.00 to replace two lines when I only needed one replaced. Then dropped the price to 350.00 for one. I went to Ammoco transmission and had it done for 125.00. Avoid this place if you can.

Aida and her guys were amazing. From out of state, they got us in as soon as we got there and helped us out price wise best they could. Very polite.

Made an appointment for a simple tire balance at 9 am its currently 2:16 and im still here, had plans at 12:30 that I couldnt attend and now will have to work straight out of here on an empty stomach... dont expect expect to be seen on time. Customer service wise staff seem polite but they took 6 hours for a routine oil change. My appointment was at 11:30 I called at 2:30 after 3 hours and they said oh your car is next, like what the heck was the point of having an appointment!

Pep boys on Osceola is an excellent place to take your vehicle for repair. I have been in there numerous times for work on both my car and my sons car and we are always treated very courteously. The manager” Danny” is very personable and accommodating in both getting you in and out in a timely manner and explaining what you need now and what you might need later. I always feel I’ve been treated very fairly as far as price. Car repairs are often a big bite in the wallet and many of us are wary of what work is actually needed but the kindness and warmth of the people at this location alleviate those fears.Danny and Michelle and Peri are a pleasure to work with at the counter and then Alberto and Lester are awesome mechanics outback.

I was able to buy four new tires for the price of three we got a Pep Boys credit card which gave us another $50 discount and we were approved for $1,500 for one year no interest I am stoked

From my experience from Pep Boys from Dallas Texas to Mobile Alabama and here in Orlando Florida there a little Tad expensive but they are thorough and they stay behind their word of what they do to your vehicle I trust Pep Boys and I think Nationwide I would Morley imagine that they would do the same as they do in every state and actually the three states I have lived in in in the past 10 years two thumbs up to Pep Boys will give you tires at a great price or an oil change or just ask question about your vehicle without even having it serviced there and they will give you a very thorough explanation thats why I depend on Pep Boys everything else is just second place

Just a heads up for others. I was told appointments dont mean they will work on your car around that time. Just that they will get to it at some point that day. I guess the concept of a schedule is just too advanced for Pep Boys.

I came here Sunday, had an appointment & they had to reschedule me for Tuesday. Here it is, Tuesday, an hour past my new appointment time & they still havent even pulled my car in to look at it. Im very disappointed with this place, I used to come here all the time.

Never go to here, this is a big problem, you coming with a problem and you leave with a 2 problem.

Went in for a regular oil change in June 2019. The mechanic forgot to cap the oil cap after refilling the oil tank. As a result, oil spewed all over the engine. 6 months later, my car alternator and fuse blew. Why? Oil was found all over the fuse! Cost? $1500 in repair! Do NOT go!

Called 2 days before to make an appointment to change 4 tires, and asked how long would take, Melissa said 1 hour and half, i made an appointment to 8 am, drop the car at 8 sharp, it was basically empty, when i came back one hour and a half later, they didn’t touch my car, and the person that accepted my car told me that the appointment was to guarantee to service that day, that is BS, not what was told me on the phone, i will never stop in this place again

I leave my truck today at 1 pm to change the tires. At 6 pm they didnt start to work in my car.. I wasted time and I need .y truck to next day.. very irresponsible and unprofesional .

I had an appointment at 11am today 7/23/19, i was on time. However, some lady was given my spot and i got delayed 1 whole hr. This lady customer was invited or allowed to be under her car while smoking a cigarette, no one seemed concerned about the fact that this could have ended on a fire. This location has 6 lifts but only 3 techs working, short staffed and overworked #1 Whats the whole point of giving appointments, #2 Where is the work safety allowing a customer to smoke in an area where oils and other highly combustible materials and gases are present? I hope this review helps management review their safety protocols and customer service. Good Luck!

I take my car for a inspection ac, and directly say is a compressor and condensed, etc, always the more expensive, but my compressor is work fine, is something electric on my radiator fun, is no working, so this time was a bad attention, I am disappointed

I had a pretty good experience here especially after I was refused service at the pep boys down the street on vine. Jesus and Carlos really try to take care of my needs and they did so. I’ll probably be going back to this location if they continue to keep up the good work!

Went with a flat tire and they told me it will take 1 hour and a half. I left and 10 minutes later they called and say the tire cannot be repaired because the patch doesnt hold the air, and tried to sell me a new tire. I went to a different place and my tire was fixed in 20 minutes, for $20. Avoid this guys, theyll rip you off.

The staff is very nice and professional. I was quoted a price when I arrived and didnt past a cent more than what was told before hand. I didnt have any unwanted work or surprises on my car. The only downside is the wait, like other reviews said. That seems to just be due to the few number of employees not their speed at doing the job. I drive past two other Pep Boys because this has the best reviews and they earned every star.

I came in to have my air conditioning fixed and these guys went above and beyond to try and make this as seamless as possible for me. Even when I was being indecisive about renting a vehicle, they were still patient and kind. They not only fixed my air conditioning, but they fixed another small part of the vehicle as well and reimbursed me for the rental AND drove me to the rental location and home. So grateful. I was pleased that I could make my appointment online for the same day but I do not think online scheduling reflects the shops availability and demand. I scheduled for a 1pm appointment to get an oil change done. Got to the shop at 12:45pm and was informed it will be an hour wait. I waited in the lobby til 2:15pm and when I approached the counter and asked them if my car is ready. To my surprise it wasnt even touched. I took my keys and left. Sat in their lobby and wasted my time to leave the shop without my car even being touch.

Love this place. They rotated my wheels at no charge.

Excellent service!! I had a tire emergency late after store hours. I contacted the store and they advised they would wait for me . When I got there Adam was very kind to quickly fix my tire for my family vehicle, He had such a great attitude and was very polite and efficient !!! I also want to give a lot of props to Carlos who I believe is the store manager. Made me feel so comfortable and felt like if I was having a conversation with a family member!! If your looking for excellent service with a family friendly environment I would recommend this store 100%. I will soon be buying some tires and these are the guys I’m going to.

I came to Florida from Texas and I got a flat. Didnt know what to do cause I needed to leave early the next morning to head home. I called Walmart but they are still not doing automotive and then I called Discount Tire and they were closed due to it was 4th of July. I did a google search and found Pep Boys. I got there maybe an hour before closing. The staff was AMAZING. Michelle waited on me and was very sweet and helpful. Juan C took great care of my car. I had asked them to check my other tires to make sure I didnt have anything in the other tires that would cause me to get another flat. Juan did just that and checked out my tires and did a great job. I was very impressed that it was 4th of July and was able to get my tire fixed and that it was at the end of their day and they still treated me good and didnt rush me and took their time making sure my car was taken care of. I was even more in shock when it was FREE. Thanks again for such great service. This day and time we need more great service and companies like this.

Made an appt. online and went in to get my brakes checked. Everyone was very helpful honest and willing to listen. Very clean and comfortable environment and they give you heads up on the progress of your check up or repair as it goes along. They even arranged an Uber ride home, and back the next day so I didnt have to get up early and bring my car next day to have it serviced .At no extra charge! Kudos!

Jose and Danny were great in installing a rear scooter lift on my truck. I needed a different part after the installation. I drove by the next day. They saw me, came over and I handed them the part. They dropped everything and installed the part while I sat in the truck. Great price originally an no charge for work done on the second. These guys are the best

When I went there last week to change battery everything was fine & staff were friendly & nice, but some have after that my Trunk was not lifting up with remote .So I dropped the SUV there at 8 am yesterday,even after 5 pm I didn’t even hear from them, so I called them, then they apologized & promised me to call back today morning, but I didn’t hear from them .I was totally disappointed & went there after 2 pm.Unfortunately still they were not able to fix the issue with trunk door.I requested for alignment too from before, they said they did alignment & I paid the charge too.But when I drive, I felt same way like before:-(I am really disappointed with your service, even though staff were friendly.

I had a great experience at this pep boys. I recently came down and purchased a used car and had this location change the oil and inspect the car. The service I received at this location has been by far the best I’ve had at any mechanic or shop anywhere I’ve been or lived. I dealt with the service manager Jeff and he is amazing. I was given updates as the car was being worked on through out the process. He will make sure you are taken care of before you leave. If I could give these guys more stars and more recognition, I would. Jeff and Adam were 100% there for me when I thought my world was crashing down. I moved down to Florida from South Texas, which is about 1,000 miles away from home. My transmission gave out on me on the way to work and I called Pep Boys to tow my car and help me with my situation. Best decision Ive ever made. Adam wanted to make sure that I called him when I got my car towed and that I was safe. Jeff tried his best to consult me, while I was in tears, and gave me my best options while helping me out. Even though were still working on the situation, because most of the shops are closed over the weekend, Jeff allowed me to leave my car overnight and is keeping me updated with more pricing options. I come here frequently for many services from oil changes 🛢to tire rotations ⚙️and today they really went above and beyond. I came in with my 2 front brakes and rotors complete shot! And they got me taken care of fast.The brakes were so bad that my guys Carlos and Jesus gave me the managers special on the price because they just refused to let me leave their store with my brakes the same out of the fear that I might get in a wreck🤯. This particular pep boys was a unique place. My first time ever here. I stopped in no appointment, spoke to the service manager. Made an appointment to come in for some warranty work. I arrived this morning and spoke with Johnathan. Johnathan had my GMC Terrain looked over. A list for the repairs was made. I must say from the crew working the from desk to the mechanics in the bays, these guys are incredibly helpful and very experienced on cars.Highly recommended ***** 5 stars

Well, I got my bumper cover caught on a parking block and after backing up, it, well, got disconnected from the front of my car. Oops! After being told by a chain body shop that it would cost over $1,000 to reattached the bumper on my car, I stopped by Pep Boys in Clermont where I met Carlos. He saved the day by referring me to a body expert at the Pep Boys in Kissimmee... I drove down and met Danny, Juan Carlos, and Nesty. Within an hour, Juan Carlos had my bumper cover securely reattached and looking brand new for less than $200. Im am forever grateful for these men for helping me out at the last minute. My car is now safe and looking great and the price was right for peace of mind. Thank you Pep Boys for employing such amazing people!!!

They are not trying to sell you anything at all excellent service and to the point!Friendly staff which offer free advice and not to mention Kruger coffee also.I just mentioned about a coupon and got about half off. I would highly recommend this store, very personable manager who has a passion with his staff and store.Just avoid the toll if youre trying to save some money.

Great service by skilled mechanics. Very friendly staff. If you plan to wait in the lounge while they work on your car: bring ear buds and your own entertainment. The tv audio breaks every 3 seconds and is never on cue with visuals.

Worst service ever! I went to them because my car company foolishly has a contract with this horrible place and first off the couldnt get the PO number even though I dont think they tried. Then I made an appointment, went there only to have them refuse to change my oil and make a lame excuse to hide the real reason they wouldnt serve me. I will be reviewing my legal options for the way I was refused service and I will recommend that my car company drop this contract and find a company that treats all customers equally.

I have to say any time I have to go to any dealership or auto service place I cringe knowing Im most likely going to have a bad time. I never know how honest they will be with me or if a problem they will tell me about is actually true. I had seen this store had better reviews than any other place around the area and I can absolutely say, my experience with them was amazing, pleasant and easy. From beginning to end, making the appointment was easy and they have any kind of options, in the actual website. You print out your order, sign it, come in, give them your keys and they do exactly what you need. It didnt take long whatsoever and through the entire experience they actually treated me with decency and they explained everything as if we were friends. I really appreciate it that guys! I will be coming back soon.

I happened here by chance and I am happy that I did.the gentlemen in the front were refreshingly helpful. They were more about the customer than the bottom line and it was so nice to see this. Because of how well I was treated, I am going to be going here for my car needs instead of my previous car place.

Low beam on my car went out and they were able to fix it immediately. Very nice staff that worked me in and it only took a little over an hour. Pep Boys was extremely clean.

When least expected especially coming from out of town I experienced an above and beyond effort from the start to finish! Tony was SO helpful when realizing how much in need my family and I were in a horrible situation. His manager Johnathan knew we were in a hurry and made sure we were takin care of. Great customer service and auto service. Worked with Carlos - who handled customer service, and Angel who worked on car. Have a older car with parts becoming hard to find via standard channels. I found OEM part on amazon, ordered it, and brought it in. Service was great, and car running MUCH better now.

This Pep Boys has treated us very well. I feel that they are more honest than the other stores weve been to. Even though we drive a little farther for this location, its well worth it. The employees are helpful and keep us informed.

I brought these guys my aftermarket rims to have installed on my car and they were wonderful! They inspected the rims I brought to them to make sure they would fit. My car was immediately taken back and worked on. Ivan was the mechanic who installed them and he was super careful and did an amazing job! Even when I found out that the lugs I currently had were the incorrect size, they ordered them from a neighboring store and I was consistently in the loop with what was happening.Thank you Ivan, Carlos, and Danny for your great customer service!

Alex was very concerned that I knew every detail and cost on my repairs before they started. Jonathan was a great person. The team members are honest and they work fairly fast. Only waited half hour for two tires. I recommend this location to everyone looking for honest and affordable service.

I took my truck here for a year and a half. After 3 wheel balances, the truck still shook bad at highway speeds. I changed 2 of the tires here and still shook. I did an alignment here and a few months later my tires were wearing unevenly on the inside. Pep Boys refused to do anything about it. The final straw was a $1800 quote to change my A/C compressor. I took my truck to another mechanic and got the compressor for $800 as well as the shaking stopped with a wheel balance at the new place. These people clearly dont know what they are doing.

Selected a battery online and picked it up in after a 30 to 25ish min wait. They had a driver go pick it up to avoid a hour to two hour wait. Great store.

I have gone here for a few things. One time because I couldnt get the light in my headlight to fit properly so I went there for them to install it. It took 5 hours of me waiting and then 30 minutes of them trying to install it before they just put it in and then threw the cover on. I got home to see my light still wasnt working and that they didnt even put it in right. 1 starOther times, I go and some people like Johnathan go above and beyond to help me out and its great. The service is fine.get there as it opens and youll only wait an hour and some change. Any other time, dont.This one is kind of hit or miss.

So... was having worst 3 weeks of my life, ended up with a broken Axel. Had my car towed overnight, didnt sleep a wink worried about cost, what was wrong and how I was going to manage. You dont think that the best customer service is going to come from an auto shop. But boy did it. My career is customer service and this team could teach a master class. I can have certain auto maintenance done at the dealership for free but I still choose to take my car to this Pep Boys because they are honest and thorough. They actually care about the customer. Prices are always fair.

I had an appointment for an oil change and Jeff checked me in at the counter, who I recognized from a different Pepboys several years ago. Soon after I checked in, Jeff called me back to the counter to talk about my tires. I was 99% sure that I needed new tires but had been putting it off. Jeff worked with me to get an amazing price that was within my budget. He genuinely seemed to care about helping me!! The whole process for my oil change and replacement of 4 new tires was about 2 hours. Thank you!!

My car needed new tires and I wanted things checked out as I was going to sell it. They took me in the same day and did tires and checked breaks, hoses and fluids at no extra cost and it was less than the quote--go figure!! Happy Shopping

Called Pep Boys @630pm for a estimate to have 4 tires installed. Carlos informed me he didn’t have the tires I desired but would be able to get them from one of his nearby stores and assured me he could have this done for me the same day. I was a little surprised since I knew they closed at 7pm. Not only did Carlos and his mechanic Luis stay after hours to install, mount and balance my 4 new tires. They also made time to include a wheel alignment and 3 step Fuel injection and throttle body service at my request. All after their estimated closing time of 7pm!! WOW!! I couldn’t get a rep at a near by store to make time to give me a estimate and here these 2 guys are staying 2hrs after hours to make sure I have a safe and reliable vehicle to use for transportation. This is my 3rd visit to this location but today they earned my business for life. Thank you Carlos & Luis!!Also, their Keurig Coffee was sooooo good!!2014 White Nissan Maxima Owner

I will never use this place again. Made an appt for simple oil change at 10 am following day. Showed up and was told by a rude person in lobby they were overbooked and my appt has been cancelled and I “ should have got an email about it.” I got it at 936 while I was on my way. Found a place while I was listening to the lobby guy swear at someone else on the phone that took me in 10 min 1 mile from this place. They were so quick I didn’t even have to exit the car.

I was heading back to Texas and had trouble with my breaks. Although Customer service was awesome. But I am still upset on how I was taking advantage of... they saw a single woman who didnt know anything about cars. They charged me 100% on the parts which Ive couldve gotten way and I mean way cheaper at an auto parts store. They ended up charging me $1,543.00 for the whole thing. When I was expecting to spend at the most $500. Its just sad how they do people when they see an opportunity to do that to person.

Jeff Vega was specifically helpful to me as he made sure I got everything I needed and prices I could afford formy car. I really appreciate him and the others who are very sincere here at Pep Boys!

I came into this store for a simple reason. I had a bike rack attached to the tow hitch of my SUV and I had accidentally cross threaded the bolt on so I could no longer get it off. I went in and I heard that they were about 2 hours behind schedule due to being short staffed so I asked them if they could spare a minute or two to use an impact wrench to get the bolt out so I could take the rack off of my car. Well what I thought would be a simple fix turned into a slightly bigger ordeal. While the Angel (the mechanic graciously taking time out of his busy schedule to help me) was trying to get the bolt out, the bolt wound up breaking off. This now begins the about 15-20 minute ordeal. Angel tried everything to get the remaining part of the bolt out of the hitch using every tool in his disposal. Even though my job was putting his schedule even more behind he kept trying and was determined. I told him that if it was going to be that big of a job then I would just risk driving home and try to fix it later. I felt extremely bad that it was turning into a bigger job than I thought. He told me no that he at least wanted to get the rack off so that I could make it home safely. Long story short Angel wound up going to the extreme of using and Oxy Acetylene torch to melt off the extending bolt to finally get the rack off my car. He even tried to get the remaining bolt out of the rack once it was already off the car and I told him no that I would take care of it and he had done more than enough. But before putting the rack in the back of my SUV he even went and put the rack in water to make sure it was cooled off enough to put in my car to prevent a potential fire. Angel graciously went to the most extremes to make sure that he could get the bike rack off my car and get me home safe. So a big thank you to Angel, Adam, and Carlos for helping me for what should have been a simple fix. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this store (#1655) to all my friends for their professionalism and hard work, and concern for their customers safety. Thank you again!
