Get quote in writing by email or text first. I was quoted $90 by the office but then charged $120 by the driver. The really kick in the nuts was that even though I sent the address 3 times, the driver got lost and turned a 20 minute tow into over 2 hour ordeal.

We booked tow in advance to make a very important appointment for 1pm... Called them at 1:10pm the day of to see if they were almost here as my appointment was at 2, 40 minutes away. They didnt even dispatch the tow truck. Made me lose my recall appointment as Nissan makes you lose your appointment after 15 minutes late.Will never call them again

Beware of this towing company!!! I had my car towed to Pep Boys, and my car was damaged during the commute. My insurance company, Progressive, contacted them regarding the damages and was hung up on. Do not trust this company with your car!!!

This guy goes uninvited into private associations and tows cars at will, then charges $120 to the owners to get their car back. If thats not theft, I dont know what is.Absolute predatory, exploitative bs.

The owner was very prompt in answering, very prompt in showing up under a hour. He even had room for me and my husband to get a ride home. His rate was the cheapest out of everyone I called because they all charge an arm and leg after 6 p.m. call him. He answer, hes worth every red cent!

While I can’t comment on the actual service of the towing company, I did just have one of your driver almost side swipe me and run me off the road on 535 because they didn’t check their mirrors before changing lanes. When I took a picture of the license plate I also noticed the registration expired 2 months ago.

Answered quicky and showed up fast. Definitely not a good service in terms of customer service and his way of talking. Seemed fixated on just getting his money and his people skills are obviously rusty but the price was better than other services. I wouldnt use it again unless i really didnt have a choice.
