Great and very prefessional Auto Care Center, good and friendly customers service some of the rock stars to definitely give a shout out to and if you need to go totally recommend to ask for are Jordan service manager and Fitzroy.5min away from Florida Mall.20-25min from Downtown Orlando.

As Im waiting at 4pm to have my battery check thats under warranty and the staff in the Auto Center say they are closed for the day. But the time on the Google shpws 7pm close time.. Bad Bad look

I came today to change my oil, it is 5:43 pm and It said on the schedule that they closed at 6 pm, I waste my time and gas to came because they told me they were closed.

It was a pleasant purchase. The mechanics were fast and professional. I was told a 3 hr wait my car was ready with 4 brand new all season 60000 mile good year tire for $76 each including installation in 1 and a half hours. Excellent job. The service manager was very helpful and very nice. I had an over all good experience here. Will definitely get tires here again. Especially for the prices they have. I went all around shopping and no one beat their price. I was actually priced $156 each for the same tires somewhere else. Definitely recommend their service.

Service staff told my husband to come back in 45 minutes to charge our car battery. We came back in 2 hours, thinking well, its Walmart its going to take longer than expected. We waited 10 minutes, first person was completely lost, was going back and forward behind the counter and ask my husband his name three times. Forth time he ask my husbands name again then went into the garage and told my husband that they were looking for the girl that help us first. We waited and waited then my husband stopped a guys from the garage center and asked about his battery. He told my husband he just connected the battery to the charging machine. Approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting for nothing!!!!! We went home to waited as we asked how long it would take a nobody knew the answer.Very unless, unprofessional and lazy people!!!!!!!!!

Was looking for an estimate but no one can be bothered to pickup the phone even during working hours. I guess they dont want my business.

They only had one person working. Then when I was helped the lady gave me wrong information for a golf cart tire. She was showing me trailer tires and I told her that I was not looking for trailer tires (I had the tire with me in the store) she did not even check the size.

I had just got back from Miami needed an oil change; the manager was great but the service sucked they put on the wrong bolts and tighten them down too tight so when I tried to get another oil change I had to drill one of the bolts out that wasnt one of my original bolts to get the cover plate off to get an oil change I will never go back to this Osceola Parkway Walmart I know that manager probably would have helped me but I didnt realize it until I needed another oil change be careful with these quick oil change spots as they do not do good jobs either not tightening down bolts or tightening down bolts too tight or replacing your bolts with other miscellaneous bolts.

Needs new management to motivate associates to work or replace them. A 30-minute job here will turn into 3 hours, easy. “Techs” don’t care about anything. This wait time was only with 2 cars ahead of me. If there are more than 2 cars ahead of you, just go somewhere else; you will starve in Walmart. You might as well ask if you can punch in to work and get paid while you wait.

Must get there early for wait time. Got the art 6:50 before they opened got done at 8:50....Great customer service and vehicle service for the price. My usually place to go for oil changes.

I remember a friend of mine went to get an oil change here and they left the plug loose and he ended up loosing all the oil they put in. Luckily he didnt blow his head gasket/engine... Thats enough for me not to ever touch this place... Im good ✌

I love Juan. He is the best and this Walmart car center on Michigan street and Osceola has been the best in customer service. I wont change this auto center for no other in Kissimmee. I tried all of them in Kissimmee and this one is my #1 because they are fast efficient and always nice and they even put air on your tires with a smile that you Juan

Too long a wait to get service. If I spoke Spanish it would help as they gear faster service towards them. Still, I like the Walmart store and drive out of my way to shop there.

Never answer the phone, the employees dont know where anything is and when you ask for help they tell you no. The customer service is absolutely horrible in this store.

Said they had my tire after I waited in my car for a very long time. Right before closing they said they didnt have my tire.i was stranded. . . . Walmart on old Lake Wilson. When I tried to get a hold of Walmart they just had that same auto tire shop call me. No use going to the big boss cause the big boss dont care.

Slow, slow, slow service, employees mad because I guess they have to work there, they even forgot to put coolant I had to go back so they can pour in water. Very low standards. I shouldve known better. Definitely, not going back.

Sat afternoons too busy .Not their fault it was my decision to wait. Bad choice. I should have gone back 7 am at opening time & Im sure it would not take 4 hours. Next time early bird catches the worm. Task is complete.

Is normally really fast service, today for some reason they needed to call a manager everytime a customer needed something and those were nowhere to be found, took me 2.5 hours to claim a battery on warranty

The first time I came here I wanted to get my tires changed they didnt want to do it because they were almost leaving home and I was the only car now I came for my oil change and they told me 2 hours Ive been here 2 hours and a half and hes not done yet now I got to wait another hour hopefully they get it done very bad customer service they dont care about people they are not polite very loud people here and thats the Walmart associates

I called everwhere to get a quote on a battery. Of course Walmart has the cheapest price. I parked on the side by the auto center. I brought my old battery in and was out the door in 10 minutes.

Muy mala actitud, las personas trabajando allí (no todos, pero la mayoria) son irrespetuosos, esta es la 3ra vez que vengo al mismo sitio a hacer mi cambio de aceite, me dicen que toma 1 hora u hora y media. Pasan 2, pasan 3 y no me llaman. Llamo para verificar y no atienden, 7 llamadas, en espera por más de 5 minutos las 7 llamadas. no tienen orden de que carro entregar, la chica (bastante odiosa) perdida sin saber que hacer, al llegar me dicen que no pueden hacer el cambio de aceite (luego de 3 horas) pues un tornillo no salía. En mi UNICO día libre perdí casi 3 horas (de las cuales estuve en walmart dando vueltas y comprando muy lento, pagué y me senté en churro manía por 1 hora y media casi). Pésimo servicio de verdad tienen que hacer algo ya.

Perfect place to change the oil in your vehicle. They check you from the pressure of the rubbers to the smallest detail without any cost, only that of the oil change service that is normally in 40 to 50. I like it because while you do the service you can go to Walmart to buy or walk while Your car is ready. They then call you when youre ready. Very well!

I waited 30 minutes just to have my car put on the oil change list. I know the service takes 2 hours but only receive the car 30 minutes and with several workers doing nothing. Wait close to the door all the time. When the employee who took the cars arrived, his response was that I was not his only client and that there was none. Nobody. Sitting in my car thats why he didnt come to my car. At that time there was only one car in front of me when I arrived. Not only do they not attend on time on a day without clients, but they do not offer apologies, instead they come out aggressive. I understand sometimes you have to wait but a good attitude helps to keep customers. With that attitude I will not change my oil there again.

As an auto car service and especially in tires is a real disaster, the service is bad, to repair a rubber pass from 9 am to 2 pm.

After two and a half hours waiting to change oil and filter to the car, they said they could not loosen the filter and did nothing. If I could give less 0, I would do it. Prize for the worst service ever.
