The set that I got look so natural that people think that they are my real nails. I was impressed with the result. The guy with no hair did a great job.

Just got back from Lee Nails. I took my husband this time. I feel bad because I can never remember my nail technicians name let alone my husband technician. But the gentleman who did my nails was amazing. He definitely took care of me and kept his area clean throughout my experience. We did small talk but he was focused on “nailing” the design I wanted. Thank you so much. Throughout my time in the salon I did see fellow technicians wiping down each area so they absolutely try and keep it cleansed. I do recommend and I will be returning again.

Been going here for 3 years. You pay for what you get. Luxurious atmosphere. Clean sanitary tools. Perfection. Your happiness is guaranteed. If youre unhappy with your service they will try to correct it. I love my nail tech Valerie. Shes the reason Ive been loyal.

Terrible service. I paid 200$ for gel, only for the lady to put too much nail polish coating and it comes off literally the same day and I’ll save you the horrible pedicure. The lady literally sees my toe being messed up and does nothing about it, Im a very nice customer, but i do not like when people take advantage. Overall. Avoid this place. Not professional. I went 2 hours before close and they just kept trying to get me to leave. Honestly save yourself the headache and go to a nail place that will actually take their craft serious. The picture below is literally right after I leave the place, she did not let the gel dry good enough so it messed up right away.

Lee Nails & Spa Sunrise has been my go-to nail salon for almost a year now. I came across them out of convenience and decided to stay because the customer service, QUALITY, variety of options, and now COVID cleanliness is impeccable. Their team is always hospitable offering beverages, and even stylus pens for my phone while my dip nails are being removed. Steve does an amazing job always catering to my nail art requests, but other techs have always been great as well!

I came in for a fill-in and toenail polish change and could not be more pleased with the professionalism, promptness, and expertise. It’s not always easy to find all in one. Annale and Lee exceeded my expectations on customer service!I visit Orlando each year and will definitely be returning.

Very attentive employees, clean place, they require you to wash your hands when entering which is very good, the massages of the chair are excellent, the jelly spa service seems a bit expensive, at first I did not make any gelatin, but then they fixed it the lavender smell was spectacular. I liked the pedicure.

First time here, came in with photo ref my nail artist is Anna. Very nice experience. Worth it.

The place was ok. But the person who made my service, she was super fast. And my nail doesn’t was like always. Also 3 day after my dip powder have chip and brake. When they take the time, my nail can be perfect up to 3 weeks and not 3 days. I’m disappointed.

This was definitely the most relaxing and pleasant nail salon experience Ive ever had. The shop was peaceful and had lovely decor. My nails were done in a timely matter, but nothing felt rushed or anything, my nails turned out exactly how I like them. Definitely plan on coming back!

Extremely overpriced i never taught i pay 100 dollars for full set and $63.00 for pedicure. 20 for gel is way too much .it was beautiful can’t deny but wow almost 200 dollars on nails and feet way too much …

First two times I went service and nails were on point! I decided to take my mom for a pedicure, and got the basic one. It was $27, and the lady rushed it so much that I got maybee half a minute of her rubbing stuff on my legs (not even massaging). When cashing out it came out to $59 for two pedicures!! (I guess theres an increase in price) Thats ridiculously expensive for someone to not even massage my feet. When it came to refilling my nails I unfortunately had the same lady who rushed it again. I got gel and after applying the nail polish she starts to file them, so overall they look sloppy! I dont mind spending the money If the basics wouldve been done right. I wont be going back to this location.

Got a dip while my boyfriend got a pedicure. Both were perfect! There were a couple super rude customers there that were very demanding and then said they werent paying! Embarrassing for them, but the staff handled it very well. Overall 10/10 would revisit.

Amazing place to sit back and relax. The staff is very courteous, professional and friendly. If you are here, looking for the best, ask for Amy and Cathy. They did our mani-pedis meticulously. 10/10 for everything including cleanliness!! Prices are justified for the services provided!👍

Very nice and friendly staff. Highly recommend David to do your nails, he was very understanding and friendly. I havent gotten nails that I liked this much in a long time, he got the shape and length perfect and was very nice even when I accidentally messed up the gel polish. It is a little pricey but definitely worth it.

First of all, the prices on their website are wrong so be prepared for false advertising. It takes two minutes to edit your own website. I understand due to the pandemic, prices have to change but that needs to be visible. My best friend and I went for full sets which were over $100 for two. I explained to the owner his website needs to be updated. Second of all, if I spend that much on a full set I at least expect the basics to be done correctly. My nail tech had beautiful nails but couldn’t do mine if her life depended on it. She didn’t buff it before she glued the tip on so of course they all came off within the same week. They were so thick and uneven after I told her they need to be thinner and more natural looking. My real nails weren’t filed, cut, buffed or prepped at all. It was my first time getting my nails done in months due to quarantine and it was an awful experience.

These are two days old. The nails themselves need work regarding technique but they got the job done. The staff were super polite so it made the experience worth it

Excellent manicure and pedicure

I was visiting from out of town and stopped in to get a manicure and pedicure, the staff was very friendly and salon was very nice, however the nail tech cut my cuticle so bad that now I have a swollen toe with a big skin tag, that hurts to the touch. I can hardly walk and cannot even put a shoe on. This is 4 days later. I hope it gets better and not worse!!(It Seems like it’s gotten worse as the days go on) I have been getting pedicures for over 20 years and this is the first time this has ever happened. I called and spoke to the manager on duty and all he said was “I’m so sorry”Also by the second day, the polish on one toe had come off!! Disappointed that I spent almost $100 on these services!Probably would never come back if I’m in the area again:(

Skip this place! Had an acrylic fill and ended up with fungus on 5 nails. Ive been having my nails done on and off for 30 years and have never experienced this.

I LOVE this salon. Every person that has done my eyebrow wax/trim, manicure, or pedicure has done an excellent job. I literally get services every week or two--theyre that good. I am greeted by my name when I arrive, which is highly-appreciated. It is so clean, relaxing, and upscale inside. The prices are a little high, but in my opinion, they are worth it, due to the excellent service.

The place is new and clean. However the technician was in so much hurry. When she ask me if I want some add on I refused she seem upset she hurt oen of my nails. It was bleeding and she did not care or even fix it. $62 with such service is not worth it. I still gave her tip but I am not coming back and will not recommend the place to my friends

Ghetto And poor service

I was a visitor from out of town and they took me right away. David took his time and did my nails and toes with care....he didn’t treat me like another number I felt Bert welcomes by him and very Impressed with his work......next time I am in the area I will definitely come here. Very clean and very beautiful.

The customer service was beyond exceptional. Their color selection was outrageous, I think it took me so long to find a color/theme. The pedicure was wonderful; the tech used brand new/sterile tools and they used a fitted baggie type thing in the bowl then threw everything out after each customer. Every ten minutes they asked if we were thirsty and their pedicure chairs were amazing! So relaxing! Im never going to find another salon this great in my home state

Kathy was amazing! She did a beautiful job on my fill and they felt better and looked better than when I first got them done at my local salon. I hate that I am out of state as this would be new place to go. My husband also enjoyed his hot stone, neck and back massage. Five star service and kindness!

Came here twice on my vacation for dipped nails and pedicure. Came with my daughter-in-law. An absolute diamond of a find - couldn’t wish for a better place. So efficient and friendly. Me and my children were in town from Pennsylvania for my daughters bday. We found Lee Nails close to our resort. Each and everyone one of them are extremely kind and professional, also I must add time efficient! David was amazing and he did a wonderful job on my nails and pedicure! I wish I could bring him back to philly with me!! I will be back when Im back in town!

The shop itself is beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing and all of the employees are hilarious and friendly. My technician was OT and he was absolutely FANTASTIC. Not only was he great at his job but was great with conversation and made you feel at home. I got a gel acrylic full set and it came out beautiful. I would definitely recommend this spa to everyone 100% and will come back over and over whenever I am in town.

Tracy is the best!!! I have my dipping powder for my hands, pedicure and eyebrows done here pretty much every month. Tracy is very patient and skilled with customized nail design as well. The environment of the nail salon is a luxurious experience itself!!! Highly recommended!!!

My mother went here on the 27th she got a pedicure and felt a burning sensation on the back of her right leg she didnt think anything of at the time but when she came home she had a burn /reaction on her leg. I been there before and never happen this was the first overall they do a good job.

OT always takes his sweet time with me and I love the work that he does on my nails. Will never go to any other nail spot in Kissimmee other than this one. And the customer service is up to par. Never have had a complaint yet with mister OT.

I’ve been wanting to try out this new nail place that opened for a few months now but I haven’t had the time. But I’m so glad I definitely got in there because this place is worth the money you spend. Everything is so neat and clean and the staff is super friendly and the prices are completely affordable. PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING!! my nails have never looked so bad. there is white stuff all under my nails. they didn’t clean them up after they took off my other nails. so i’m stuck trying to get the stuff out from under my nails. my nails have never looked so bad in my life. lily my nail tech didn’t live up to my expectations!! they do not do a good job here. i would recommend you go to some other nail place because they suck here. the only person you should go to is O.T. he does a amazing job UNLIKE STEVE AND LILY!!

Be very careful with this place ... They gave me foot fungus and they wanted to try and tell me to put another tip to cover it ... Very unprofessional place ... The owner is very rude and charged me 30$ extra because I wanted the medium length nails on a refill ... But be careful of foot fungus!!!

Im new to the Orlando area, and I found a nail spa I’m happy with! I have to say this was my first time attending this location and the service over all was excellent. I was a walk in with my sister in law and we were assisted right away. The location is super spacious and very relaxing. Kevin did my nails and did a wonder full job! Thank you :)

Just got my gel manicure done by Helen at Lee Nails. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a nail salon for service because of my concerns over cleanliness. I was very pleased to see pedicures being done in tubs with barriers and packaged instruments.Helen was very pleasant and professional. She took her time with my manicure even though they were busy while I was in. I didn’t feel rushed at all.I’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

I have been twice now and both times amazing!! Helen is terrific and so nice! Unfortunately my manicurist didn’t have a name tag to call her out but she was amazing! She did great job and I am in love with the color. Everyone here is so nice even if they are not working directly with you. They all communicate with you and treat you like friends! I highly recommend this salon.

Place is very nice and clean but the services have not been that great. I’ve gone multiple times and the work I get done there is always mediocre. Even a simple gel manicure doesn’t make it to the end of the week.

Very dissatisfied with the level of customer service that my mother received. From the moment we walked in, everyone decided to give blank stares instead of greeting us. Tracy was extremely standoffish and uncommunicative. She also kept her gloves on the entire time doing her nails and still acted like she was afraid to touch her. THEN walked away to service another client while my mother waited. Pay attention to how they treat you and other clients.

The atmosphere is very relaxing and calm. I got my nails done in ombré by O.T. and he did a perfect job. I will definitely be back and recommend him if you want your nails and toes to be done perfect. Thank you very much.

I was searching for a nice clean, professional nail salon in the area....and I found it! My first visit was the week they opened, I now go every 2 - 3 weeks. My gel manicure last for that entire time, no chips, only the new growth. All of the staff is nice and friendly, I specifically like Tracy and David.You won’t be disappointed.

Made us pay before the Badmanicure was done and is was extremely bad quality manicure,they put acetone in the nail polish and the color in all the nails chipped bad the morning after. (Was there in the evening) when confronted about it the refused a refund stating it was not their problem

I just had my second pedi and brows with Jade. She is so incredibly gentle you barely feel her touch! I totally relax and thoroughly enjoy the experience and relaxation. She’s also the same with waxing my brows. She doesn’t leave your Brow area all red like others do at other places. It’s really nice! And the chairs...omg so lovely and most up to date. The chairs even massage your arms. Just awesome! The place plays soothing music and clouds and a sky are painted on the veil. The deals are great too! Wish I could give 5+ ⭐️ I’m a regular now!

First time here and I love the atmosphere of the nail salon. Very clean place and friendly staff. I went to Kevin and got a gel fill in. So many different options to choose from and they have many different nail colors to pick. Will definitely be coming back here again.
