So I got referred to this place my friends and family but when I made my appointment and showed up I was told I didn’t have an appointment. There work is average nothing out of the ordinary from my own personal experience in the past and the work I saw. So if the work and prices aren’t great you would expect the customer service to be top tier. This is Kissimmee so many more places around that actually value there customers. So if you enjoy being treated like 2nd class customer Highly recommend.

Very upsetting & unfortunate experience with glam beauty and their manager. Long story short, I got my hair done by Jolleis. I have yellow brassy ombre in my hair with washed out purple, mostly yellow. I told Jolleis I wanted to turn the yellow into platinum and she told me she would not be able to achieve that look, it would be more like ash blonde. I agreed to it, but she could not achieve what she had promised. I called the next following days and asked to speak with a manager. I explained to her my frustration and asked if I can come in to get it re- toned. The manager told me that Jolleis had told me that I can only achieve platinum or ash blonde if I got my hair bleached, which was not said to me during my appointment. In the phone conversation the manager continued to talk over me without letting me speak. I asked her if I could speak without being talked over and she hung up on me. I was respectful the whole time and did not raise my voice, unlike her. They are very unprofessional and clearly don’t know how to communicate.There was also a problem with the price, at the time I made the appointment I was told a haircut, tone and blow dry would be $75. However when leaving, they tried to charge me $120, when I asked why, they said the haircut was an extra $20 and told me it would be $95 instead. I was not happy with the haircut as well after I asked for a style/layers and only received a trim, she didn’t even bother trimming my bangs.All in all it was a very unfortunate experience. Do not come here if you want to be disrespected when you politely ask for something to be done when you are unhappy with your experience... I am not one to complain/ write a review, but it’s completely absurd to be treated this way. Very sad I don’t have the managers name to mention on here as well since she did not introduce herself when on the phone. So now I’m out $95 with the same exact hair, just trimmed. :/

I went yesterday to drop off my aunt, she was getting her eyebrows done. Sonia did an amazing Job! I booked my appointment right then and there. I arrived a few minutes early was greeted right away as I walked in. Staff offered me coffee and water. The service and the attention at this place is amazing the staff is beautiful inside and out made me feel right at home. My nails look great! My eyebrows look amazing! Definitely coming back. The ambience the decor the cleanliness is outstanding. I have to say having worked at high end salons on 5th Ave in NY like John Barrett’s and the Avon Salon and Spa back in the day. I don’t give this review lightly, my standards are a bit high. This place met and exceeded all of my expectations. Definitely recommend it!

First time here absolutely loved the experience

After going through a very bad experience with tattoo eyebrows I had my doubts about getting Microblading done but Sonia and her daughter where so helpful very kind and her daughter perform a wonderful job on my eyebrows I can’t not wait for my touch up I’m absolutely in love with the results thank you so much ladies

Made an appointment with the nail tech and she didnt show up for an hour and 20 mins. I had an appointment with her at 10am and sat there until 1120, no other nail techs decided to help either. If I could give zero stars I would. I used to have great experiences here until I had a health issue that I needed to get under control before I could get my nails done again. I come back expecting the same treatment I had before and I didnt receive it

Absolutely amazing! I went with horribly done eyebrows which I hated and came out of Glam Beauty with professionally done eyebrows. Love them. Thanks to Sonia who did an amazing Job!! Professional and great place.
