Went as a first time customer for a manicure. Called in advance and was told to come right in. Waited an hour and a half while others were waited on who arrived after me. . They seemed to prefer doing pedicures. . Left without getting service. Other salons treat me better and faster

It was my first coming here and I had the most amazing experience by SON #10!! He did the best work, was extremely professional, patient and detail oriented!!! I couldnt be happier and trust,  IM PICKY!!! This place had great prices with the best work!!! Son gave the best massage as well as detailed immaculate beauteous work!!!

I love this place. Its the only place me and my family get our nails done. We specifically get them done with Michael. He is amazing. Works incredible and is super friendly. I highly recommend him. We have been going to him for years. Ask for Michael when you go and you wont regret it.

They do good nails but they dont manage their time well and can be a bit unorganized. Also they arent taking any extra precautions with Covid. I know a lot of places are trying to keep people separated and sanitize as they move clients around and wiping things down. They are Not.

I usually go here for my mani and pedi and its always been good but this time I received services from a young man, Sam and his work is wow. Something you would only see from high end places. I really love my gel mani and pedi. Hes very professional and his massages wow. This young man is going places. Because he treats his regular customers like superstars.

I have gotten services here before, but this time was amazing my technician was named Son. I received a pedicure and acrylic fill with a gel french manicure. He took his time and did an amazing job

I came to get my nails done as first. Amy was a money hunter. She asked me to get my eyebrows microblading which very interested as what she told me. I agreed to get them done. Honestly, I didn’t know anything what the different between microblading and tattoo. Finally, she used the machine and run over my eyebrows. It came out little uneven but overall they was ok. When I came out and met my friend, and she just got microblading by a professional artist over Doctor Phillip. My friend told me that the person worked on her eyebrow was using a little knives and run over her eyebrows to make lines look like real hair. I then stood closer and noticed that yes those looked much smaller and smoother and just like a real hair why mine eyebrows look thick and fake. I did the research on that night. What Amy did over my eyebrows wasn’t microblading but was tattoo. Microblading technique doesn’t use machine but use little knive and make micro hair much like real hair and mote impotently that microblading is removable but not tattoo. I was so angry and went back to the shop to confirm with her. Yes, she can’t do microblading I was told that she used that machine because she never goes to school to do microblading like real microblading. I was very upset and will never forget it. be aware that microblading and tattoo

Went with my mom to get our nails done and it was terrible, extremely rude and they talked about me unkindly with other workers. He did a horrible job with my nails and they popped off not even three days later, they are all uneven and they didn’t listen to what i wanted and jus did what they wanted too, extremely disappointed

I’ve been getting my nails done by Mike for over 8 years. He’s very professional and reliable and the his quality work has remained consistent thought out the years. The overall customer service is always phenomenal by all staff working at the shop. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is clean and very welcoming. I highly recommend Amie nails.

Worst experience Ive ever had. All I got was a simple manicure there is still nail polish on my skin she didnt clean up and my nails are rough she didnt file them smooth at all she made them more rough with the file. She didnt even tell me when we were done just started cleaning her station with me sitting there confused. I couldve done a better job at home honestly wish I had just done them myself.

Trash they gave me 3rd degree burns on my eye lids and scars and got away with it lady waxed my eye brows and burned me badly stay away they don’t have liability insurance so if they hurt you they will get away with it . The lady laughed at my face and rushed me out the store and took my money

I used to go to this salon about a year ago and like many other said it was kinda bad. But I think they got a new owner now. The interior looks new. So I gave it a try again the other week and my nails came out nice.

I went to this salon looking to try something different and it was a huge regret. After paying $120 you would expect to get amazing service but I was wrong. When one of the ladies did my pedicure she kept living for 5-10mins at a time and when she came back finally to finish my feet which were still in the water she started dumping all the trash of what she was using in the water and EVEN put a bundle of hair in the water where my feet were. I was SUPER disgusted & didn’t say anything to be “non problematic”.After that I was getting my nails done, the women that was doing my nails kept asking me over and over again if I wanted an upgrade after constantly kindly rejecting her offer. She did my acrylic nails horribly and at that point I was sick of it. My nails look fat at the bottom and skinny at the top like a rain drop. Not to mention, my nails broke less then a week later.I gave her a small tip because she purposely missed gaps when painting my nails and when I told her she completely ignored me and when she was done she just walked away. When I was drying my nails and dissatisfied with the service I see the lady that did my nails pointing to me and taking loud about the amount of tip I gave her. And then comes up to me again but to ask me if my nails were done. She came to look at my nails and said you sure you don’t want to upgrade? At that point I’ve already paid, had horrible service by two workers, pressured to upgrade and talked about to other customers and employees. I stayed quiet and just left as soon as I can. I’m not the type of person to make a sense in public but this place.. I will never step foot there again and neither should anyone else if they don’t want to waste their money.

The guy who did my nails was rude. My nails were crooked even after him fixing them, during my pedicure he was alright, he tried to talk to me and make up for how rude he was during my refill. He got so upset because I did not like the color and was slamming the nail polishes and had such an angry demeanor

Had been a customer for years. Then one by one the good staff members left. I left as well but thought maybe Id give them a try again after over 2 years, because it was so close to my house. Tommy was rude and arrogant. He insulted me, told me he couldnt be bothered with a fill, and that if I went to any of his co workers I was wasting my time. I asked how long a fill generally took him and his response was however long I feel like it. Such an awful way to treat customers. Would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to the Loop then ever go to Amie Nails again!

I came to this nail salon today May 27th at 2:37pm to do pedicure and as I expected it was a lil busy day Memorial Day and only 4 people working which I had no problem on waiting and I understand they are understaff is ok but when I see this white lady coming in Lily asked her “ she was going to do”and she said “pedicure” Lily direct her to a pedicure chair and I was like in shock 😳 I was already waiting for 50 mins and I felt that was rude because my time is valuable like everybody else so I decided to ask the spanish nailtech if the lady had appoinment and she said “NO” I wanted to make sure it wasn’t an appointment before I complain, so I ask her why she is getting service before me if she just got here and dont have an appointment spanish tech tells Lily and after that Lily decided to tell me to seat in pedi chair open the hot water walked away I was on my phone and there was a mess water flooded a custumer almost fall I was so embarrassed I felt like crying all I wanted was to do my two big toenails and pedicure around 4:35 two ladies from the other nail salon next to Maracas came to rescue them so finally I was going to get some service a lady came to me and when she saw she had to do my toe nails she called the young girl name Amy to do my feet because she wasn’t gonna do that Amy so sweet adorable person finally a polite person came to do service to me she did my toenails my pedicure everything excellent my complain is if they have a list in the front my name was there why Lily didnt direct me to a pedicure chair like she did with the white lady that came 45 mins after I got there that was rude and disrespecful and you dont do that to nobody that lady did not have an appointment and got out of there before me my day was ruined because I had planned to go shopping for my son graduation and now I cant because is 5:53 Amy finished 5:38 with excellent service but the problem is the people thats working there today it took 2 hours to start a service with me and because I spoke up because I know for sure I would be still sitting waiting for who wanted to do my pedicure I felt discriminated and thats awful of course NOT COMING HERE AGAIN and to let you know I was there last week with my granddaughter and did pink and white and I loved it thats why I came back but todays experience was so wrong never again coming here 👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼 Thanks for waisting my time rude and disrespecful

I use to love this shop! My whole family use to go in for all services here pedicures to facials.Nick did our nails & Mya did our facials and eyebrows. We felt like friends or family when we were there. The last several times weve been in they are extremely rude & rushed. Even though they werent busy. Sorry but i will never go back and wouldnt recommend anyone else to.

Bad customer service. I was finishing up my nails . And I finished late. I was waiting inside for my ride which was about 5 mins away as I was getting to leave one of the girls who work there got an attitude pointed at me. Saying its 7:35 she needs to go out. I had contain myself from not losing my temper.never coming back here again. She needs an attitude adjustment. Unprofessional

My nails look horrible, I had a full set with gel French tips, you can see the tip and poor glue job under the acrylic, French tip painted unevenly, just horrible work. The people are ok, but my nails look horrible.Wish I could leave a picture on here.

The woman was very rude. Advertises 30 min pedi and she rushed it in less that 20 min. She put no effort into it. Didnt give massage and did a horrible job. I had to refile my crooked and chipped toe nails at home I was very upset!! Dont waste your money!!

Tommy is awesome. Been going for a few years and tommy got it right. Its hard for techs to do my nails bc I bite them. Tommy is the only that has every gotten my nails to stay on and not crack and chip off. Love tommy.

Horrible new Manager. Went on 3/31/18 and the manager was scolding employee not one but twice when I was there about letting them know when they go to publix they must leave their phone number. This could of been done in private. Then he started to talk to another customer saying hes the boss and if employess dont like it they can pack their bags and go. I personally dont want to hear it. Unprofessional. Felt uncomfortable. Might have lost one customer and maybe more since other customers were in the facility

Horrible job. Got a mani-pedi, left nail polish on my hands, didnt smooth out skin, slapped hands and feet to get my attention. Left me sitting while she played on her iPad. Wouldnt recommend or come back

New management, worse service!!! Dont waste your time here. They are unprofessional, RUDE, overpriced, and rush thru the services. Everyone seems to have a serious ATTITUDE problem! The owner thinks he knows how to do nails, but he is terrible! Left with polish on my skin, dry raggedy cuticles, and acrylic under my nails, I had to pry off. Acrylic didnt last 2 weeks! Tracy is like speedy Gonzalez and only seem to care about her own nails. She rushes thru your service and is done in a flash! Which would be ok, if the job was good. My acrylic came off one nail less than 3 day later. Ugh!Not to mention they are always talking about the customers in Vietnamese, laughing and giggling! How rude!!! I used to go there when Nick was there. He took his time and was excellent. All the good nailtechs have left. This place is so overpriced, with AMATEUR service. I will NOT be going there anymore! Would rather drive further away for better customer service, and a professional job!$67 dollars for a bad gel manicure and regular pedicure!!! Really??? SMH.

The service was great and everyone was very nice to me. I came in without an appointment planning to do my eyebrows and a mani pedi and they took me in right away. They did a really good job on my eyebrows and did it exactly the way I wanted to come out. Though it is a bit small the service was great and I totally reccomend coming here.

How about negative stars? I used to like this place. Is it under new management/owner? I had a French Pedi which started to peel off within a few days but still I decided to give it a second chance. My sister and I went in for mani pedi before going on vacation and we both got gel. My nail polish looked horrible and I let the tech know, she fixed it a bit but still it looked like I painted it at home. I went on vacation, no dishes, no cooking, no cleaning and the gel that is supposed to last is all coming off. My sister said she peeled it all off already. Really? I know that this is not supposed to happened because my previous gel pedicure from another salon lasted over 1 month and the only reason I took it off is because the new growth was showing. I stopped by to show the owner/manager and he just looked at me like I had 7 heads. I think theyre using cheap products and it doesnt stay. I will never go back.
