I love this place amazing customer service great prices and beautiful work I’m so happy 🥳I found this place been coming about 4 years now I drive one hour because I moved but it’s worth the drive great atmosphere they make me feel so welcome and everyone says hi I highly recommend this place

I ended up wanting to write this review because as I called multiple times to speak with the owner of the salon to talk about my concern with the service provided that same day, I was always denied to speak with her.I was not content with the quality of service but it’s not really my main reason for writing this review.The customer service by the manager was done very poorly & unprofessional. I was hung up on twice and talked over when I was addressing my concern. I originally asked to speak to the owner for this very reason but she advised me if I didn’t leave a message, I cannot speak with the owner which I found was odd.My error was not addressing it right then and there but because there were customers around, I didn’t want to express my concern especially when the owner had a client right in front of her so I decided to wait till end of the day and speak to her.I waited a few days to see if I could speak to the owner another day but it was the same thing so all I can do is leave a review on the situation and hope it’s addressed to the owner on her employees are treating the customers.I honestly felt hurt, disrespected and unhappy with my overall experience at this place. I am new to the area & I am also in the hospitality field and seeing this happen is very disappointing. I am not saying that the customer is always right because I don’t believe in that as some customers are very rude and disrespectful. However, in this case, I think it should have been handled in a better manner overall.I would be cautious and ask for clarification on the pricing as well.

Absolutely amaZed with this place. We called in short notice and got 3 pedicures and loved how the girls did our nails. Very professional and everyone was so nice to us. Will be back forsure! Thank you so much for our pedicures

There was a little wait time but so worth the time. They are very clean and professional. My son got a pedicure for the first time and he enjoyed it. This is my eyebrow go to place too they always come out great perfect and Im picky. Thanks again ladies

I have been a customer for over a year. Ann is extremely professional and exudes a pleasant demeanor. She does such quality work everytime. Even when you dont know what color and style you want, Ann is able to suggest something that youll love. Ann also does my 16yr old nails as well. My daughter doesnt want her nails done by anyone else now. She shows Ann a picture of what she is looking for and most of the time Ann is able to duplicate the pic from pintrest for her. We are always pleased by the quality of this spas work and will be a forever customer. Thank you Ann and your team are the true meaning of a calming spa.

Called ahead for 3 people for pedicures the lady said yes come on in.. first pedicure never was asked what service to use just immediately started doing a basic and we wanted a deluxe. 3rd pedicure waited 45 min to have someone assist mean while the other lady took someone who walked in way after we did and wanted to charge my cousin $5 to remove her gel polish after having her wait 45 min for a pedicure that should’ve been done when we walked in. Service was one of the worse the lady rubbed my feet at the end with some oil and didn’t massage just rubbed the oil in.. highly dissatisfied with the service received today.

Theresa was great. Not the cleanest, best job ever you can see. But Im so happy with the shape, Ill be back for sure!

For someone visiting FL and use to only one person doing my nails because I am strict when it comes to people doing my nails and eyebrows I am so happy I read all comments and decided to come here. Ann was extremely professional the establishment is clean and they are taking the right steps when it comes to Covid guidelines. I’m all about reviews so if I write it I mean it. Everyone should just come here I know I will when I come back to visit. And they have Zumba next door so you get to hear good music plus plus in my book. Thank you Ann your service was AMAZING!!

Hello, I went in to get an acrylic on my real nails and then a regular pedi with gel . I asked for a certain color and they game a two different colors on my nails and toes . Toes came out horrible like seriously these people work is so lazy i will suggest never to come here unless u just want to waist money on poor service . My nails were nice and straight lady made my toes all round like what is that . People are just horrible never again point blank . Idk who got them to 4 stars but they definitely need a F at this location. HORRIBLE.

The owner/ Manager is very greedy, disrespectful and unprofessional. This is a place where they tell you to wait for 10 minutes and you wait for over 3 hours and still did not get the service. No one gives a damn. Not enough employees to work. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Felt like they priced me instead of giving me posted price. My nails look great, quick and beautiful job but I felt over-price for the time involved.

I have been to several salons since moving here and while I have been satisfied initially, my nails would be chipping within 2-3 days later. This salon is similar to the one I would go to in NY. I will update after 3 days.

This is literally the first nail salon I actually really like. Anne did my nails and she did a amazing job! And the place isn’t even expensive. Anne did my nails extremely nice and she didn’t take forever like other nail techs usually do!! And she shaped them so nice which usually never happens. I will definitely be returning to this nail salon!

Omg, I love coming here all the way from Lakeland!!! Every time I come to see Ann she is always the same with her attitude the nails are always done beautiful!!! I come every 3 weeks and my nails don’t break off my gems always stay on ... They are very professional and Ann always gives me good ideas to do on my nails ..

Sam was excellent. I had a pedicure done today. He took time to do everything with precision. Massage was fabulous too. This is more than likely the best pedicure I have had. I would recommend this place and especially Sam to any of my friends. Even to those that are most demanding.

Brought my 13 yr old daughter here for the first time today to have her nails done for the first time(dad-daughter time). Classic nails was great to her and they did an outstanding job for $17..we will be back every few weeks. Awesome job classic nails, my daughter was ecstatic.

My personal experience was quite exceptional. Im giving 5 stars to my nail technician Thien (I recommend him). He was very dedicated and focused and it was simply a pleasant experience. The nail shop was decent inside not as fancy as other nail salons, but the staff was sweet and the service was well. I would definitely come back, money well spent.

I went to this location with my friends about a week ago. The ladies were alright, but we waited 1 hour and they didn’t even tell us how long we were gonna wait. 3 days after one of my nails broke because she didn’t do 5 coats of SNS like others places I go to. Now 1 week later and I’m missing 2 nails. Make sure to get more than 2 coats like my friends and I got.

Was good I was there at 930 am and no 9ne came until 940 am. They are supposed to open at 930 am, but I was at work on time

Well first things first i went there because they have a sign that says full set $17. Nice i thought... well $17 is basically acrylic over your real nail.. wow who does that. The establishment was very clean and the people were very friendly. When we were finished i walked out spending $27 which was still cheaper than some other places. They did a great job. it was a fast friendly salon visit that i was very happy with. Will continue to go there. It was the cheapest quality work i have found in Kissimmee.

I hardly ever write a bad review, but I asked for an ombré sns and it came out all white. Highly disappointing! It was my first time ever asking for this style and the worst first impression. I went to multiple salons in Kissimmee and I could say this one if the worst. Believe the bad reviews!

I went here to get my nails done and within 2 hours of the shellac manicure and pedicure I got, it was already chipping. I went back immediately to address the issue and they were very rude about it. 2 days later the second attempt at the shellac manicure is chipping off again. I paid $70 after tip and it’s not at all a quality job. I will not be going back and would never recommend this place to anyone.

I will not return. The man who did my nails repeatedly hit my skin with the tools, causing me to bleed in several spots along with making my fingers raw and very painful. The nails are uneven and crooked, despite asking for them to be fixed. The woman in charge did not care when I told her this, and still over charged me. I would rate them lower than one star but unfortunately thats the lowest rating possible. Very unsatisfied customer.

Not a clean place, they don’t sanitize utensils nor the pedicure chair sinks. Just got a bacterial infection in my big toe due to a pedi I got there.
