Definitely a VIP service. Long time looking for a good place to get my pedicure & manicure done and I finally found it. When I walked into the salon I was immediately greeted. I was offered water, coffee & tea more than once during the duration of the services. Luz Xiomara was very communicative in all the process she was doing and describing the products. They exceeded my expectations and I cant wait to go back and get pampered.

Luz is amazing. She spent three hours of her day repairing the damage is done to my nails by a different salon. she made sure that I got exactly what I wanted and it didnt make me feel silly for asking tons of questions about what she was doing to my nails. The atmosphere is super friendly and inviting and Luz has no problem engaging in friendly conversation about anything you want to talk about. I enjoyed being in her company and enjoyed having her work on my nails. I will definitely be returning and bringing my mom and daughter with me. I am recommending the salon to anybody and everybody that will listen. Vivi is one of the hair stylist that I got to interact with while I was there. I did not have my hair done however she was very friendly and inviting and we engaged in various conversations throughout the three hours I spent at the salon. Based on how I saw her interact with her customers and with the other customers that entered the salon I highly recommend her as a stylist as well.

This place is so amazing to visit, the stylists are very professional, and very great at what they do. If I could recommend anybody to do their nails, it would be this place called Blooming Nails Studio. The customer service is very good as well, as the stylists love making communication with it’s customers and would properly treat them well. I love it so much! When a woman by the name of “Luz” did my nails, I was very very happy with the results as she was really dedicated into making my nails look very beautiful and for that I am grateful for that. Thank you to Blooming Nails Studio for being so loving and caring with me while I was there, and also I wouldn’t know that they would treat others with the same treatment I got because to them, each customer is equal to them. ❤️❤️❤️

Very clean and calm environment, I love the spa ambience and thats what you get there. Luz, is an excellent Nail Tech, my feets where in need of treatment because the get very dry, I have some sensitive areas, so she was very careful abd gentle, at the end my feets looked and feel amezing. The first time I visited I thought once a month was going to be fine, but I realized 2 to 3 times a month wokrs best. I have been in other places, but never felt so welcome and care than here. Very upset. Called to find out info about nails, was treated very nicely and told to make appointment via App...so I did. Made one for Saturday. Then found out I could leave work early to go so.i made another apt for Friday at 430...canceled the Saturday one. Arrived at 415 and 1 tech was doing nails already so I sat and waited. Another lady came in 10 mins after me and sat. Luz or Liz comes in and takes the lady who arrived after me, my appointment was with her as well. It is now 45 mins past my appointment time and still not being helped. Was asked by Liz Luz whatever if I was here for appointment which I said yes, with her I may add....Im still being nice.... and she asks the other lady that is still taking care of her client if she can do mine after she finishes.Now almost an hour later and still havent been helped. Looking for a new nail tech and I already know this aint gonna be them. Pist, if It wasnt my birthday Monday Id just walk out...but Ive bern sitting for almost an hour and I want my nails done for my bday. Highly pist off. Unproffesional for you to take your friend first and not see who the other lady (me) was waiting there for! Went to this nail shop to get my nails done. Google said it’s open, and their sign on door said 9am-6pm for Monday. Well no one at all was there!! Why even have a sign if you aren’t gonna be there! Ridiculous!
