They do very good nails. They are affordable, clean, and very friendly. This is one of Central FL best. I travel from Davenport to get my nails done. Hardly ever a long wait

I did manicure pedicure gel paint after 1day this is look like. As you see paint doesnt cover my all nail it look really bad. When I try to told them they dont understand English. Very very poor quality. Definitely never ever going back & I dont recommend this type of place. I love my nails I have tried so many different places. Never got disappointed but this place is on next level. If you love to do your nails please never go to this place. Instead of this try another place. Dont west your money in here.

They are courteous and the amount of detail they have when doing your nails is amazing. I have never had my nails look so perfect . I drive 1 hr to come here and ill continue to do so.

They did a good job on nails but took a long time to complete. Everybody was Hispanic and mostly talked the Spanish language.

I love going to this nail salon. Jenny is an amazing nail tech and always does a great, creative job on my nails.

Under new management, new owners are also associated with Get Nails in Kissimmee. Ask for Khan, my boy will not disappoint!! Gel Mani & Pedi, he is VERY precise and diligent. Whatever your nail needs are, they will perform! I travel 45 minutes for this, wouldnt trust anyone else!!!

The technician that did my nails was great! Ive been everywhere in kissimmee and this place is great. And what is even better they are real people you can truly enjoy a great conversation during your service!

Nancy was the only reason I did my pedicure there, now that shes gone I have to find a new place. The new management is bad. The old management made if fun, and quality service. Margaritas while you get pedis. Always had music playing. Now its silent. Boring. No drinks are offered, pedicures are pretty basic too.

I will not be returning unfortunately I went today for a pedicure it was the most unpleasant pedicure and I was in pain the entire time I left with multiple cuts on my toes thanks but no thanks.

Don’t go there for a bikini or brazilian wax. The lady was unprofessional and unskilled at waxing. I should have walked away once I saw the dirty towel on the table, instead I asked for a clean one. She stayed in the room while I undressed. It usually hurts a little when getting waxed, but this was very painful and extremely uncomfortable. I started to leave once I realized she really didn’t know what she was doing, but thought I’d give her a chance. She had to leave the room twice during the wax and left the door partially open as I laid there half naked. It took her about an hour to finish and when she was done I was left with 3 minor burns and areas on my skin that were bleeding. I give this place 0 stars as there was nothing positive about this experience and of course I’m never going back.

Affordable and did a great job

I asked the man to take off my acrylics and keep the length of my real nails just clean them up a bit. Not only did he break THREE of my nails, he took a small chunk of my real nail off (which hurt very much) AND he REFUSED to clean them up or touch them again. WORST SERVICE EVER!

Dont get eyelashes done here, they dont know how to do them... Woke next day with irritated eyelids from the horrible material I payed 40$ and text it heather and she said to remove them myself at home with oil... They are cool ladies but need more practice...

This is my moms fave nail shop. She took me there 2x. The owners are very friendly, knowledgable, and clean but the shop needs better ventilation and more nongel nail polish for simple mani/pedicures.

This was my 1st visit. Went for the deluxe pedicure $40.00 plus $5.00 for French polish.Sign out front “special” mani-pedi $30.00. I thought the upgrade to deluxe would be amazing...I was wrong!!! The extra $20.00 (I asked a basic pedicure is $25.00 with French polish), was for four packages 1.) soaking 2.) scrub 3.) mask 4.) lotion. She never washed off scrub or mask and just put the lotion top. My feet were only in the water for a few minutes ( 4 total). She used an acrylic drill on my toe nails, not once did she use a regular file. No one has ever used a drill on my toes. I told her I wanted my cuticles and dead skin on my heels addressed the most. She scraped everything including toes and arch except my heels. They are so rough now! At the end she ended up adding oil to the bottom of my feet and legs. My legs are sticky and burn with the four layers she never removed. Side note told her not to use the stones, but she did anyway. After I paid I left a $10.00 tip, I asked the man the process and he told her/me each layer should be washed off except the final lotion. I told him she did not and that my legs were burning, he did nothing. I expect a refund!!! What an horrible experience.

I only went here today because the usual nail salon I go to was closed. I received a beautiful fill in and nail polish change thanks to FEFE but her manager is very rude and does not show good customer service it was only those two available. I had my 11 month old in the salon and he was with my spouse waiting on me to get done and the manager came over to tell FEFE, me, and my spouse that because my baby was being fussy that he would need to leave because other people getting pedicures wanted to relax! That did not sit well with me at and other salons I have been at i have brought my kids and they were fussy but I was never told they needed to leave. Had she wouldve said anything before I would have left. But after today I will NEVER GO BACK!!

Do not waste your time at Pro Top, I went there for years and recently things have gone down hill (thankfully because I wouldve never found this place in the next plaza) Anyways, there was a black lady who doesnt work there anymore who was the only reason to go there. (Recently) Her designs on nails were unique. However, the owner would complain about peoples children (while her own 2 year old roams the place on the weekends) The second time I heard her complain about that its rude, and her babys bad and she doesnt need that baby here about another customers baby (under 1 year) So I jokingly said you bring youre baby here, maybe she felt comfortable to bring hers? She then snapped back and said her TWO YEAR IS WELL BEHAVED. (What 2 year old is well behaved anyway? Thats an oxymoron) Which was not true at all, her baby once touched my wet toe nail, messing it up. So since itd been a while and figured I would get my eyelashes done. I had some glue left on my eyelid from removing the previous lashes I just took off.... she proceeds to use a eyebrow tweezer to get the glue off MISSES MY EYELASH and grabs my skin where I instantly start bleeding!!! Then has the nerve to tell me You have eye infection that whyNeedless to say, I lost my manners and full cursed her out!!! I shouldve trusted my instinct from before because I had sent friends there( because I had moved away for a while) all 3 of them complained and the nail techs complained to one of my friends to the other friend telling her if she comes in here, nobodys going to do her nails after further investing with my 3rd friend in which they didnt know, knew the two other girls...that nail tech that was upset about my friends ugly full set....only had her license for ONE YEAR. Which is not to say that means anything when someone has talent! But when you dont, and you dont have a lot of experience, or have the class to not gossip about clients...you probably dont have to tell people not to come in because they probably already dont want to. That couldve been a threat. Its just so sad what that place has become.I have no idea how it passes health expections. Also dont ever tell her she is wrong because you wont win. Plus their very sneaku to add things in without tell you theyll be an upcharge until you have to pay. IF you want BETTER THAN AVERAGE TREAT, go to the next plaza on the same side ANGEL NAIL SPA 2 their latino expertise in nails and their also great at facials, massage, eyelash etc. Look no further! The best thing about getting my eyelid plucked to blood, was finding Angel Nail 2 (next plaza same side) she was so sweet about it too she put warm towels on my head, played mediation music, put ointment on it, gave me a hug, offered me a blanket and a drink. Anyways, luckily that Bword plucked me in an area where I could still get my eyelashes done. Ive gone to nail shops for over 11 years, been doing lashes for near 5 years and PRO-TOP NOW (not before) is the absolute WORSE for so many reasons! And ANGEL SPA 2 IS BY FAR THE BEST IVE BEEN TO!!. For so many reasons! Great staff and great place. You wont regret it like you will if you go to PRO TOP. Hopefully I have stopped at least some of you from wasting your time/money on what should be fun and relaxing.
