Very disappointing! I was on vacation and wanted to get my toes done. I found this salon, and decided to give them a try! The lady who did my toes communicated poorly. She added a lot onto my service which I declined and she did it anyways, pretending she didn’t understand English! I kept asking her if it was included with the special pedicure I picked, she said yes! Until she finished and lied saying I was on the phone and said yes to everything she added on! Which was FALSE! I wouldn’t recommend this nail shop. I have never experienced anything like this. It was very deceitful and unprofessional to lie and add more to my service for more money without my acknowledgment!

The previous name (still on building) is Bebe Nail Spa but its the same place w the same nail techs. Ive been having my nails done by Tammy for over 12 yrs and she does an amazing job. I can go a month without a fill-in and absolutely no lifting which says a lot if you get an acrylic overlay. As for SNS and gel, they do a fantastic job as well. Highly recommended!

Kim was awesome! Love my nails and did a fantastic job with a pedicure that I wasn’t even planning! She set me up for a very relaxing week! Also had my eyebrows threaded and they did great! Glad I found them!

I have been coming to this salon for a few years now and they are always amazing! Tammy always does my manicure-SNS dip in pink & white is always perfect and I see whoever is available for my pedi. I do gel on my toes and always get 4 weeks of color. The prices are great, the salon is clean and they care about your nails. The tech who did my pedi this week was so meticulous and I went with a French this time so she made sure I was pleased with the thickness of the white band. I love this salon!

Im new to the area and tried this place because its a mile from my house. They were able to service me immediately and Im pleased with the results.

I have been going here for many years and the service is the same throughout. Katy does my manicure and pedicure, she is very articulate, kind and gives me the overall spa treatment.

Prices are higher competitive and services are very very poor, do not recommend this place!

When for Pedi and Mani. The lady that did my pedi was more detail oriented than the other. Not bad but $44 for a basic pedicure,too much in my opinion.Will see how long the gel last.

Early Monday, quick and easy. Although she was on the phone most of the time she was doing my eyebrows, she did a really good job.

Me and my bestfriend both got a full set and they rushed horribly, her nails that she just got done a day ago are now peeling off and she paid for gel. my nails are so lumpy and uneven. Worst experience ever and i do not recommend!

My husband was getting his hair done at the barber next door so I thought I could get a quick eyebrow wax. NEVER AGAIN.First I waited 20 min and then when it was time to get my wax the lady touched my upper lip and asked me if I needed an upper lip wax too ! 😑We all have a little peach fuzz on our upper lip. I came for a quick eyebrow wax to feel good, look good and came out worried about my mustache that isn’t there. And my brows were rushed and do not look any different.

Customer service was horrible. I got my nails done yesterday and payed extra for gel, they are already starting to peel off. I asked to see more options, and instead she insisted to paint my nails a very ugly yellow color. My nails were left very bumpy and unshaped. Waste of money, 0/10 would never go back! very disappointed.

Acted like they couldn’t communicate, over charged me and used cheap trashy nail polish. They also talked trash about us in their language the entire time. Scum bags!!! Beware!!!

I always love how my nails end up looking every time and the gel manicure really does last me up to 2 weeks no chipping, but Each visit varies. There’s been times when I had a great experience, and others not so great. One thing that really does irk me is when get my pedicure they always up sale you on “deluxe” pedicure, when in reality there’s no difference between regular and deluxe. Once you tell them regular pedicure their demeanor does change. A positive thing is that they do have a lot of colors to choose from and offer various services.

Poor customer service. They care more about money than they do the satisfaction of their customers. Very few of the staff are pleasant. The man who works the front desk and the owner are extremely rude. High prices relative to other companies. Not a fan.

I only went here because it was close to home. The pedicure consisted of scrub and hot towel... No more and no less... I never got a message or lotion... The manicure was even worse. She had me put my hands in a plastic dish with 3 marbles and COLD water...the nail polish was watered down and thin but they kept it in boxes that said gel... Even though they were not gel... I paid them only because they did provide a service but I will never go there again.

I have tried this place a few times, for different services each time was a bad experience andni just thought maybe the person was having an off day. About a week ago i tried again. i received a pedicure. The tech used the drill to take off my old polish before beginning. I was cut several times on my toes and one toe she cut so deep she cut into my nail. Today that nail fell off. I will NEVER go back.

Had a deluxe pedicure. Was excellent and included hot stone massage. Also had a fill and design. Great job. Very clean. Respectful and professional personnel

I was a consistent customer for over 6 months at ML Pro Nails Spa on Osceola pkwy and I love the owner, Lynn, she is such a sweet person. However, one of her employees began to decline with her attitude and always seemed bothered. My sister picked up the same vibe too the times that she went and even my boss who I recommended to go there said the same. So I decided to take a break and come here, plus its much closer to my house. My sister recommended Tammy, the owner, and she is amazing! Shes fast but very efficient and perfectionist. I have been doing SNS nails for a little less than a year and I have to say this is my third time doing them at BEBE nails and they DO NOT CRACK! They can even last me 4-5 weeks if the growth gap didnt bother me. At the other salon, unfortunately my nail would start peeling from underneath the corners since they start curving in as they get longer and Id always have a chipping or cracking if they didnt do three or more coats of the powder. At BEBE I noticed they use a pink powder (its actually white) and it adds extra protection plus the SNS grows along with the shape of my nails. Another plus is that they always have good movies playing. I havent tried any other tech and Im very picky, thats just me, so Tammy is my girl! AND its the same price as the other salon, $35. Only con is you always have to have cash in order to tip.

Awful place. Messed up everyone’s fingernails. I wish I had gotten their names. My daughter’s nails started peeling within 10 hours and all she did was eat dinner and sleep. Another girl refused to do acrylic nails on my daughter-in-law because she “didn’t know how” and refused to allow someone who did do it. She also did poor job with pedicure, cutting skin and making Both she and my son bleed. One girl did good pedicure on me, I didn’t get manicure. I didn’t find out about the problems until later after I pod and left. I certainly would have complained. They didn’t perform as expected for the amount paid and certainly did not earn a tip except for the girl who did my feet.

This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I paid $40 and ended up going back because my heels were still cracked and the paint job was really, really sloppy. During my pedicure, it was really hard to communicate to my nail tec about what I really wanted because only one employee spoke English. Nothing personal, but the language barrier made things extremely difficult. The lady who ended up fixing it did a better job and I guess I was happy in the end, but I won’t be returning to Bebe Nails and Spa.

I been going to this nail salon for couple years and I actually love the way they do my nails with SNS, everyone has to do with my nails when they see me. Tammy is the best and she knows exactly what i like and always surprises me with new designs.

First time coming here & I was amazed upon walking in! I felt very welcomed and absolutely loved the environment. Tiffany did my nails and I have been with her at prior locations and she never fails at making me happy for the job she does! Definitely recommend bebe nails and Tiffany for a great experience!

Bebe nails & spa have been at the Osceola village plaza for over ten years. The staff at Bebe nail & spa hold customer service as their priority. Their work represent a craft master over the course of ten years of service.

I was introduced to this facility about 5-6 years ago. Lets just say it was all about YOU when you were there. They did a great job - always enjoyed the heat rocks, but now they cool them down so much its lukewarm. If youre not getting a deluxe pedicure, they seem to care less about giving great service. Its more about business than making the customer feel relaxed and appreciated. How I say, Quantity over Quality. They unfortunately have lost my business.

First time here and loved the setting they have. Theres enough space and Tiffany is the best. If your doing SNS have Tiffany do them for you. The area, the ambience, the price is great.

Wow! My experience started off great, but towards the end all I wanted was my cuticle cut. This is the first time this has happened I felt disrespected as a paying customer if we ask for s service it should be done. I will not ever return here ever. I like this place, I have been coming every 3 weeks for the last 4 months. It is very busy, but they are fast, and I like their services.Reasonable prices, just make sure to say you want the regular pedicure, if not they will do the expensive one.I thing I hate, is that is ok they speak their language, but sometimes, you notice they have been talking or laughing about you. It was the woman next to me, she didnt like her color or something, and she changed her mind. But they should be more professional and no talk or complaint or laugh at a costumer in another language.Also, they should wear name tags, in case someone like me want the same girl next time.

You gals keep talking and talking when its all about time. It pisses them off when you stand there with the color their waving to come to them and your rambling on the phone. Excellent service. Just left and I was so unhappy. The guy was more into his phone then what he was doing. I showed him a picture of what I wanted 3 times and he still didnt even get close to what I showed him. My nails are all different sizes and not even straight. I had to leave so I had to tell him how to do it. Im so disappointed and I will never go back. Stay clear!!!

I will never come here again, when i callled I specifically asked the owner. How much for a full set, coffin style, ombre nails. He told me 3 times over the phone. $25, i asked again to make sure. When I went to pay he charged me $55. When I confronted him and told him what he told me over the phine. He said I miss understood and didnt want to do anything to make the situation better. The lady that did my nail was njce, but when you tell someone somthing and then make your customers look and feel stupid. I will never come back here again....

I just moved out to Kissimmee recently typically Ive been going to another salon but on sundays they opened later and due to time restraints decided just to find a salon already open. I went with my three year old daughter who was very excited for obvious reasons to pick out Christmas colors for her nails. The customer service was horrible from the second we walked in, the language barrier was a mess which made it difficult because the one tech who understood English had a extremely poor attitude even painted my 3 year old daughters hands green polish instead of the red she wanted with just one accent sparkle green. She had sent me towards the front do my hands while she finished my daughter so I didnt realize till after. Her feet were also half painted on more than half the toes. When I told the tech she wanted red not green please my three year old daughter its better for you because she was crying. I asked the tech to correct to create a good experience being thats not what we asked for also to finish painting her toes please .I was told your daughter messed them up mind you my daughter hadnt moved..still had her toe guards on. Nothing but rudeness and very rough staff . I was going to try eye lash extensions but because of the poor attitude I was beyond frustrated and just wanted to leave. If people pay for a service ...deliver it nicely with a smile. Non stop Vietnamese chatter amongst themselves and dirty looks .To mess with the tech i told the cashier to tell the techs I understood their trash talking and to refrain from speaking trash about customers. The tech looked like she saw a ghost. I didnt understand obviously ....but still it was very obvious what was going on. Very uncomfortable rude salon. I would give a zero if I could.

I got my nails done there about 2 weeks ago and my nails are strong and staying strong Ill be going back in a couple of days to get a fill in the next couple of days and yes the prices are funamamol and they are super sweet people that work there.

All I wanted was a pedicure, they gave me a deluxe pedicure without my consent, i was also unaware that I was going to be charged extra for something I didnt ask for. The lady did not speak english and she kept walking away in the middle of doing my nails because she didnt have all the supplies with her. The lid to the lotion fell into the water my feet was soaking in and she just took it out and put it right back on the lotion without cleaning or sanitizing it. I thought that was gross, i was in shock. She wanted to cut my nails instead of filing them and i had to quickly tell her no because she was about to start doing it before I could reply, then she did not file my nails well. and left my feet rough and basically barely did nothing. She also burned my feet with the hot water, I had to pull my feet out because i told her three times that the water was too hot.

The price is ok however they dont have a lot of color selection and horrible customer service.....(I had to redirect the nail technician several times. Still, she gave me the opposite of what asked. Refuse to fix it)

Nail place is amazing. I went in for a pedi and got the deluxe and CAN I TELL YOU IT WAS AWESOME. I loved the hot stone massage. I algo got a refil on my nails and Tiffany made a skull. In which I love, amazing place with a pleasent atmosphere.

They had histories in giving people fungus on their nails. It had happen to me twice and I took my sister last month and her was bad.
