What an absolute horrible experience. We went in to have my ring cleaned. When we arrived each of the 4 Kays sales team were working with customers. So we patiently waited to be assisted but that never happened. Instead as new customers came in they were acknowledged and even assisted before us. The manager who was in the back of store had a personal visitor come in, whom I would presume is her spouse, to rush her because it was her sisters 50th birthday and she was already 1 hour past her scheduled time to leave work. She was with a customer and looked right at me but didnt bother to even acknowledge us. I have never been so disappointed with Kays as I was today. We were also wanting to look into upgrading my wedding ring but after this experience I will take my business elsewhere. Shame on you for your inability to even acknowledge a waiting patron. A simple we will be right with you doesnt take but 2 seconds. Perfect example for HR in how NOT to treat clients a great for training opportunity but horrible if your the actual customer. Visit a different Kays if you still elect to give this brand your business, otherwise, I would strongly recommend against visiting this store unless you want to experience mistreatment.
Staff was friendly and welcoming. And just learned that day that they had ear piercing services. All went well and was better priced than what the Claires was trying to charge me. Definitely going back for other purchases.

Ok, hands down best Kay’s store nationwide. Ask for Gary. I don’t live on the east coast but he put all other stores customer service to shame. I was treated with respect, kindness and understanding. I can’t get that at my local store and he was like 3000 miles away. He helped me with a time piece that is priceless. I will be doing more business with them in the future. Busy place. People spending all kinds of stimulus money they dont have yet. Picked up rings that were sent out and they looked great.
This place has the worse customer service imaginable! I have been waiting for 30 min and no one has had the decency to say anything to me yet. I understand that they want to make a sale, but it’s called MULTITASKING. I don’t have an hour of my life waste here. Either hire more staff or do better at attending everyone.

My fiancé bought me a ring from a different location of Kay Jewelers. The ring was much too big for me so we were told we could bring it into any Kay location to be resized. When we walked into this location the sales rep here wasn’t interested in helping me find what size I actually am, they were only concerned with making a new sale. This guy Jeff threw a ring sizer at me and said “just tell me what size you want and give me the ring” and then tried to sell us more jewelry. The resizing took 3 WEEKS! Yes, that’s right, it took almost an entire month. When we finally got my ring back, it was still way too big for me. The sales rep didn’t care if my ring fit me at all. Jeff was just mad he didn’t get another sale out of me. I would never work with Jeff. He really didn’t care to help out current customers at all.Are you ready for the worst part of this experience? The worst part about it all is the ring we got back from the factory after being resized was not the same band the diamond was originally set on. The new band looks different and isn’t stamped as being real gold anymore AND the new band turned my finger green within 20 hours of wearing it. Kay jewelers has ruined my engagement and added stress and sadness to a time that should be nothing but blissful.Do not come to this location. Actually, don’t do business with any Kay jewelers location. The customer service is terrible. They only care about making a new sale. I was looking to buy my fiancé a ring actually and now I will DEFINITELY NOT go to Kay’s.
Pour customer service. I got a tungsen ring with small diamond and cracked falling on my kitchen.if you buy a ring you do not expect it to crack like an egg. For now replace de 400 dollars rong as customer service they lost a 6000 dollars sales on 2 rings for men. We ended up buying at international diamond centers 2 3000 dollars 14k gold with 1 carat of diamond. Now we have a new Jewerly. Store for future purchases. Be better and do not underestimate customers just because you think they can buy expensive rings.

I accompanied a friend to this location for an issue she had with her ring (which had originated from another location) & would like to rave about the exceptional care he took towards resolution. He treated it as if he were dealing with a million dollar transaction instead of a few hundred dollars, fully respecting the sentimental attachments she has. We are both beyond impressed; I highly recommend this location and Gary. We will be back!
Be careful they stole my husband identity, allowed someone to closed our current account and open a new one of $5,100.00 . on January 30th I called the Store to check on my FOREVER US ring insurance, the men on the phone who I wont mentioned the name was helpful, I think way to helpful to the point that I believe there is a ring of identity theft at that store. To top it all the financing company gave us a run around, no answers . So now a good costumer with good payment history doesnt only ended up with a close an account with out my husband consent but yet allowed someone to have the luxury to buy something, no answers not help and I will take this to the END of the word .

My fiance purchased my engagement ring from this location and had the ring custom made. They sold him Neil Lane blue topaz stone for my halo which apparently arent made for the ring he purchased! Since the day he proposed two of the stones have fallen out. The first one fell out the day he proposed. We had brought the ring back to a different store to have it resized and for the stone to be replaced. We gave the ring back October 29 and the promised return date was supposed to be November 14. That day comes and I go to pick it up and guess what.. they dont have it. I was told they needed to wait on a shipment of new stones and I would get my ring the following Tuesday being November 19. Okay whatever.. I wasnt happy about it but fine Ill have it Tuesday. Well Tuesday comes and we still hadnt received a call, so my fiance calls the store to see whats going on. He was told the ring was finished but they would call to see if we would get it that day or the next day. An hour later and they still havent called back so I called back. The guy called the shop to find out and came back to tell me that they needed to wait on another shipment and now I wouldnt get my ring until FRIDAY! Im sorry what? Why was my fiance JUST TOLD it was finished and now we wont get it til the end of the week. But wait.. it gets better. He goes to pick it up on Friday and when he got the ring back you can clearly tell that it was altered. They had to use more white gold over top of the stone in order to keep it in place which they should have told us before they did it because now you can barely tell that the blue stone is there. Its not uniform with the rest of the ring. THEN while my fiance was still at the store as he went to put the ring back in the case ANOTHER stone fell out. Thats when he was told that these stones werent meant for this type of ring. WHY would you say that you can make this ring when you CANT. This should have never been sold like this and we feel lied to and scammed. At this point, we just want our money back so we can go elsewhere. I will never go back to another Kays for ANY reason. I highly recommend going to a little mom and pop shop that will not lie to you just for a sale. Dont get me wrong, the manager that weve been working at a different store has been extremely understanding and caring.
I use to take my rings for inspections to the Kay Outlet at Premium Outlets and felt they were doing me a favor to help me. Since I started going to the store at the Loop, Ive had nothing but great service from Lorene and her staff. After only a couple visits they recognize you and even remember your name. Bought a ring for my girlfriend, put in the order for a specific color (pink) and had to wait 3 months for the order to come. Okay, no problem. Im pretty patient. 3 months pass, its time for me to pick up the ring and guess what? It comes in a completely wrong color (blue). At the time, I was nice and just had them put another order again, but I had to wait another 3 months. They didnt even bother to compensate me or offer me any customer reimbursement. I dont go to any Kay Jewelers anymore.

My fiance bought my engagement ring from a Kay Jewelers in Davenport. Yesterday, I stopped into this location to have a look at some wedding bands. The first woman who spoke to me seemed like she didnt care at all to be there. The second woman who began to jump in was so pushy I had to leave... with a very bad taste in my mouth I might add. She asked to run my credit at least three times before I had even picked out anything. I felt overwhelmed and had to decline and run for the hills. Its a real shame because I do want to purchase wedding bands that match my engagement ring. I suppose I will just have to go to a different location.
On July 29, I brought my engagement ring in and spoke with Krystal about how my engagement ring was ruined and needed it to be repaired. Krystal was very understanding and ensured me that she will find a solution to the issue. She had great customer service and put my anxiety to ease since my Fiancé was extremely upset about ruining my engagement ring. KRYSTAL had to call around to find the same exact ring to replace my damaged one and she found the last one !!!! If anyone goes to this location, ask for Krystal!!! She will ensure your experience is nothing less than perfect
The service at this location was excellent! I was greeted and assisted immediately when I walked in the store. All of the employees had smiles on their faces and seemed to be enjoying helping their customers. Within 5-10 minutes, my wifes ring was inspected, cleaned, and paperwork pertaining to the inspection was given to us. I would visit this location again in the future.
By far the worst experience I’ve had at any jewelry store. People blow you off when they “assume” you aren’t going to purchase anything. After finally receiving service, they don’t call you when your jewelry comes in. We had to make a special trip in to the store to pick up what we ordered and lo and behold the store was closed during posted business hours and the only exclamation on the door was a sloppily written note saying “we will open in a few minutes sorry for the inconvenience”. They didn’t even open until about 45 minutes later. I’ll go to zales where the service and prices are better. Never again will I go to Kay’s. I should have listened to everyone in the first place when they said Kay’s is horrible.

I want to say my other half had a great experience dealing with Brandon trying to pick out the perfect ring for me. He said he took his time and helped him in everyway possible. He said he wouldnt go see anyone else for now on. He said that Brandon was very patient and professional and made his life easy on this difficult decision.
I went to the store there in the loop in Kissimmee. All I wanted was battery replaced in my watch (movado), which the lady there said she could change. Only to say it would cost $90.00 because it come with a warranty, so they could not fix it unless I purchase the warranty. This is the time I have ever heard of anything so ridiculous.....I always get the battery change for $8 to $12. Then is works forever... That is highway robbery. Then I went to JARED jewelry store. No problem $12 dollars 12 mins. Then to top it off the women there was so sweet after my experience in Your store KAY, she did it for no cost... there are some good people out there. I will not recommend anyone there.

My fiance bought me an open heart necklace, within the 2 years Ive had it, Ive had to have it fixed 4 times. You would think theyd just replace the necklace. Once again I brought it in to be fixed. It was supposed to be ready on the 13th yet I havent received a phone call or email & nobody ever answers the phone. Kay used to be my favorite yet I refuse to make another purchase based on this issue.

Kay Jewlers at the Loop In Kissimmee, Florida. My fiancé has had to deal with these people about my engagement ring since mid December 2018. He was working with an employee who was eventually fired, she promised he would have my Neil Lane engagement ring with yellow diamonds by Christmas. Didn’t happen, then it was by New Year’s Eve, he had a huge really thought out proposal and had to go to Walmart for a “filler”, because you guessed it, wasn’t ready yet! They told him by 3 pm it would be ready, we go to pick it up later that night. Ring was ready but had no yellow diamonds. They blamed the other girl and said she never ordered them. We order them December 31st and was told to wait 2-3 weeks. We wait, go in to get the ring set with yellow diamonds. . . No yellow diamonds, but manager claims she ordered them and it’s going to take 4-5 weeks now. Are we being punked? Here we are end of February and manager tells us diamonds are coming in Friday, but she wants to take care of us so please come in Sunday. Today is Sunday, my fiancé calls and the girl on the phone says there’s no manager here and no yellow diamonds. We get a call back to come and drop the ring off and they will have it backto us by Monday. Low and behold it wasn’t ready on Monday, today is Tuesday and I’m on my way up there now. This is place is such a hot mess and management should be fired. Completely unacceptable especially if you spend over $4,000! Such a horrible experience and now we are doing everything we can to make sure no we know spends their money in this store. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE and sad excuse for customer service! They should be ashamed of themselves.
I want to share my wonderful experience I had this location, from the staff especially Brandon Hughes and the District Manager Richard Dallio. I went to buy an engagement ring and the minute I walked into Kays of the Loop Brandon attended me. I explained to him what I was interested in and he knew exactly what I was looking for. Brandon is very informative with every type of jewelry they had which made it easy for me to decide which perfect ring to get. And let me tell you it was the perfect one . Brandon and the D.M. Bought a $350 Citizen watch. Sales girl was pleasant, but when I called back to get model number to register watch, they only have a sku# and threw away tag. At my convenience, I am to return to the store so they can identify it. Thats not convenient!
If I could give less than 1 star I would. The customer service at this store is a joke. George will say anything to make a sale and get his commission. Unfortunately I didnt know this until after my purchase. I had to have a new ring ordered from Le Vian on 5/11/17. I was told I would have be ring by 5/15/17. Its even on my order and receipt. Ive called twice a week since 5/15 and was told oh give it a few more days. Until finally yesterday I was told something happened and it was on back order and wouldnt get to me until mid July. The amount of time isnt the issue as much as being lied to. No one ever once let me know the truth about what was happening. Horrible customer service. Im thinking of finding another jeweler and canceling this order. Just to never have to deal with Kays again. Still waiting on a return call from the district manager in orlando. Not holding my breath
My husband and I came in for our 6 month inspection for my wedding ring and band on Saturday, 1/13/18 around 12:30PM. The person who helped us (I wish I had caught her name) was extremely rude and barely spoke to us. After taking my rings and speaking to another employee, she told me my warranty was void because I had missed an inspection (I hadnt) and I would need to pay for the inspection and to get a stone fixed on my band. I told her I hadnt missed an inspection and she basically told me there was nothing she could do. I left to see if I could find my paperwork, which I didnt have because when I asked for it during my last inspection, they told me it was all electronic now. Ended up calling a different Kay store where I had gotten my last inspection done and they resolved the whole situation. When I got my ring inspected in June 2017, the band date didnt update but the ring did. So if this employee would have just taken the time to confirm what I was telling her and look at both of my rings, she would have been able to help me. Will NOT be returning to this store and will be going out of my way to go to the Kay store that helped me instead.
This stores service tops the charts! I had been to other locations and received not so good customer service (to say the least), but from the moment I went into this location I was treated extremely well and I felt like the associates here really wanted to help me and make sure that I left happy. I will never go to another location!!
This place and company are a rip off,They sell you a ring and then you are screwed and stuck with them.My wifes diamonds keep falling off her ring. Every time we come it is a horrible experience.And for those that dont know jareds and kay are the same company.Your are better off buying at costco or sams club. They have much better warranties and will do right by you. I will never deal wiyh kay jewelers or jareds again and neither will my friends or family.
The manager is gross she has dark blonde hair. I pull up to the store and in front of the store was a employee smoking a cigarette. I asked for the manager in regards to an order ...the employee said sure let me get her from the back. Sure enough that employee smoking the cigarette was the Manager she came in, walked to the computer station and not once washed her hand or used sanitizer. Don’t know about the stores policy but this was utterly disgusting!!
I would just say anybody planning on buying an engagement or wedding ring do not buy from kays i have had the worst experience of my life with my ring it is really beautiful hubby really picked a beautiful ring but to start off i was sized wrong the first time had to send it in twice to get it sized everytime waited two weeks second time after the two weeks i called the store they never shipped out the ring so when i got it back i assumed they rushed it it was sharp inside cutting into the skin on my finger not only that but in a period six months three diamonds fell out two more weeks each time to get those fixed so start counting how long ive really had this ring on my finger so last time i took it to get the diamond back they lost my ring ordered me a new one had me wait over an hour in store to hand it to me and tried to rush me through the process after one day of getting a ring back a diamond fell out 😐bottom line do not buy from kays !!

I bought my friend a nice pretty bracelet and me and my friend both fell in love with it but then when she tried it on it didnt fit. They also had only one size so we couldnt resize it. My advice to Kay Jewelers is if you are going to invest in an item worldwide in your stores make sure the item has more than one size and be able to resize it because this is ridiculous.
My girlfreinds birthday is aug 4 and im gonna suprise her with asking her to marry me. Got a great ring👌 its about the price its who u give it to and shes special to me already
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STORE MANAGER DOESNT KNOW THE COMPANY POLICY.Brought the ring for cleaning paid for a diamond to be replaced. Promised that it will be ready in 2 weeks. Come back 2 weeks later with no call and found out that jeweler unable to do the service because the ring was bought elsewhere.Worst thing is that 2 sales reps were helping us, as well as Allen the store manager was present and inspected the ring. Store manager does not know the company policy on service and repairs. Now we are 2 weeks short for our trip and dont have the ring fixed.Do not buy nor do business with this company. This was one of the worst customer service weve received, and the fault wasnt even ours.
