My experience at la familia pawn with Jessy made me feel like family they are super fair with the prices on your pawn. I never like pawn shops but this place truly cares about helping you out through what ever financial difficulties you maybe facing. If you looking to purchase prices are reasonable and customer service is the best I have encountered.

I just want to say that I go to different pawn shops to sell gold. 99 percent of the time we get way less than expected. When I came and worked with Anthony, he not only had an incredible attitude and not only gave me what I wanted but gave me more because i asked for too little. I have started coming here exclusively because of Anthony and the people over here at the Osceola parkway Kissimmee location.

Do not go here if you are black. You are not welcomed here. I stood in line, by myself, and ignored with only one customer there and watched three associates at the register say nothing. Then when they finally called me to the register, they spoke disrespectfully about me in Spanish. I keep my Google translator on and ready at all times. It is called “La Familia” because they look out for their own.

La Familia Pawn has been in Buenaventura for seven years. The pawn shop is very known in Buenaventura for its services, loan pawn and sell. The staff is tremendous they are always around to answer questions and help around the store. The store is always clean and the music adds to the experience, its a very pleasant place to go to.

Juan the store manager and his staff epitomize the company’s name “LA FAMILIA”. They listen to the customer and they make you feel like a family. They don’t judge or criticize; they HELP!
