I went to many different gold repair shops in Georgia & Florida and everyone said they could not be fixed. Fernando took a look at them & said he can fix them. They have you come down to there place just to turn you away, stating your jewelry isnt real and they cant repair it

I took my 14kt gold bracelet in to get fixed because a piece fell off and the guy did a great job! Not only was it a good price to fix it but he did it very fast and it looks like it did before! Will definitely be coming back!

Excellent service ad affordable price

The most terrible experience Ive ever had at any shop. I was gifted a teardrop shaped Pandora ring from my boyfriend and went to get it resized. The man that repaired my ring completely sawed off the 14k rose gold plated words on the interior part of the ring. The jeweler sawed the entire half of the ring where the cubic zirconia wasnt at, but some how still managed to damage the cubic zirconia setting at the end on the left side. He proceeded to blame Pandora for the cubic zirconia setting to be damaged. I highly doubt Pandora has had such an issue as I also own 3 other Pandora rings.I went with my mother who is more fluent in spanish to tell him what happened and how the color looks of a reddish rusty color (the kind of color old silver looks like). He had the nerve to continue saying that he was not responsible for the color fading off because it was not real rose gold, although this is the entire half of the ring where he did the work on and rePAINTED the spot... That makes 0 sense. Nonetheless did not want to offer me any compensation and even when asking for my money back he refused and just rePAINTED the faux color again onto the ring to try to compensate for the damage he has already done. He also insulted the price of the ring saying if it were real itd be worth more.... If any other female reading thia knows Pandora you know rose gold Pandora items are plated with the color and, YES, the items are less expensive than real gold... However this is extremely offensive and inexcusable to insult what was gifted to a person.When any individual receives a gift from another person it is something to cherish, so please do not allow this man to damage your cherished items.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS JEWELRY TO ANYONE $ 800.00 IN A RING THAT THE DIAMONDS COME OUT JUST LOOKING AT IT WHEN I GO WHERE THE OWNER IS ANNOYED BECAUSE I HAD TO EARR IT TWICE.
