Wife unfortunately broke the nose guard on her 370 dollar Ray ban prescription glasses and called every jeweler and eyeglass store and repair place under the sun! NO ONE would touch them and said she’d need new glasses (another 370!!!) She found FH Jewelry & Watch Repairs online and after reading the reviews she drove 45 minutes and needless to say they did an amazing job! Not to mention, they did the job to begin with! Their reasoning as to why no one tried to fix the glasses showed their mastery of their craft and we are forever clients! Definitely recommend! I came to this business because its close to where I live and well reviewed. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and treated professionally by Rick and Frances. I asked Rick a few general questions and its evident hes very knowledgeable and performs quality work so I had the glass replaced on one of my watches in addition to being cleaned up. Im very happy with the work performed and the competitive price it was offered at. I was left feeling like a valued customer so Ill be bringing additional work here in the near future.

I found my jewelry and watch repair store for life! These guys are amazing. I walked in with a ring That is very precious to me. They made me feel very comfortable about leaving it there. I came back three hours later, my ring was fixed and looked great. They also replaced batteries in three watches and did a great job with those also. Their service was amazing, and their prices are very fair. I have been fortunate to always know a good watch repair guru since I was a boy. He retired. Let me tell you that this place is just as good maybe better because two of them do repairs while you wait unless its really busy then its 30 minutes or so.They do the work and they are careful. This is very important when the time piece is the price of a used auto.Perfect transaction, reasonable is an understatement$8.95 to size a watch to my wrist with 6 months of free adjustments to know its the correct fit is ridiculously cheap.I don’t review often its usually a love it or hate it situation that makes me bother.This was a LOVE IT for sure.William Martin

Actually convenient and quick turn around. I was a little concerned at first because he took my ring and just said itll be ready in a hour and a half as he turned without giving me a receipt until I told him to give me something. However, when I returned he recognized me right away. It cost a little bit more than what I was told but not much. I expected about what it cost me.

Excellent place to bring your watch for repair and anything else you need to be done. The only thing I did not like is when he did not know my watch is a real Rolex watch that I bought at Mayors Jewelry store in Florida Mall. Aside from that, the place is very nice and friendly with fast service. I will be back again. They even gave me a military discount.

I came a few weeks ago to have a necklace I received for my birthday repaired. It was the first piece of jewelry Ive ever owned so I damaged it while trying to put it on. I brought it here and they fixed in practically less than 2 minutes. They showed me what happened and how to properly put it on and Im very grateful for them helping me. Also the service was so fast I wasnt even charged. Amazing experience. I went into the store for a band replacement and two batteries. From the point I walked in I was treated very professionally and friendly by the staff. The jeweler, Mr. Hernandez even took the time to stop what he was doing to come look at my watch band to see how he could help. Unlike most other places, Mr. Hernandez could have easily just sold me a new band, but he took the time to explain that my band was not broken it was simply missing a piece and if I could not locate the piece at home, he would simply charge me the cost of replacing the piece rather than the cost of a whole new band. Not something I expected at all. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Hernandez and his store to anyone looking for an HONEST and REPUTABLE jeweler and watch repair location.

These guys are absolutely lovely and did a sensational job resizing a ring, the workman ship is amazing.We spoke with other jewellers today about resizing a ring we didn’t purchase in their store and basically got told we paid too much and the ring was rubbish. Came in for watch battery. I got to watch Rick do all the work. He took great care so l had him replace my head on my solitaire with a platinum head. He had the head on hand so only a couple hours till ring is on my finger again. Price is very reasonable, much less than the larger conglomerates.
