I came in today to try to sell my wiii console, 22 games and all the accessories you could possibly get for a wii. Literally every single accessory Nintendo sells. 3 of my games were collectible items and priced at 40 used. The woman working was incredibly rude and said she would only offer me 10 bucks for everything. If she would have taken the time to look up some of the items I had she would have seen some things were worth money. I listed it for 75 on fb marketplace and ended up having someone offer me 100 for everything! This pawn shop is a joke! She didn’t even open the bag and look. She just heard me say wii and some games and really offered me 10 bucks.

They gave me false information over the phone. For me to come in person and find out it was a lie. On top of all of that, the man who lied through the phone (Juan) tried to act like he wasn’t the one I spoke to. He told me his name on the phone. Very unprofessional
