I would not recommend this place to anyone. Office wise, its clean and has a little company feel to it. They offer coffee, snacks and stuff. Thats cool. Now, as for the actual service and policies they help you with. Negative, you pay for an expensive policy without the coverage you need. I asked multiple times about fire coverage and other things. They said I had it. It wasnt until I actually reviewed my policy and went to another agent that I was able to see that the agent lied to me. Go elsewhere. The premium then went up with no explanation except and shrug and she said it went up bc of the state fees. Long story short I have more coverage at half the cost. I will never go back or refer this place to anyone.

I texted Tony my info as he requested. A day pasted and I didnt receive a call so I called him to follow up and he informed me that he didnt receive text. I then resent it to him. He called me back with the best price out of 4 other local companies I had called. Im so happy with price and service. Tony explained everything to me which the other companies did not. Im so glad I actually called him to follow up and confirm he received my text. Will be referring my family and friends to this place.

Text and sent Tony my info on a friday so I can get a quote and let him know I needed the insurance by Monday which is very possible. He never got back to me didnt even bother to say on friday that he didnt work Saturday so I can at least get a heads up and maybe look elsewhere. Monday,Tuesday came still no response. Real professional Tony!

I had to mark a star, to make my comment, because otherwise I would give them 0. ZERO. I had an emergency with my insurance, and they never looked after me. I was not able to communicate with the Insurance they provided me. I do not recommend it. Mendota insure looks like a ghost agency, which does not serve customer service.
