Absolutely rude! The customer service in this office is beyond unacceptable. They answer the phone with an attitude and hang up on you before you’re finished with your thought. I would give 0 stars if I could. These representatives need serious training on what customer service actually is.
This is the worst insurance company ever, I’m trying to contact them to cancel my policy and they drop the call every time and never called me back or reply my email.Please ever use this company you will regret.

Worst car insurance ever, I try and try to call them and no one answers at all. I e-mail and dont get a response. Ive only had them for about two weeks and I am requesting to be fully refunded so I can get insurance else where. In the two weeks that I have had them, Ive probably called them 100 times and maybe got answer 5 times out of 100 calls. DO NOT GO WITH THEM!!!!!!

Ive spent over 2 hours trying to get an accurate quote.. When I finally get one from brian i told him Ill call him back. When I call him back and i try to purchase it.. I got transfered, put on hold, transfered again.. On hold again .. Like what a joke. I never been so annoyed with the lack of service I received .. They transfered me to Anita who gave me a higher quote than Bryan then she hung up on the call. I call again, Now Frank will try to get me a manager cause Frank said he really wanted to help me..Ive been 10 min on hold. Can you believe 2 hrs and 30 min later I still have not purchased the insurance cause of the run around game and im trying to give them my debit card info... And noone seems to know what to do... Its my only day off and this is how my time got waisted.. If you can find a different company go for that cause this experience was horrible. I went with Geico

I enjoy what they have to offer asfar as rates but it is impossible to call the office and speak with someone on any day of the week. No voicemail service and it sucks when your policy cancels for nonpayment (my fault) during a hurricane and the insurance company tells u to reach your rep. Hello they are closed for the next 3days. Smh
The worst customer service ever!! The staff at this place has no respect for each other...or clients on the phone. I was there for ten minutes before I realized cheaper is not better this office is classless they have absolutely no business sense...I walked out! Horrible.

Lies I have insurance for years, a good record, no accidents, no tickets, but my policy expires on October 13 and I wanted to try for the price as the advertisement says and lies, it is much higher than the current policy I have. Not even the lady tried to help me. He just told me Im sorry. So because you switched to freeway. For the price Meeennntiraassssssaa
