They were able to provide me with a policy immediately for my home. They fulfilled all my requirements necessary to cover my home. They even allow the transaction over the phone to take place to pay the policy for the year in full. Had no issues getting the ball rolling. Called for someone who was unavailable at the time, but the person who did answer was able to get this going just as well and with very little time. Great experience this far.

So far, so good. Switched to Amsley after my previous home insurance provider increased the rate by 20% after wed had NO claims ! Weve never had claims on any home insurance ! As long as the policy comes through as expected, at the price quoted/paid, Ill be very happy with Amsley, as they worked very hard to find the right coverage at the right price.

Its bad enough when an insurance company steals your money its even worse when your insurance agent like Jasmine makes a mistake then tries to cover up her mistake then triples the mistake five times over if you can do that math go ahead cuz thats the kind of convoluted reasoning I got from Jasmine out-of-pocket for three policies and having absolutely none take your money elsewhere cuz you dont need the headache and I sure as heck dont need another stroke thanks to these people

I called to get a home quote, Carmen answer the phone she was so unprofessional she put me on hold for more than 15 minutes, not only that the call got lost like someone Hang up the phone after waiting for that long, I called back she answer again and I’m explaining to her that she left me hanging for 15 minutes, so her excuse was that she transferred the phone line to someone else to help me went at first she never told me she was going to transfer me, then she says let me take your information so they can call you very unprofessional I guess they don’t want to do business with me I was also refer by someone but for sure I’m not calling again, will be calling other companies.
