I just want to give a shoutout to Jeremy in the leasing office! My boyfriend and I had a lot of questions about moving in and finding just the right apartment and he an absolutely wonderful job of being patient and helping get just the right thing! Ive lived at camden prior to now moving in again, and Ive always loved their staff, seriously some of the nicest people :) Thank you Jeremy!

My husband and i moved here in April. We love everything. Our neighbors are great. Introduced themselves to us our first dah moving in. Had a few issues with apartment feistiness however maintenance came right away to fix everything!! My dogs love walking around and meeting other doggies too!! Thanks for everything! We love it here! I am finally happy to live in the place i am living in!

My wife and I live there for 9 months until the pandemic hit and left me unemployed. Its the only reason why I had to leave, if I would have the chance to rent another apartment in that area... It would definitely be this one CAMDEN TOWN SQUARE!! Great Management, Super Maintenance Staff, and amenities to go along with it.

Absolutely very nice place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Over all, tenants are very friendly. Dog friendly place with two nice dog parks, with a washing station. Very nice pool and gym. Close to several great locations. Publix is right across the street, with everything from Kobe Steakhouse to Subway to choose for places to eat. Walking distance to several places to have fun.

My family and I cant say enough good things about Broc the Maintance Manager. When ever you need any assistance he will come no matter what. Hes very professional as well as very knowledgeable. Were lucky to have him at Camden Town Square. Thank you!!!

I have lived at Camden Town Square on two separate occasions, and have to say I love this community! The grounds are always well kept and beautiful, as well as, the apartments. The office staff is always willing to assist, and do it with a genuine smile on their faces. the maintenance team is quick and efficient, and take care of any repairs needed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Camden Town Square!

I lived at this property for 4 years. For the first 3 years it was a great experience. It is expensive, but the community, management, and area made it worth it. Year 4, however, was not great. Management suddenly stopped communicating with residents and the general curb appeal just went horribly downhill. I had planned to move for a while and once I did it seemed like things were going smoothly. There was again very little communication from management but I was assured through email and through a VM that I would be receiving a check for my credit balance. Over one month and several emails and calls with corporate and I still do not have that check. Corporate has no idea what to do because this complex wont communicate even with them to close out my account. They owe me over $400 and have just refused to communicate and issue the refund. I lived here a long time, I paid my rent on time, I even had friends move into the neighborhood because I told them how great it was. What a lie that was.

I’m currently going on to my second Camden community and i could t be more happy . Since my move in i have truly enjoyed living here at Town Square. As a resident and current employee it says a lot when you choose to work where you live . From a great staff, maintenance team and residents i could t be more happier with my choice At this community

Everything about this place is great. Super friendly staff, very well maintained and they always seem to be adding new conveniences like the remote gate access and now even smart locks on the doors.

We have lived in Camden for about 5 months now and love it! It’s in a prime location! The staff here is always so caring. We ran into some issues and they have always been on top taking care of it and assisting us. A big shout out to Alyssa the assistant manager who helped us with an issue we were having! I would recommend living here for anyone!

Noisy. Could hear people talking in halls, doors slamming all the time. The quality of apartments is so-so... come updates could be made (like no more laminate countertops). Although the grounds are pretty, the complex is not worth what they are charging post-covid, unless you are going based on location alone. Moved 2 exits down the road and have a BRAND new 2 br with ATTACHED garage for what I would have paid for a 2 br and renting detached garage there, and MUCH quieter.

I came down to Kissimmee for a 6 month role. Camden was so close to my work, offered a short lease & worked perfectly for the time I was here. I would rent again if I ever come back to Florida. Highly recommend and I looked at a lot of complexes!

Best Apartments Ive Ever Lived At! The Grounds are well maintained, the neighbors are quiet, the location is perfect, and the staff is always polite and helpful in resolving maintenance issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!

The rent is fair. Everything about the place is fair.I just moved here from NY, so I can have year round access to Disney World and all the other parks. This place is in the center of everything. The trendies love Downtown Orlando. Sorry guys, I love where I live. Celebration rocks.I love it here at Camden. If you have a problem, they will work with you. Just be respectful of others. This is a community with close to 1,000 tenants. Great Awesome Place To Live.

I have friends that live here and I stay with them when I visit from out of town. Ive always enjoyed my time there. The staff is always friendly. They say hello and chat with us if were out walking the complex. Everything is clean and well maintained. Id recommend it if youre looking for place to live.

Its crazily OVERPRICED and it is NOT CELEBRATION, despite sharing same zip code. Shop around and save at least $300 a month. Bunch of extra fees including $10 for non marked parking. Worst deal in the area

My husband and I loved living here. This community is just amazing. The apartments are beautiful. Great location. The office staff are super friendly and nice. The maintenance guys are also super friendly and quick to respond to your request. The amenities here are great and we loved the activities done for the residents. The only negative I have to say is that the apartments are a bit pricey and thats why we had to move. Will definitely miss living here.

If youre looking to live here then be advised....you can hear EVERYTHING within the apartment coming from the side and upstairs neighbors. Music, singing, showers, lights switching on/off, uhhh 3am love making, dog chasing or general running, and competitive game nights to name a few. You name it, you hear it.I dont know if its just my family who was unfortunate enough to have this issue but I believe its pretty important for those who are apartment hunting.I do see a lot of positive comments about the people in the office being helpful but unfortunately I havent been able to experience that. I came to them with this issue for some tips or help. While I was promised someone would come to the apartment to hear the noise once two other people show up to fill the spot of the person in the office, which funny enough I see the office empty every now and then when they need to show an apartment, but oh well. A sale is a sale. Anyway, no one decided to come even though I called and set out a whole day for them to visit. Since that was the case, we had to handle it without much support from the office.

The location is great. The staff is awesome. The neighbors are friendly. My apartment is perfect. I feel safe and secure. As a renter, I would not want to live anywhere else. A+.

Best place to live. Apartments are gorgeous. Grounds feel like paradise and lovely amenities. Even though its in a tourist-y area, its a pretty and low key lifestyle. I would rent here again.

The office & maintenance staff has always been great! I would like to especially mention Alyssa, Layla, & Ronnie in the office! Alyssa worked very quickly to secure a garage for us today and Broc in maintenance went above and beyond late last night to repair a smoke detector problem in our apt! Great place to live!

I love living at Camden Town Square! I love the amenities and how close it is to everything! The staff is wonderful! They really make me feel like family and are happy to help me with anything I need. Maintenance staff is wonderful also, always here almost right away to fix anything! Truly a great property that I’m happy to call home!

I have lived here for nearly two years now.When I was being sold this apartment I let it be known I was looking for a QUIET home. I was assured the community was a quiet one.It is NOT. I can hear EVERYTHING outside, EVERYTHING my neighbors do and my neighbors are not courteous at all. They are SO LOUD. Running and slamming and stomping and screaming. The staff for the most part is rude. I just got off the phone from making a noise complaint and was basically told, youre in an apartment youre going to hear your neighbors, suck it up. I responded I have lived in apartments ALL MY LIFE and never heard so much noise. She said, well I cant speak for your previous apartments I can only speak for these.The doors slam so loudly they reverberate the walls of your apartment, I havent been able to sleep without earplugs for months.One night someone slammed their door so hard my decorative sign fell off my front door. It fell off so hard it sounded like a gunshot, I was shaking when I opened the door to see what had happened, only to discover my sign on the ground.The hallways are dirty and have only been cleaned once since I moved in May of 2018.The parking is an absolute NIGHTMARE. There are rarely any spots near your building in the evening but it looks like they may actually be fixing it next week by actually assigning spaces, for a 25.00 a month fee, of course!DO NOT rent here. I would not have extended another year except right before I had to decide on my lease I was in a serious car accident and because of this can only do minimal lifting, unfortunately moving was not in the cards for me. They raised my rent 100.00!!!!!! For another year! I asked for a break because I didnt even want to stay I was just too broken to move and have no family to help me in Florida. They said NOPE. So Im stuck. Until next summer.The only nice staff member I have encountered since my move in is Layla. She even personally brought me a new gate fob when mine was shattered from my accident.The Maintenance team is the only good thing I have to say about this property, those guys work quick and hard for us and are amazingly polite and fantastic.I wish my time here had been better especially for the amount of money I spend every month. It is really unfortunate to hate where you live.

Best apartment complex / community to live. The staff here is amazing. Kyle made us feel at home the minute we walked in the office door. He is outstanding! Dog friendly, excellent neighbors, well-maintained property!

This place deserves no stars. They been charging me a pet fee for a year after my dog passed away and refused to give refund. Anything to steal your money. Also know that after you leave, the balance is not the balance... they will charge an extra $85 for cleaning... doesnt matter if you left it spotless. So be aware that when you leave, you will still get charged on top of charges. Place is full of crooks. Thank God Im gone out of the small, expensive hell hole!!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for, this will be our 3rd lease, and we love it! Gorgeous property, well maintained, very friendly and personable staff. Maintenance is always completed next day if not same day. Front desk always remembers my name and apt # and have always been helpful with every request. These apt are right next to Celebration and Disney, perfect area close to everything. Wish we could live here forever!

This place is top notch! It is a beautiful property near so many restaurants, and just across the street from Celebration. I love the staff here, originally signed with Jessica H. and she is by far my favorite... All of the staff agents have a great personality about them and are great to deal with. Amanda the Assistant Property Manager was extremely accommodating when we transferred to another unit and were not happy with the condition of our microwave, had it switched out within the hour!! Also, Amy helped our new roommate with the entire leasing process and is the newest of the team but she is wonderful. Thank you ladies for being so great! Shout out to Vinnie, the Maintenance Manager who is always looking out to make sure work orders are completed to satisfaction. I just love it here... Only thing I would want changed is some of the residents that live here that dont pick up after their dogs. WE AS RESIDENTS NEED TO ALSO HELP KEEP THE PLACE LOOKING GREAT!

Camden Town Square is such a wonderful place to live! Ive been a resident for 9 months and have loved living here. The office staff is always so friendly and helpful, and any maintenance requests are taken care of immediately. The proximity to Disney is fantastic, and its not too far away from the many Orlando area attractions and malls. Its also nice that theres a Starbucks right out front as well, within walking distance :)

I lived there for 15 months and it was a great property. Central to everything and if not able to walk - Uber was readily available. The only one negative was parking but that is any apartment complex.

Horrible staff and mold infested apartment that. Issue was never taken care of. High prices because they were in a celebration area code but not celebration. This property is wanna be celebration quality but will all be the other side of the tracks. Homeless peple up and down the area a drug running ramped in that section of town. Apartments starting at 1400 and going up to 2500 a month for horrible service and an office staff that thinks they are in celebration but as i said before they ate not. They will drain you for every penny and give you nothing in return the worst company ive evey seen. Very sad taking advantage of hard working people.

Camden Town square is a great community. Maintenance comes every time I have a request. They never make me feel as if I’m asking for too much. They are awesome. I don’t have any issues in my home. Been here for a few years and it still looks brand new. I love all my neighbors. They really have become an extended family member. The office people are always very nice. They help with everything! They’ve helped me contact other companies, call taxies, pay my bills, everything! They are great. I love that all my bills are in one, cable, internet, rent, and trash. So easy to get everything is done. Location is perfect, close to everything. Super convenient to live here. There was a Halloween party and the picture were very nice, looked like a lot of fun.Good job Camden, thumbs up to you

Customer service is priority one here, and it shows. With prime real estate by the interstate and adjacent to grocery stores, the pharmacy, and Disney, it is an easy choice to live here!

Office staff is wonderful. Layla was very helpful with helping us move in. Courtney was awesome making sure we were all set before leaving the office.

Update: Here I am 5 months later and equally as blown away as the first time I visited! I walked into the office without an appointment and to my surprise there I saw Alyssa’s shining smile again! She was a little tied up but she did not hesitate to stop what she was doing to say hello and give me a hug like she’s known me for ever! I could tell how genuinely happy she was to actually see me!She directed me to Waza and wow I’m glad she did. Waza was so nice and extremely personable! Once again the condominiums were perfect!! Everything was super clean and all the landscaping looked perfect as usual. This Camden doesn’t seem to ever surprise me. I love the luxury look of it. One thing that she kept saying was “Living Excellence” and how Camden is big on that. I’ve lived at Camden Town Square for a little over a year and I definitely plan on renewing my lease, all of the amenities they offer make it so worth living.Now I came from Tampa and there’s nothing like this complex in Tampa. So first let’s talk about the location. Where Camden town Square is located is truly perfect! I read in someone else’s review that its like a hidden gem, and it truly is! You are in the center of town with easy access to everything! If you need to go anywhere its only 10 minutes away. Really, everything is so close! You have super cute restaurants in celebration only 5 minutes up the road, I-4 is only 2 minutes away, Publix is right across the street and the best part is the Starbucks in the same plaza! That’s only one of the perks of living here. The luxury amenities are awesome. I personally love Starbucks but when my wallet is looking a little tight I can always get free coffee right in the office! They are always fully stocked up on coffee and have so many different flavors to choose from. I think that is an awesome touch to be able to grab a cup of coffee before work.The pool area is ALWAYS clean. I can honestly say I’ve always seen perfection at the pool. I can always find a place to sit and tan when I go. I love that there are multiple grills. Because there is more than one grill I can always have access to use one if I want. Being in Florida, grilling is a big part of life its very considerate to have four different grills at the pool to use.The gym is open 24 hours a day which I LOVE! Sometimes I work different schedules so being able to have access to use the gym whenever I am available is perfect! The gym is always clean. There’s are a ton of different machines to use that are usually almost always available. I really appreciate the free-weights, that’s something other communities don’t include. The cutest thing is the scale in there! It’s so motivating to see your progress daily, definitely makes me want to hit the gym at often as possible. In addition to the gym, there’s a studio to do other work outs like cycling or yoga.The staff has changed pretty often within my year here but everyone has always been great and have helped with anything I ask. Maintenance is super nice and always completes my requests very quickly. I always have a great experience when talk to anyone that works in the office.Camden Town Square has so much more to offer but I’ve already made this pot long enough lol. To sum it up, it definitely suggest moving here. The quality of these apartments is priceless.

Ive lived in a lot of different apt in Orlando and NONE of them are as hard working, respectful and friendly and this one.During the hurricane they kept us updated during the whole time and available as much as they could.We can do everything online and it WORKS! If something breaks in our apt we can put an order and the next day they will come and fix it.Their business hours are great! All the others apt close before I even get home, so its almost impossible to talk with them. This one is open even on Sundays.A lot of staff from others apt, just after I signed the lease they stopped returning my calls and emails...the staff became rude and even racist...this one is always doing parties for us and always available for everything you want to ask.Is just impossible to give less than 5 stars for this apt. Im really happy that I signed my second lease there.

Absolutely amazing place to live!!! and also for weddings!!! Our wedding was amazing in the resident party room!!! Better than we could have ever hoped for. Also the whole staff at Camden Town Square is amazing.. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! Love living and playing at Camden town Square !!

I want to say how incredible the staff is at this place! Every single one of them has such a great attitude. They already make my new home feel like home and I haven’t even moved in yet. There is one person specifically. I am pretty sure her name is Waza, and let me tell you she one of the most helpful /sweetest people. I’m so excited I get to live here surrounded by great people. I feel like I am always calling them with a million questions and I feel super annoying. Every single time I call though they always make me feel welcome! They also always awnser my questions leaving me very satisfied. Long story short this place is already amazing and I appreciate how kind everyone is. My husband and I are so excited to call this place home!

When I first moved to Kissimmee, I thought there was no way that I deserved a luxury apartment and I thought it was totally unaffordable. Then I calculated all the benefits that come from Camden Living and asked myself. What is the value of a good neighbor? What is the value of great Maintenance? What is the value of feeling safe? What is the value of a pool that is kept up in good condition and enjoyable to swim and relax in. Yes, the outside neighborhood is noisy, especially the emergency sirens. But then I think of how fast they will get to me if I ever have to dial 911. I am totally impressed with Camden Square. I dont like to have to pay so much money for 1 bedroom on the third floor, but a good comparison of the alternatives, proximity to Disney and a Bus Stop gives me alternate forms of transportation to get me to work everyday and save on gas. If I could change one thing here I would have a bicycle rack for enthusiasts like myself who have a bicycle and have to carry it up and down two flights of stairs. Storage is available here its just that it is an added cost. I also think that there should be an option to have cable or not. Eventually if the rent gets too high for me I will be moving because of forced cable. I still give Camden Five stars but for that extra bonus I would like the cable an option and parking for bicycles. Thank you.

If you are apartment hunting please read this review before you make your decision. We moved into this aprtment in 2015. Our 2 bedroom was just shy of 1300 a month and the staff was very courteous and had solid follow through on issues. The first true problem was the noise from other tenants at very late hours, we called the courtesy officer and never got a response. This became a common occurrence. I became the courtesy officer for my building and the pool out of a lack of better options and frequently had to ask people to respect quite hours, this was often met with angry drunken shouting and i had zero back up. Camden sent mass emails to remind people of the quiet hours and pool hours. The staff changed and the rent went up about 100 dollars a month but we liked the location so we stayed. The loud neighbors got worse as time went on and it became more of a party atmosphere than a home. One of our neighbors had a beautiful husky that he walked daily, that dog was bit by another tenants dog that was not in the leash. Unfortunately it died from the wound. Camdens response was again a mass email. We decided enough was enough and 8 months before our lease was up went downstairs to inform the office we were not renewing. Two workers said ok and i asked if there was anything we needed to do, they said no. As time came closer we asked again and they said no. With one month left on the lease they asked for our notice. We gave it and they said because it was not 2 months notice in writing we would be responsible for another month rent which we could not afford. I understand its my fault that i didnt put it in writing but i did ask on several occasions and was told we were good. When i talked to the manager about it he said if its not in writing there is nothing thay can be done and the 2 people i spoke to denied ever speaking to me about it. This did not sit well with me so i attempted to contact corporate and instead of returning my call they called the manager i was having the issue with.No attempt was made by them to find out what my issue was, which is extremely poor leadership. If the issue was more serious with management they would never know because they just refer you back to them without listening to the issue first, again very poor leadership and management at the highest level.The best they could do was let us pay the extra months rent in 3 payments.im on a fixed income and this was brutal but it was the only option other than destroying my renters history by not paying it.having said all of this i will tell you this with great honesty: this is a greedy corporate business that does not care about its residents. Only money. There are far better options within a 3 mile radius of here that are cheaper, friendlier and have far more amenities. I would not recommend camden or any of their propertys to anyone. Take it for what its worth buy i am not alone in this, a majority of the residents i lived there with felt the same way and left as well. They are just not as vocal as i am. Im sure camden will respond with the usual im sorry for your experience but this is way beyond that.

100% you should live here. Best location, kind of pricey, but for what you get its pretty good. Amenities, pool and a top notch staff are great! We have the best floor plan they make.

If you are looking to live in Disney Worlds backyard the location of this place is great. However, if you dont need to be that close to Disney I would recommend dodging this. The area is always a madhouse outside of the communities gates.I will say the office staff is really nice, but the community is not worth it. I have two dogs and walking them around is a huge challenge because people leave food everywhere. At least once a week I am pulling chicken bones out of my dogs mouth. I always clean up after my dogs, because there are plenty of doggie stations however I fear me and my husband are among the few who do clean up after their dogs.Parking is always a joy and they have some areas with signs up saying they will tow but never seen it happen. People park along curbs and also in front of garages that arent theirs. Essentially people are blocking residents in or out. When you report this the office just keeps saying they will be adding more signs up that really does nothing.The apartments are nice but not worth the price. Also, not sure of too many other buildings but they dont keep the breezeways clean. I live on the third floor and once you hit my floor you would think it is Halloween the hallway is covered in spider webs and the spiders. Every day I have to dodge getting through the webs, I dont like spiders but for someone super afraid of them I cant even imagine this living condition. I have had to report the condition so many times and it takes forever for them to clean it.My final note is I am not sure if it is the area or just this community but it draws the most obnoxious crowd to live here. I have one neighbor who goes out at night and comes back honking her horn in her garage waking up everyone and this is usually during the week between 1 am and 3 am I have had to report it multiple times. My hallways always smell like a skunk which if that is your life choice this place maybe for you but since I am pregnant and about to have a baby not for me. I may live in the party building but not a night goes by without people yelling in the halls or parking lot. When you talk to the office about it they say you have to call the after hours officer to have them check it out which is great but that cop takes forever to get there and usually the people have gone inside to party so the cop does nothing. Plus I guess if you can hear them going up and down the halls talking and stairwells the walls arent too thick.I hope this helps people, I personally am breaking my lease and wish I had just bit the bullet and done it sooner instead of wasting this much time here!

This apartment is a beauty on the outside but have some ugly staff members in the office!!!! They are very unprofessional and are very rude!!! The so called manager named Kelly does not even have the basic manners to speak to someone!! They all look wonderful in the beginning and once you get to know them then you will understand, if you have an issues then they will show you their true colors!!! I have been complaining about smoking smell in my apartment from day 1 and months have passed and its still there.. the maintenance ppl couldnt do anything and the office doesnt want to take responsibility of anything!!! No courtesy of any kind!!! As long as they get their money they are fine!!!I just hope they can hire some mannered, and professional people for their office.. and get rid of those senseless unprofessional unethical people!

After apartment shopping and looking at the big picture of each complex, Camden Town Square was the front-runner by far. From its location next to Publix, Starbucks, I-4 and Disney (and tucked back into a quiet area) to its impeccable landscaping and upkeep of the property. Maintenance requests are always done in less than 24 hours. The dog park features a section for large and small dogs and there are waste stations conveniently but subtlety located across property. Camden is well known for their customer service and it shows at Town Square. Assistant Manager Courtney and staff went above and beyond to ensure all questions were answered at move-in and they continue to provide superior service each day. I’ve been a resident for two years now and this is the best complex I’ve ever live at.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have lived in many places over the years and never written a review until now... I dont want anyone to go through what I went through. The staff will rip you off at the end of your lease anyway they can. I had multiple friends that had the same thing happen to them when they moved out, so it seems to be a pattern in how they get extra cash from their tenants. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive when we came to them with any issues throughout our stay and at the end. This is a big company that can steamroll their occupants to get anything they want. There a ton of complexes in Orlando that are nicer, more trustworthy, and respectful to their occupants. Dont waste your money on these below-average apartments run by unethical people.

I just was approved for a home at Camden Town Square. My experience was wonderful with Jessica. She was so helpful and delightful. I was only visiting on vacation from Washington DC. I have decided to relocate with my son and make new home in Florida. I owe it all to Jessica. The property is glorious a piece of heaven on earth. I cant wait.Dr. Ivin Moody JrWashington DC

I am extremely pleased with our time here at Camden Town Square! We have been here since it was built and the staff has been excellent in sincerely caring about our having a good experience. Frankly, I dont plan to move! Ultra clean center with really good amenities.

Very nice apartment and huge garage. High ceilings, crown molding, stainless steel refrigerator, huge garden tubs, wood floors. I dont like walking around the lake because it smells like dog poop. Also the neighborhood outside the gate is very ghetto. Im moving up north because the economy here is terrible and my business suffered because of it.

Loved living here. Office staff is great and maintenance is quick! Parking is a bit of a problem but overall great experience!

OUTSTANDING COMMUNITY AND STAFF! Words cannot properly describe how happy my wife an I are with our community and the staff at Camden Town Square. The units and amenities at Camden are wonderful ... very well kept and everything you could possibly want in a luxury apartment complex. We couldnt be happier. The staff is amazing ... the most professional, courteous, and accomodating staff we have ever met, and we have lived in many different cities over the years. I would like to particularly recognize Amanda for her outstanding service and very pleasant personality, but I would be remiss if I didnt recognize Jess, Laura, Amy, Vinny, and Gail as well. They make a great team and do an incredible job. I would also like to compliment the entire maintenance team, who responds very quickly and professionally to all maintenance requests. In case you were wondering, no I am not on Camdens payroll, just very pleased with the community and staff. In fact, the last review I wrote for a recent hotel stay in Tampa was not so pleasant. So, bottom line, Camden Town Square (community, staff, neighbors, location) is a 10 out of 10 ... and thats why we plan to renew our lease next month ... couldnt be happier.Regards,Douglas C. This place is awesome. Starting from leasing office all the way down to the maintenance staff, They are all on top of the property maintenance. Every day i see them early cleaning up, changing doggy bags and cleaning the grills. My A/C unit died at 7:00 pm on a sunday night and by 12:00am that same day the ac was working. Any job requested is taken care of within the hour or less! Place is clean friendly and best of all, close to attractions. Only reason i am moving is to find something a bit more my budget as i live alone. the rent is not bad considering all the ammenities, area, and the service. I highly recommend this community.

While I have yet to have the experience of living at Camden Town Square, I loved my experience with them during the viewing and touring process. Instead of having a done up show apatmet they just show you whatever apatmet they have vacant at the time. I LOVE this because I know there must be a consistency with the quality of units and that Im viewing what could potentially be my apartment. Ill be moving back to the Orlando area next year and Camden Town Square is at the top of my list for places I want to live!

Horrible management company. Basically run by con artists who will try and fleece you for every dime when you go to move out. They found a stain about one inch in diameter on the carpet after living there for 4 years and charged my wife and her roommates $2000 to replace the carpet in the entire apartment.. (we found out later that they replace the carpet anyways every 5 years, so it would have been ripped out for the next tenant either way, yet they still charged 2 grand for it. The apartments themselves aren’t even nice. Outdated. For the price you can do MUCH better and live somewhere that you don’t have to worry about your own landlord ripping you off.

I loved it here at Camden Town Square. It is the safest place to live in Kissimmee and not quite as expensive as the town of Celebration. We chose it because they had wood flooring and were pet friendly. We really enjoyed walking literally out of the complex and having a starbucks and several dining locations. High tourist traffic. Busses to Disney for working are always delayed. Give yourself plenty of time to get to work if using the Bus.

Hello good morning 03/07/2016 day make an application for a fit with the arrival for the day 07/29/2016 and devido I had a health problem could not reach that day the lady I Arcela tori sent via email mail that had not come that day would lose the application for apt assigned by you so that you answered by the same route he had a health problem and could not come and he said not to lose the me exchange application to another apt that was not what I wanted and apart would be more expensive since she had to verify my identity told him I would pay the full month from the date of July 29 for expected me to come and I would lose that money did not matter and I replied that in any way I necesitava a home for my family and I had access to change my apt what I most annoying is that the day you reach the square camden not asked me any identification to verify as tori Arcela I understand that those said to be their policies but a health problem can not just rush and asked them a few days Id pay.I currently live in the apt that did not choose a more expensive price would pay.Do not call it personally because my English is not very good and I realized that no one who speaks Spanish in the office.Sincerely Gustavo Gonzalez

First wasnt a fan of this place but as time went on and got more comfortable this place and the people because very comforting and worked with me on things as well as got things taken care of rather fast.
