Called because need a tow quickly. Spoke with Ashley and my initial time request could not be met so I thanked her and ended the call. After speaking with others, I decided to call back and go ahead with the tow. Ashley was very kind and helpful. She even offered to call State Patrol and let them know of the situation. She also set me up on text alerts so I would know when certain milestones were hit and when I could expect arrival. Nick arrived on time and we took care of business. Overall, and in spite of the situation, a very good experience 👍 I hope I never need them again but if I do...I wont hesitate to contact them again. Excellent service.

I have used MAC many times, but Ill be thinking twice next time I need a car transported. I absolutely needed my car moved, called, and scheduled. I call 2 hours later asking whats going on, turns out they never put me on the schedule. They say theyll get someone out to my car. The driver on the way to my car then calls to say he has to go get another car and asks if Ill be available all night. NO, I will not be. So 4 hours after I originally called, my tow is cancelled.Only reason Im not giving 1 star is because at least my other tows in the past were satisfactory, albeit expensive. I generally am happy to pay for good quality service, but not when I get screwed twice in one day. Ill consider using MAC again, but its going to be awhile and I have another lengthy tow coming up in a couple weeks that they wont be getting to do.

Very rude and making their money off the misery of others as a 🚔 police impound yard, meaning they steal cars by racking up unpayable storage fees . Boycott any towing company that does impounds. That is my personal opinion anyway.

Time estimates were reliable, prices were good, and employees are amazing. Nicholas (Nick) was a true professional, on time, and masterful with his flat bed tow truck. I would not hesitate to call these guys up again!

Needed basic flatbed tow for roadside assistance. Pickup point was local on Eastside of Seattle, drop off point was 15 miles away. This company quoted $250 on top of roadside assist benefit. I’m all for a supply/demand curve, but price gouging people when they need help is just wrong.I’ll never do business with these guys or recommend them to anyone I know.

Mac Towing went above to take care of me as a client. They towed my car twice for free and refunded me when they couldnt help. They are a local Kirkland business and I would recommend them to anyone

Called with a few hrs before tow needed. Gave me a ballpark arrival time. Didnt show in that time frame. Called for status, Theyre on their way. 20 min. later, no one. Called again, Theyre in traffic. Still no one 15 min. after that. I understand not everything will happen in my time frame, but there is no way theres 50 minutes of traffic from one point in Bellevue to another point at 2 pm on a Wednesday. Clear communication is key to good business. I went with a different company for my needs.

Called in to get a seized flat tire changed out in Juanita, which as soon as they realized it wasnt an emergency (or something) I got a nice 45 minute wait time. Over an hour later I call back to then get a fresh NEW 30 minute wait time. Traffic must be crazy on the moon. Within that 30 minute window (and waiting over an hour already) I called Quality Towing and they show up in 15 minutes. WEIRD. Even the multiple times I called them back to get an ETA and then the final time when I called to cancel the lady on the phone didnt seem to give a rats ass the whole time.Change your name to Macaroni because your customer service and punctuality is a f***ing WET NOODLE 👎 👎 👎

REALLY nice driver. We only waited about 45 min for truck to arrive, when other tows quoted 90 mins. Driver was concerned for our safety and very personable. He was even kind to my son who talked the whole time. Made sure we had insurance invoice without asking. It made a long trip home and a stressful event easier to deal with. Not a cheap event, but was still less than another I got a quote from.

Called three hours ago and asked for a vehicle to get towed.I call back to see why the driver had not called or came by and Scott gave me the worst attitude. Refused to let me finish a sentence, when I asked to speak with a manager he said he was the manager there. Then he says you want to speak with a manager of Mac towing and I say of course. He filibusted with me until I disconnected the call. Tomorrow morning Ill be calling to speak with a real manager.Horrible service all the way around. Theyll get a chance to make things right tomorrow.

Be aware, this location is only for abandoned cars. If your car got towed by this company for a parking violation, it’s at the Redmond location.
