Everything I’ve been looking for in a gym.

I live in Charlotte, NC and I needed a place to train while in town. While other gyms were closed over the weekend, I called Seminole strength and the owner Jeremy picked up the phone. He was extremely welcoming and i felt at home in their space. I came in for Olympic weightlifting and they had everything I needed for my workout (bumper plates, jerk blocks, 15kg and 20kg barbells, racks, etc.)If I lived in the area I would already have a membership. Without a doubt, I will drop in when I’m in the Tallahassee next. I urge anyone in the area to see what this place is about.

Easily the best gym in Tallahassee!! The owners are some of the nicest, most sincere people Ive met. They truly care about you and helping you achieve your goals! Any piece of equipment you could need is there, the atmosphere is amazing, the gym members are all like family and help each other learn and grow everyday! To top it all off the the price is unbeatable for a 24-hour power-lifting gym! Honestly, cant think of a single bad thing to say about this place, go try it out once and youll be blown away!

I’ve tried a lot of gyms over the years and Seminole Strength is hands down the best one I’ve tried. All the equipment you need for strength sports or body building or if you just want to get strong. The owners are super nice and helpful and the atmosphere is so great. It’s everything my experience in commercial gyms was lacking.

The atmosphere of this gym is way better than any commercial fitness place; it makes you want to keep coming back. I wouldn’t work out any where else in the Tallahassee area. The equipment they have is perfect if you want to body build or power lift, they’ve got it all.

Stopped by this gym on my friends recommendation a year ago and I havent seen a comparable gym anywhere. Owner makes you feel like family and has a genuine interest in your weightlifting success. Best gym Ive ever attended, hands down

I can’t say enough good things about this gym, came In looking for a change in atmosphere, I was tired of the typical gyms around town. Jeremy and Shelly (owners) are probably 2 of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, they’ve remembered me by name since the day I signed up. you get a really good “welcome home” type feel whenever you’re there. Jeremy being a world record holder you have access to some of the best lifting minds in the sport and this is an all around great place to workout, fits any schedule since it’s 24 hours accessible with more equipment than you’ll know what to do with. All around fantastic gym, I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Amazing gym with any piece of equipment that you could possibly need, at your disposal. Ask for a spot? Not a problem. Need to pick someone’s brain on lifting advice? Everyone will be glad to help. All around great atmosphere and experience. Anyone wanting to get some training in needs to make a stop here.

This is a super nice gym the people here are also very friendly. Equipment are nice and they have everything one would need. Perfect place for anyone who wants to make serious improvements on there body.

Hands down one of the best gyms in the State! There is nothing that this gym doesnt offer for a serious or novice lifter. Anyone that lives in Tallahassee should be at this gym. World class equipment, family vibe, empowering atmosphere and owned by a world class athlete. If you arent going here, well thats just plain foolish. This gym and Jeremy cultivate greatness. Man, cant wait to go back!!!!

Love this gym, everyone who goes there is super friendly and helpful. Bonus is that the gym is 24 hours so busy days are no big deal and you can go when it’s best for you. Love the feel, 10/10 would recommend over any other gym.

This gym has a great environment to train in. It’s never overly busy like other commercial gyms where you can some times be forced to wait for machines or other equipment. It’s convenient for the times you want to train at odd hours because they give you a pass code to get in any time you want.

Stopped in while driving through Tallahassee for work. I cant say enough great things about the gym. It has all the equipment you need to get strong and perform for any sport. Had a chance to meet the owner and i was treated like family from the moment i got there, he even took the time to help spot/critique my bench. I will be stopping by every time im in town. One of the best gyms in Florida hands down.

Want to talk about people that care and know you on a first name basis and not a swipe #. I love places that are family owned because we all go through moments and nice to have a gym where people care for one another. I was doing dead lifts wrong and someone corrected me and I was open to help. I have also met some kind people there that will help if needed. I’ve never been to a gym where I’ve felt more welcomed or more encouraged to get stronger and healthier. I found this gym and made it home to be surrounded by other motovated people. It has all the equipment I will ever need and open for 24 hours that accommodates my twisted schedule.

SSC is the greatest place to train in Tallahassee. Strongman implements, specialty bars, and all of the tools you could possibly need. Multiple racks, platforms and benches makes waiting for equipment a thing of the past. Chalk, heavy weights and loud music welcomed. Do yourself a favor and go check it out!

Wonderful facility with unique equiptment you won’t find anywhere else! The owner is super to show you the ropes and help you as much as you need! Plus he’s a firefighter with amazing expertise. Would 10/10 reccomend this place to anyone

I am a powerlifter who also enjoys bodybuilding training and this gym had literally everything I could have ever dreamed of in addition to equipment for strong man and olympic lifting.
