I had a dip powder french manicure. It cost me 100$. The nails have been done thick and after 10 days margins started to chip off from the natural nail. Conclusion - not worth the price.

It is really hit or miss here. It has been the best and worst nail experience, so I strongly suggest that if you find someone you like, you specifically only make appointments to see them.I have been here 4 times and have had 3 different nail techs. 2 are amazing (ken and miah) but one lady really ruined everything. First, she used a random acrylic tip to rip off my dip paint. Then she was surprised that I yelled in pain and said oh did that hurt? She didnt take all of the old color off (dark red) and dipped the new color (baby blue) over it. It was extremely rushed and uncomfortable and if that was my only experience I would never go back.Luckily Ive had positive experiences as well which is why I will continue to go, but only if I know the technician. The pink below was done by Ken and I love it.I called the next day when I could really see the old color underneath and they said they cant do anything once you leave. So if you are at all unhappy about your service, make sure you say something before you leave the building.

10 days after my gel manicure. My nails are like this. It was my first visit and overall experience is okay. However, the nail specialist doesn’t seem to know how to do the job. She didn’t seal the edge. My job is just click mouse and type on keyboard. I didn’t really cook or do anything. Kinda disappointed.

The salon is beautiful and it has the potential to be the best nail salon. The massage chairs are comfortable, clean and new. The salon is big and spacious. They serve different refreshments while having your treatment. I just felt that the quality of my pedicure was mediocre. There’s 4 different options for pedicure treatments, I chose the 3rd highest quality which exclaimed that I got a longer massage and “sugar scrub”The treatment was just as long as the basic pedicure and they didn’t detail the pedicure as much as I would have expected.If they spend a little more time with the detail of the pedicure treatments- trimming cuticles, higher quality nail polish and a longer massage, then this place would be the best in Kirkland hands down.They have the atmosphere and everything they need to be the best, but the actual service could improve for the quality of the actual treatment.

The receptionist was incredibly rude. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to share my experience.Immediately when I walked in she told me that I needed to wear a mask. Mind you, I have NO problem wearing a mask, but I didn’t have one on me at the time. (This was my first time here and the other nail places I’ve been to didn’t require a mask). I told her if she had one I’d wear one and she TALKED over me and said if I “catch something” than they are not liable. I proceeded to tell her that if they have a mask I’ll wear one and even told her I’d show her my vaccination card if that was a problem. She replied, “it doesn’t matter, choose a color”.It’s unfortunate because my nail tech, Loc, was polite and wonderful which is why I added another star to a 1 star experience. When I called to make an appointment nobody told me masks were required. When I walked into the nail parlor I even looked at the door to see if there was a “mask required” sign. There wasn’t (picture below).On top of that, I felt awkward and uncomfortable the whole time because I was the only individual in there without a mask. I might come in again if they fix their attitude/ for Loc’s services. However, my first time experience was terrible.EDIT: I am well aware the mask mandate is up on August 23. I was at your store on August 20. Thank YOU for your feedback. Do better.

Taking being rude to the next level.The receptionist was bossy, rude and disrespectful. It was a “hurry up, it’s not my fault” kinda of person. We just wanted to enjoy our time. However, we did think we would have to just ask to be treated like a human. Inappropriate and unprofessional to say the very least.The nail tech was amazing but ruined it by the first Interaction.UPDATE: the “owner” tried to say I was not a customer. I had a appointment, I paid my money, I have a photo of the lady. What more do you want?

I was tentative coming to this place due to some of the reviews, but wanted to say I had a wonderful experience with them today! I got a gel manicure and it is beautiful. Exactly what I wanted. They were also perfectly on time and very professional. Sure I’ll be back here in the future to get a touch up!

I absolutely love Anthony Vince Nail Spa at Totem Lake for many reasons! It’s beautiful, it’s clean, organized, even the bathrooms are beautiful and spotless. Most importantly, I have finally found the absolute best technician named Lan. Each and every visit my nails look amazing and so natural no matter what polish I choose. She is excellent and I hope I can keep her forever!

HORRIBLE experience! Not recommending this place at all. This lady Chau(13) did so freaking bad. I told her to redo it and all she did added a little bit of powder and talked bad about me by complaining to her co-worker thinking that I wouldn’t understand. This is supposed to be a good quality dip. She filed the dip all the way to my nail and now looks UGLY and will be peeling off very soon. NO MASSAGE with lotion was offer either. I even had to tell her that there was some random powder on my fingers that she was supposed to remove. Sad part is that I had to find a baby sitter to go the this place and get this.??!?! not worth the money!

Horrible customer service. I called to check their hours & they confirm me they have time for me. Then I get there to get my acrylics nails removed and they tell me now they don’t have time. When clearly their hours are from 9:30am-7:30pm Monday-Friday and it’s only 7:10pm. Instead of apologizing they just acted hurried to get out of there. Not the way to treat costumers. If they don’t want to work than obviously they should stay home & not make people waste their time and gas traveling all the way over there. So glad they’re other nearby nail salons where they do make you feel welcomed, are professional and treat you right. So not recommended! Be aware of the treatment definitely not okay!

I usually have very good experience in this salon, but today a lady went to take off the dip nail polish from my nails and made me soak my hands for 10 min in nail polish remover. After that I asked for a simple manicure (normal nail polish) and this is the results I got, also my hands are super dry because of those 10 min soaking in the nail polish remover. Very disappointed.

The people and environment were nice, but the quality of my gel manicure was not. Lots of top coat holes on many of my fingers :/

They do amazing work, great price for the quality! I love getting their shellac and dip manicure. The salon is also so beautiful. With champagne offerings- this place is heaven.

Service was fast.I was cut a few times and the station I got my manicure at was dusty and has finger nails on it from the last person there.My gel manicure has bubbles and lint, and my cuticles and nail beds are uneven and dry. They even filed my nails again after seeing the top coat so some of the edges are roughI had an appointment at store open so no they were from at least the night before.I was charged $83 without tip for services that were listen as $65 on their site.

I regularly go to both Alderwood and Totem Lake locations. The employees are nice and care about the quality of your visit. They are the ultimate in experience. I get creative with my nail designs and they have artistic, creative people who do beautiful, unique work. The ambience is great, massaging pedicure chairs are very comfortable and work! They price comparably with the other salons Ive been to. I highly recommend them.

My entire experience was very good. The hostess was friendly and helpful.I didn’t have an appointment; however, I was assigned Ken. Ken is the man. He was very thorough. I mean very meticulous about his work. Excellent work on my dipped nails.The place was very clean including the bathroom. I will be returning. As for the social distancing, they have shields between each client and we all wear mask.Ms C

This place is really nice. Its about time a high end nail spa moved in. The nail spa is located at the Village at Totemlake. Its nice to sit back relax and enjoy a glass of wine, while being pampered. The employees are nice and are upfront about their services, so no sticker shock. We didnt feel rushed and it was so nice after a crazy day at the office.

The experience was horrible from the reception to the end. The receptionist asks me for the design I want. I showed her a few, and she got irritated at me because they cant do them. And instead of showing me alternatives (which I asked for) or let a nail artist talk to me she gets irritated and show me a box of stones and ask me to make up my mind in 30s. They dont listen to what I want and get irritated when I say I want stones on more than one finger. They refused to use a diamond stone when I ask for one and said it has to be round, on the pretext that it wont hold. Mind you I already had designers with the same stone before and they hold perfectly. They ask me a question and 3 girls surrounded me and they talk to the person that asked me the question at the same time that I am answering the question. That is beyond rude. I could go on and on. It was genuinely an upsetting and stressful experience and I came back with nothing like what I wanted.

I just called to make an appointment. The receptionist was really rude. I already feel this place will not pamper me and will make me mad instead. But my family bought a gift card for me, so I will at least try and change this review if the result and actual experience are good.

Lovely experience -- but results dont lastI had a gel spa mani/pedi that without tip was $98. The actual experience was great. Toby was super sweet, the massage was great, the ambiance is beautiful.Sadly, my nails all popped off in less than a week. I expect more for a gel mani. And when I say my nails popped off, I dont mean chip, I mean each nail fully and very cleaning popped off. For context, I dont do manual labor, I dont even wash my dishes so there wasnt the typical wear and tear.On my feet, Ive only had one nail pop off.

Im not one to usually do pedicures, but these people are fantastic. The service was spot on, they knew their craft and were very professional with everything, even when I broke a glass 🤦‍♀️.Their menu was laid out and easy to read, the chairs were super comfy, and they were on top of it with sanitary concerns due to Covid-19.If I am ever involved in another girls day out, this will be on the list of things to do!Bonus: My pedicure still looks amazing several weeks later. Usually I cant make it more than a week without totally destroying the paint on my nails!The only downside is Google maps kept pointing me to Woodinville when the location is in Totem Lake. So definitely ignore your Google map directions and follow the directions on the website!

Our family has been in Anthony Vince Nail Spa in Totem lake few weeks ago. My husband and my son had pedicures without nail polish. My son had toe pain few weeks after. We took a picture of his toe and we saw dots around the nail. We saw our family doctor and he told us it caused by pedicures. He is taking oral antibiotics not ointment and he is suffering pain.Doctor told us it was so urgent and he needs oral antibiotics otherwise infection will go to the blood. I should call the manager to sterilize their instruments and hire more professional people. We paid a lot for the service and we are not happy at all. No friendly environment, just thinking about their business unfortunately

I went in to get my fingernails filed and clear coat. It took 5 minutes start to finish. Vee was quick and efficient. Very polite and considerate. The front desk manager unfortunately was not. She was on her phone on a social media platform for personal use when I entered and as I was waiting to pay. After a few minutes, she acknowledged me and said I needed to pay for a full manicure because Vee had cut some of my cuticles. She said that she had explained that cutting the cuticles meant being charged for a manicure when I entered, which is not true and I stated that to her. I said, however, that it was fine, I would pay the full amount, however a manicure is not 5 minutes and involves much more than what I received. She then spoke in an abrupt and condescending way, not in a discrete way to Vee that she needs to explain that to the client. She then said she would charge me the original agreed upon price. I was so excited to have found a nice salon and ended up disappointed with the lack of professionalism I would have expected.

My daughter and I got pedicures here before leaving for a trip.1. My guy never said a single word.2. He took way too much callus/skin off now I have cracked heels.3. He cut way too deep and far down on cuticles and my toe is severely infected, oozing pus, and has an odor. When I told him it hurt... he said nothing.4. My daughters gel polish peeled off in 2 days.5. I picked 2, $45 pedicures and somehow the bill was $147 excluding tip.6. I had to pay a $5 fee to get cash for a tip at the in store ATM7. I will never step foot in here again and will soon be on antibiotics for my toe. Hopefully I can upload a photo.

I got a fungus on my hands and feet after a new set of acrylics and a pediure. After 2 wks, 2 of my fingernails and 2 my 2 big toenails are lifting from the nail beds...

10/10 would recommend. I see Taylor for powder dip manicures and she is just so sweet and gives the most attention to details. A complimentary glass of wine is also a nice touch for the end of the day after a long day of work or a way to start off the weekend with your girlfriends. Thank you ladies :)

I had the most wonderful experience at Anthony Vince this morning. The best pedicure I have ever had and they fixed my acrylics that I had done elsewhere. They looked horrid and now they look so good, they don’t look acrylic 🙏🏻

The service here was terrible, we had three different manicurists who were all rude. We were told to “hurry up” and were shuttled from station to station by being barked commands at. This was for my friend’s wedding and we were incredibly disappointed. Will never come back.

I give it a 3 star because there are pros and cons. I booked mani-pedi but I just had about 1 hour available. At my arrival I asked the front desk and manager if two person could work on my services due my lack of time. She said no and I completely understand, but she went on and on and say not to rush the technician or else she’ll do a fast job. I said, no problem I’ll just do the manicure instead, I wanted to have a good relaxing experience.Once with the technician, The experience was NOT relaxing to be completely honest. I felt rushed by Cloe. She was moving too quickly removing my cuticles that I felt the need to tell her not to rush, since we had time, because I cancelled the pedicure. She quickly responded “I’m not rushing” The manicure itself was good. My color required an additional coat in a couple of nails because it wasn’t looking even. I asked politely about it and she said “it’s a see thru color, I already put 4 coats” .She had put 3 (I was counting). I also say that it wasn’t a see thru color since other nails had completely even color. She went on and applied the extra coat in a couple of fingers per hand. As she applied she said “this is the 6th coat”. Which was not true again, but showed me that she wasn’t so happy doing it. Also commented about me with her coworker thinking I wouldn’t understand, which was completely rude. After she was done painting the nails, she applied some sort of oil on my fingertips and I was expecting a massage, but I didn’t received one. Zero massage. She just say “wash your hands” I came back from washing my hands thinking I would get my hand massage or lotion or something, but no, she wasn’t in her chair anymore, I had to ask another lady if I was done. Then Cloe came back and said you’re done. She didn’t say thank you nor anything else. I completely understand her English is basic but she was rude. Never had that experience before in a nail salon. I had to ask for a baby sitter to go to the nails thinking to have a great experience and I didn’t have one.Never before I had a moody technician doing my nails, so it was not a spa experience for me. On the other hand, I saw a guy doing pedicure for some lady, he offered things to drink to her, he was very pleasant and looked he was doing his job happily. So that other lady had a great experience and hopefully wonderful nails too. Just it wasn’t my experience.Overall: Price point is good, customer service is bad or good, depending who’s working on your nails and the manicure per se was good. Also the place is clean.Conclusion: if I ever go back, I’ll ask to be seen by the guy Ken or Ben, not quite sure his name.

Was waiting to try this place out from a long time but it was a such disappointment. I had 4pm appointment on Sunday and it felt so rushed. The manicure nail stylist while cleaning my nails hurt me in 2 different fingers which resulted in bleeding and when I told her that to do more carefully and slowly simply said I know instead of apologizing. She then kept the UV filter on top of my nails which understandably ruined the paint. She looks at me and the tell me rudely to not move my fingers. Pedicure was ok not the best I have had. I wont recommend this place to anyone.

They were crowded, but got us in for 2 appointments right away and the service was excellent! They also have a very extensive collection of colors.

They rush through your mani and pedi from massage to the cuticles to the polish to the dry time. Second time there and not going back. Noisy too.

UPDATE: taylor did my dip powder today. It felt really rushed and the area around the nail is a total mess. There is clear coat over my skin. Color is over it in some areas too and missing from the nail in others. I am very disappointed.Old review: I really enjoy coming here. A pedicure and mimosa makes for a great morning. I’ve also done dip powder which I like.

I really appreciated everything about this salon, not only were my nails fantastic, every staff member were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. They were incredibly clean, which made me feel safe with Covid-19 as well. I was able to get a full acrylic set for an incredibly reasonable price. I am now making this my go-to salon!

I had Sam as a technician and she was great. I needed to get acrylic tips and dip taken off from another salon and she was very gentle and patient. Some places can be in a hurry and it can be painful so I was a little worried as this was my first time here. But like I said, she was so gentle! She did my gel manicure after that and I’m very pleased. Will definitely be back

Pedicure experience was horrible. Sammy the beautician did not stub my foot at all and just applied oil for 1 min in the name of massage. Also went in for the manicure where she didn’t even do the the massage as mentioned in the service and in fact was rude when I told her to do it.

My experience at this place was the worst! Was my daughters best friend birthday and we decided to get a doble manicure for them to celebrate her birthday. Girls were so excited to have a manicure at the same time! I paid a full manicure for them and they only got a color at their nails, not any special treat, they didnt even offer something to drink and not even a hand massage as you regularly get at any manicure salon. I also got a pedicure for my self, they have an amazing bar full of different kind of drinks, they never explained me the services they offer from the bar and didnt even offer me a glass of water. I paid extra for an extra foot massage, it was the worst ever!!!!! this girl didnt know how to do a massage, she only rubbered me some cream at my feet. At the end between my pedicure and two girls manicure I paid about $150. Ive got a gift card from my husband for mothers day from this place because he is opening a business next to them!! The money that I had left on this gift card I just decided to gave it on full to this salon because I know for sure Ill never come back to this place! Not a nice birthday celebration, my girls were very sad and disappointed after their first experience at a nail salon for them!!Also the front desk lady took 15 minutes to give me my bill and nobody was ahead of me. She just didnt know her job and what to do.Please dont spend your money at this place, it looks very nice and for sure they are paying a lot of money on rent but if they are going to charge so much money and show a nice bar and offer extra services, at list they need to make it work perfectly for the money we are paying as a customer.

I’ve been to Anthony Vince nails about 8 times so far. They provide a good balance of an inviting space, good nails, a relaxing experience and cleanliness. I’ve been comfortable in their health standards since they’ve opened back up during the pandemic- health checklist, temperature checks, hand sanitizer and masks, as well as barriers at the nail stations.

Great for keeping nails and girlfriends happy! Tip for guys: Avoid the clear coat. Made my nails sticky for weeks! Great service and a nice way to keep nails well groomed!

So initially it was really good. Pricey ($$) but good service. Then the workers stopped communicating with me about charges and just waited until the end to tell me what I thought was going to be about 40-50 dollars ended up being 80-100!! Then instead of being professional about my frustration the lady at the front was rude and made it seem like it should have been common sense to me. I liked how clean it is, I liked the environment.

I loved this place. The guy who did my nails was super friendly and my nails are so pretty.

I am a nail technician and I needed a full set while I am away from home. Walking by this place looked very nice, so I thought “why not?”. What a huge mistake. I left shocked and disappointed at the end result. The entire process was full of red flags:1. Removing old set with tips: Taylor used nail tips to (painfully) rip off my old set. Removing old sets can be done with a drill with minimal damage to the natural nail, but it takes more time. Obviously quick turn around is valued more than preserving the customer’s natural nail here. My nails were absolutely shredded to the point a pit formed n my stomach.2. Cuticle care- there was none. Cuticles were not even pushed back or trimmed. As a nail tech... horrifying.3. Applying tips: Tips were not sized beforehand, she just put glue on and grabbed the closest looking size. As a nail tech... also horrifying.4. Shaping: I showed her a photo of my desired shape (rounded coffin). End result turned out uneven and angular. I asked gently for her to correct it, she seemed frustrated that I said anything at all. I gave up asking for any changes, at this point is when I admitted defeat. All of the nails turned out uneven in the end.5. Acrylic application: Buffing and filing the nail before application of product was the bare minimum and totally rushed. Absolutely no attention to detail and it showed in the end result. Some nails were much bulkier than others and the application was uneven in general.6. Polish application: There were hairs stuck in two of my nails. I asked her to fix one and she did with a lot of attitude. Polish on my cuticles, lumps, and areas where polish was missed were obvious. I have never left a salon wishing I never went there up until I visited here today.I am not one to write nasty reviews, but this was so disappointing, especially for $54 plus tip. I wish I could get my money back, but I am sure that would be a battle I simply do not have the energy to fight.

Best massage chairs around!

Ive been there twice now. One of my daughters tried to book 6 appts for her bridal party on their website. and for some reason it wouldnt work. I called the next day and booked the appts. When we arrived, everything seemed fine. After 2 of us were done, the lady at the front desk started telling me that we screwed up her night because we booked 10 spots but only 4 of us showed up. Totally wrong! She was rude and condescending. Second time, my 17 year old daughter went there with a friend and the lady that was doing her nails was very short with her and not listening to what she wanted done. When she was working on her nails my daughter told her it wasnt the shape she wanted the lady was very rude to her and was very rough. It was $53! Totally overpriced for the service. Theyre not very nice and they need more training in customer service!

Bad experience. A lady asked me rudely “Are you done picking your colors yet? Other customers are waiting.” You only have one set of color palette sample for the whole salon to use? Or at least you could’ve ask nicely? The nail technician was really nice though!

I had no idea this place I existed. Its a gorgeous space, very friendly staff. I came in for a pedicure and got paired with Ann who was very sweet and thorough. I requested a French pedicure and she let me know right away that there would be an upcharge which I really appreciate. I had a great experience my first time in. Ill be bringing my mom and sister next.

Ladies are always nice and tell you if there is a service priced higher than regular services. Hospitality is great and they have wonderful polishes to choose from! Not a boring selection like most places.

I was recommended by a co-worker to this salon, and was excited to finally try it out. I was not greeted with a friendly hello, just sign in here. After I was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait, after over an hour, I was finally seated. Again, not greeted with a hello. Emily just started working on my nails, then proceeded to tell me that they arent busy in the mornings. This made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her, honestly . As you can see, this was the quality that came out. There was stuff left over all over my fingers. I really shouldnt have to tell anyone to make my nails look nice, which is why I didnt say anything when I left. I was not told thank you, or goodbye. It was the worst manicure experience I have had. I honestly wanted to walk out after waiting for 45 minutes, but I didnt want to rate a place without having a full experience.

I moved to this area in December and today I had the best manicure Ive thornsince I got here. Ken gave me an amazing dip manicure.

If I could give it a zero I would... i have lived in seven countries and two different cities in the U.S and had manicures and pedicures everywhere and this is by far the most rude and impersonal service I received not to mention the poor quality pedicuredon’t be fooled by the glitzy appearance of the place

I’d give a 4.5 star if I could. Beautiful salon and set to relax. Jane, Toby and Ken were all very professional, personable and attentive. My daughter and I had manns and pedis - very relaxing and beautifully done. The front person could be a little more personable. She is very professional and efficient, but could do more to make a customer feel welcomed. Get past the front and everyone is wonderful!

Lan is my absolute favorite! She always does such a professional and beautiful job! Normally I ask for dip powder manicure and it always turns out amazing.I really like Emily’s work too, she did gel pedicure for me. Overall I love the service here, everybody’s so kind and friendly. Lynn is very nice at the front desk. Once I had a request to add some special stones and she ordered them for my next visit.The place is very nice and clean. I really like the design and the interior. There’s a great selection of colors and services as well.

It’s hard to find a good nail technician, let alone someone who can give quality advice. Sammy was very attentive, kind, knowledgeable and took great care of my nails. I will drive across town just to see her. Friendly staff too.

Went in to Anthony Vince to remove my acrylics. Emily was so attentive and careful while taking them off! Any slight discomfort I showed, she immediately picked up on and made sure I wasn’t in pain. Taking off acrylics is usually nerve wracking but Emily was amazing in making it an easy and painless process!

I LOVE this spa. They do an excellent job, at an excellent price. They provide a free alcoholic drink of your choice and are super clean, fun, and respectful! Could not recommend enough. Tucked in between the Ross building and the Trader Joe’s building on the right side.

My fiance and I had pedicures with Katie and Miah. They are both amazing! Great pedicures. Great conversation. Great atmosphere. Clean environment. Will be back.

The manager Lynn was so rude, I asked her few questions about kids service and she answered very rudely, she talked with higher voice in front of her workers and in her own language this is horrible a place so fancy with such a horrible service. They should really work on their professionalism, not only the beauty of the salon. Person like this should not mange when they don’t know how to talk to their costumers.

I arrived,and then sat and waited a few minutes for a lady to come and sign me in. Someone came over and signed me in, she was very rude when I asked questions. She told me to choose my nail color, and I did very quickly. Again I waited 10 min for someone to seat me and when I got seated again I waited and waited for someone to start on me when I saw many other workers not working on anyone that could have easily started on me. They didn’t start on me until 45 min after my appointment was scheduled. And may I add that multiple times workers would almost start my nails and then see another costumer and start on them. My pedicure was done very poorly, that being said the lady who did my nails was very kind. Although she only took 30 minutes for both top and bottom nails. I most likely will NOT be coming back here.

My artist was Lan and she did amazing! She really took her time to make sure everything was even and precise, her nail art skills are fantastic! I have always had a hard time finding an artist to do nice clean and cute nail art and she nailed it. The place is so cute and clean!

Fancy, brand new place that you feel yourself good when you enter. But when you meet the front desk and the other employees, you change your mind. They are all so arrogant and unkind, unfriendly. They are behaving as if they are the customers and you are the employee. As if they are doing their job free of charge. I donot know, maybe they are underpaid and they are not happy with what they are doing. We are not going there to be treated like creatures. A smiling face, kind manner is enough.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would, because of the employees. I went in with my 11-year-old daughter and specifically told them, and they had me write it down, the services I wanted. They then proceeded to ask my daughter if she wanted something else, more expensive of course, and my daughter didnt know what she was saying yes too. I ended up spending way more than I wanted to spend. Very deceiving and dishonest people which is unfortunate because its a very nice, fancy place.

I was very excited to get my nails done here with my cousin as it is close to home and it was new! We had made an appointment for 4:15 for an acrylic fill for me and a simple polish change for my cousin. We walked in, signed in right away, picked our colors, and waited to be seated. We were not seated in a chair until around 5:20, over an hour after our scheduled appointment. We did not end up leaving until around 6:15. I did bump one of my nails while drying, which was my fault obviously, but when I had caught the manager to ask about fixing it, she took another 15 minutes to run over and repaint one nail. My fill ended up looking really nice and I loved my shape, but just 4 days later 3 of my nails had already snapped off. Unsure about giving this place another shot.

Anthony Vince is beautifully decorated, classy, comfortable.& offers a free drink, including mimosas, for their customers...which is why Im bummed that the quality of their work doesnt match the environment! I usually get a pedi, full/set and/or fill. Ive tried the SMS they offer: however, within a matter of days my nails would pop off,...several times! I finally gave up & went back to acrylic hoping that would be better. No such luck. A nail popped off within the week & my toenails chipped. Im not sure why this is happening. Ive brought this to their attention. They have fixed the nails without charge but then the same happens again. They were not sorry & even told me that they arent meant to last 4 weeks or so... um, lets try 4 days! Unacceptable!! I am now back with another nail to be fixed! This time Im throwing in the towel. As much as I like it here, its expensive and I need my nails to last!!

Always super clean, great selection of colors and services. I also really appreciate the ventilation of their salon, it doesn’t have that “nail shop chemical smell”!

The salon is beautiful and very chill. Lan gave me a beautiful long acrylic nail design and david gave a lit pedicure. It was a bit spendy but you get what you pay for :)

Not worth the hullabaloo. Dont get blinded by the elite decor and upscale setting of the place. They made me and my friend wait for 1 hour without informing that they cannot do our pedicure for another 45 mins. On top of that some guy at the counter was giving us the look as if we asked to do the pedicure for free. I would give this some negative star only if google can invent it.Advise: Value the time of your customers and have the courtesy to inform them if they have to wait forever.
