Stews Garage has been a Godsend...we got over 2000 Honda CRV in June 2020. After purchasing replacement parts on Amazon, thankfully Stews was available to help install said parts. The shop is clean, well equipped with everything a person needs to wrench on their vehicle...the rate of $47 an hour is reasonable, considering the going rate of mechanics in the area. There are mechanics in case you need help, however make no mistake: you do the work. I highly recommend this place if you are mechanically inclined. I wish that there was a way to franchise a shop like this...I have a daughter in Idaho Falls with an Automotive Tech degree from Lake Washington Tech.Oh well...I can dream! Some might find my last comment inappropriate...take care and stay safe!

This place is perfect. It has pretty much all of the tools you could need for any type of vehicle. The staff was super friendly and they managed accommodate my unexpected visit and scheduled me in with no problems. To top it off, the prices were reasonable and upfront AND they gave me a military discount. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!I highly recommend this place to anyone that has any mechanical issues with their vehicle.I was not dissapointed at all. It was totally worth the drive from Everett. In fact, I do plan on returning for other car projects I have in mind.

I am fortunate to live close enough to take advantage of this facility. The Website covers all the details quite well.Ive done oil changes, suspension and brake work - and been very thankful I could do it here instead of in my cramped garage! At the other end of the spectrum there have been people doing engine swaps, building race cars, and everything in between. The garage is very well run, always kept clean, and safety is a priority. If you question the prices step back for a moment and consider the investment in equipment, the space itself, utilities, tool and supply inventory, staff, and daily upkeep. Id love to spend less - but I cant imagine how, without seriously compromising some part(s) of the operation.

I was extremely impressed, and satisfied with my experience. This was my first time visiting Stews Garage to replace my brake pads, and rotors. Im not someone who regularly works on cars so naturally I was abit intimidated, as I had no idea, or experience on how to work the car lift, air tools etc.. The staff at Stews are great guys! Very friendly, and welcoming..The moment I arrived they made the whole process a very smooth experience, and was there to offer pointers and advice at any time I ran into issues..Very special Thanks to Rick who was always checking on me, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was being done correctly, and safely..Even for a newbie like myself..I was able to get all my brakes and rotors done in 2 hrs which saved me over $600, and I left stews with a better understanding of my vehicle, and more confidence which is priceless! Theres not many local businesses lately that I can sincerely say thats worthy of our business but Stews Garage is definitely one of them, and very reasonably priced..Keep up the great work guys!!

Stews is a DIY garage. I use their 30-minute lift rental for oil changes as at my age crawling under cars is getting hard. My grandchildren would be proud!Im in awe at this business and honestly feel that they are so, so much more than just a business - they are providing a community service. Having a resource like this is so important for the many people who cant afford the cost of many car repairs, especially in these challenging times. They even provide all the tools you could need! And dont be shy, sisters! These arent those old school shop guys who will treat you like a simpleton, call you sweetheart and hang over your should giving you unsolicited advice. I was very pleased and impressed with the car lift, complete set of 1/4 3/8 1/2 box and socket ratchet sets, anything and everything in the way of professional grade shop tools at each work station. There are a number of underbody stands available, transmission and over engine support lifts as well. Hydraulic press, torque wrenches up to 250lbs. There is a check-out tool counter for specialty tools. Lighting is good, snacks and drinks available, clean rest rooms, good ventilation. Servicing fluids is a breeze with the mobile drain stands, disposal of all hazmat is taken care of with ease at no additional cost. I booked four 12 hour days to pull my CTSV engine, transmission, oil pan, drive shaft, clutch, engine mounts, headers and had it all back together without any issues! I suggest for major repairs to do your homework and come prepared, well rested with a solid plan and goals! You need to chart each step for these types of projects, edit, brainstorm, anticipate issues, edit, over and over before you arrive. Put together a binder with torque specifications, manufacturer instructions, illustrations, reference material for everything, this is critical in order to achieve success!!! Anything can be done at Stews, but you must know what your doing and have mechanical experience for the big jobs. For servicing fluids and break jobs, I note that the team at Stews is very helpful for those that need questions answered with less experience, the team is there to help you be a success! I will be a long time future customer, Stews is a FIVE STAR operation!!!!!!!
