Automedics staff were friendly and professional. They did an oil and filter change, and tire rotation on my minivan. They are quick and efficient but also not rushed. Pricing was competitive / normal. I would recommend this place to anyone and plan to come back for all my auto maintenance.

Jeff and Keith are great! Super friendly and honest. Went in to get a general inspection and for a loud hovering noise in my tire. They fixed it in a few hours and it sounds amazing! My trunk was also leaking which they fixed at a reasonable price too. Will definitely be going back for any future maintenance on our cars.

Tried this mechanic based on the great internet reviews, and now Im happy to add my 5-star review as well. They were the most thoughtful, thorough, and communicative mechanic Ive ever been too! They answered all my questions and had my car fixed right on time when they said they would. I talked mostly to Keith who really (long story short) went beyond expectations to make sure the car was fixed up and ready to go. Auto fixes are never exactly cheap, but having the piece of mind of knowing a good, fair, honest mechanic is priceless. I will recommend them to anyone, and definitely be back for whatever fixes my car needs in the future.

These guys are awesome, especially Jeff. Everytime Ive brought a car to him, hes had me back up and running within 24 hours.Needed my car for a meeting on Friday and he was able to take it in Thursday night, replace the parts and belt and get it back to me by 10am Friday. I would give this place a zero ratings if I could. The guy didn’t even do a full inspection on a diagnostic because he said he didn’t “have time” and then charged me over $200. Do not recommend taking your car here if you are looking for quality customer service.

I have an old car that has some electrical glitches. Ive taken it to Automedics for this and other problems, as well as for regular maintenance over the past few years. Keith and Jeff are very experienced and capable, and are an absolute pleasure to work with.! Theyre friendly and go out of their to make their customers comfortable, to accommodate schedules and get the vehicle fixed properly. Theyre great about explaining what the possible problems are and what they found after theyve done the work.

I was very pleased with the quality of work provided by Keith; he went above and beyond! On a previous visit, he even told me where I could get the same work done for cheaper! How is that for honesty? He followed up with me twice to make sure the work was done well. I highly recommend him!

Ive been an Auto Medics client since before they opened at this location. Jeff and Kieth always provide first class repairs with integrity. I live in southern Oregon and inherited a Mazda Miata from my brothers estate. The car was in Kirkland WA. I needed the car to be checked out and have a few things done to it before I felt safe driving it from Seattle to Medford. Having been a Porsche tech for 40 years, and having brought back many a car from the dead, I knew what it needed. I talked to Keith on the phone and arranged the car to be towed to Automedics. I arrived on Monday the 16th, the car was done, started right up and they had even washed it. Drove it home without a single issue. They performed a great service for me and I would recommend taking you car there if you need service work done. Honest and friendly.

Took my car here a few months back and received pretty good service. After this they have made a point to send me text messages asking how my car is etc.After having received a text from automedics recently I decided to go in and let them know my car is working well but I would like to do a lot of minor- non engine repairs. When I walked in two gentlemen were standing around speaking to a lady at the main desk about how her day is going. They spoke of spots, her kids etc. Nobody took the time to separate themselves from this social conversation to acknowledge me as a customer. Eventually I had to leave because I ran out of time. This will be the last time I visit/ recommend this business.

I had done some research on the issues that my car had. Jeff came to the same conclusion that I did.He also noticed that my brake roters were going bad. He suggested replacing them.While he was replacing the cam and timing sensors he checked the timing belt and water pump.There was an incident with the alternator where a strut broke and he had to replace the whole thing. The bolt had broken off into the alternator.He replaced the alternator.Initially he tried to charge me for the alternator, he ultimately had took the charge off since the incident happened under his care.Over all a great experience, friendly staff, and competitive pricing. I recommend them.

I have been a loyal customer of Automedics for two years, and ever since I have turned to them first for any issues or concerns I have with my vehicle. I recently contacted them with an problem related to my windshield wipers, which had stopped functioning. Jeff and Keith were able to see me immediately, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly. Not only that, but they noticed a small piece of trim missing from the windshield area. They ordered the part, and within another few days they installed it for me. As I have said before, the team at Automedics always demonstrates a commitment to great service, integrity, and to going the extra mile to ensure that I am completely satisfied with the results of their service. I am very glad I found them!

Laser focus on diagnosisKeith and Jim once again got a nagging problem right immediately and did exactly what it took to take care of it once and for all. I need to mention that the symptoms had stymied more than one qualified tech! How cool is that? Specifically, Jim replaced my idle sensor motor that was causing a vacuum leak. My truck went from stalling at lights to purring at all times and accelerating better (and saving gas).

Keith and Jeff are straight shooters. We brought our Hyundai in for a repair. They asked if we were still under warantee. We didnt know, but called the Hyundai dealer and it turns out we were. Jeff said to go there instead of having to spend our money at Automedics. We trust these dudes, and its because times like this. I highly recommend them

Jeff and Keith are the best. They are always so friendly. They always take the time to check all my concerns. They are very throrough they are always very transparent with pricing and timelines. I have taken all three of my cars to them for repairs and every time it was done right the first time. One car the entire clutch had to be replaced and special ordered which was done perfectly with no issues. The other the ac belt went out or something like that this was fixed and has given me no more issues. (All these repairs have been done over a few years of time) I have been going to automedics since 2015 because of their service, reliability, and transparency. I would highly recommend them.

The guy (maybe Keith?) thoroughly explained the issue my car was having and causes as well as possible issue I may have due to an older car. He took me in the morning as a walk in and fixed it in an hour with an oil change to boot. So far I like these guys.

Took my car in for an oil change. Wasnt done in the half hour that they promised and took another ten minutes to tell me so. The next day I smelled oil and found the oil cap laying loose on top of the oil fill hole. And to add insult to injury, they had a customer service agency continually call me until I told them that I was not interested; all for a $30 oil change.
