When it comes to old fashioned customer service, and going the extra mile this is THE dealership that goes above and beyond that standard. They offer the type of customer service my grandfather said existed in his day and was far and few these days. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Shelby and Galen. These two individuals were wonderful and helpful with my situation, they went above and beyond any expectation Ive ever had for a car dealership. Galen asked me question on what I was comfortable price wise, and what I wanted to be driving. I wasnt optimistic of the chances of success as I had fallen short at other dealerships, but Galen and his amazing team at Buick GMC of Bellevue pulled off this feat as if no big deal. I was astonished at the level of dedication the whole staff puts in to make sure the customer feels as comfortable as possible, there was no attempting to sway me to a different vehicle just to make a sale. They ensured that the sale they made ensured the customers happiness was at the core of that sale. (In which Shelby was a fountain of information on everything related to buying cars. There were many many many things that she educated my wife and I on when it comes to the nitty gritty of car sales and buying, which I am grateful for as purchasing vehicles is quite the dive sometimes). Even when some issues occurred after the sale (which the staff stayed late to work with me, which is absolutely phenomenal and well above the highest expectation.) Galen and his colleges put the issues at the front most urgency and did everything within their powers to once again make sure I was taken care of. This was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership! I drove from Spokane, WA to Bellevue for my car and Galen made the process super easy. He had everything taken care of and ready to go when we got there. My fiancé and I felt like we were hanging out with a friend the whole time instead of in a stuffy dealership. Working with Kyle at the dealership last week, we were able to purchase and drive our brand new GMC Terrain home in a few short hours. Kyle understood and used his deep product knowledge to address all of our questions about the vehicle. No pressure. He made the process easy. Service is great until they screw up and then they wont stand behind their work. I was in town from CA with my car and my battery died, They replaced it, but the new battery started leaking battery acid a couple of months later. In the Acadia, the battery is not in the engine compartment, its in the floorboards, so when my wife saw a leak in the driveway, she thought it was oil. Taking it to my local mechanic, I find out that its the battery leaking and theres acid coming from the Battery box. Called the GMC dealer that did the original work, and their only response is Call GMC. If you want good service, go somewhere else. These guys could care less.

Scheduled oil change appointment 2 weeks prior coming in. Pulled in 3 minutes befor. Was told to leave a truck with tham because they did not have any body avaliable to work on it. Was not able to leave my truck . Looking for some one else to service my truck. What a waste of time.
This dealership completely changed my feelings about working with car dealerships. Although I never met Galen, he was my first point of contact and from that moment I had a good feeling about this place. My next contact, Matt was nothing short of amazing. Communicative, available and honest. I couldn’t have felt more comfortable. I had my 7 & 9 year old grandkids with me during both of my visits and everyone in the dealership made sure they were comfortable and safe. He even drove my old car home to West Seattle for me since I didn’t have a second driver so I could have my new (to me) car ASAP. The new location of the dealership is great. Everything looked updated. The staff was great. My salesman, Kyle, was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I purchase. He originally said that his knowledge was more geared to GMC however I answered all my questions I had about the Trail Boss. Highly recommend shopping here if they have the vehicle you are looking for. I did was not rushed nor forced to discuss terms or prices everything was done at the pace I was wanted. Every time I have come to this location, I’ve been treated politely and respectfully. I’ve gone through three other Chevrolet dealerships, including the one where I purchased my vehicle, and have been extremely dissatisfied with them all. I will gladly make the trip to Bellevue every time.

I just bought a new ‘21 Sierra 2500HD Denali and my overall experience was good. The GM David and my sales rep Haley are very pleasant to work with.This is my second GM truck I’ve purchased from them. A few years ago I bought a brand new 2018 Sierra 1500 Denali when they were at Kirkland. I was very tempted to get the new Ram 2500 Limited this time around but I couldn’t steer away from the Denali. And since I’ve had a very pleasant experience last time, I figured I’ll get another truck from them.The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 star is because I wish they were upfront about pricing. As many people should know by now, the CHIP shortage is affecting vehicle prices upwards and they didn’t tell me until we finally talked numbers.

I already own a GMC Acadia Denali and was looking for another. On this website I saw that a low-mileage, lease-return vehicle of the exact color and configuration I desired had just become available. I called the dealership and spoke with Matt Zenon. He was very gracious and polite, and informed me the car was still on the lot. My wife and I drove to the dealership which was in a beautiful new building and we met with Matt, who gave me a very thorough run-down on the details of the car. Of course, he offered me the option drive the car, which I did. What marveled me was the fact that, despite typical characterizations of auto dealerships, I found that Matt and his team openly willing to work cooperatively to sell the vehicle. At no time did I ever feel pressured, badgered, or induced to make the purchase or to acquire any of a number of additional options. All such additional purchases were thoroughly explained to me, and I chose what I wanted, and they respectfully accepted my decision without any pushback or resistance. I have been involved in numerous business negotiations in the past, but this began and ended as a win-win scenario, and I was highly surprised and pleased with that. I ended up purchasing the vehicle. I also enjoyed my interaction with the Finance Manager, Mehrgon, as well. Both of these men are true professionals and truly understand the meaning and practice of great customer service.
I was in there for an oil change, and they took care of this for me in a timely manner. But last time I was in for an oil change I showed them paint peeling off my front grill. They took pictures and said they would send them to GM. I have never received a response on this.
Everyone was very courteous and explained all that needed to be done upfront. The service I needed took a few hours, but I was given an estimate on time from the beginning and was kept up-to-date periodically; I was offered a temp vehicle, but I had brought some work to do just in case so I sat in their waiting area. Not only did it end up taking less time than expected, the service cost also ended up being less than expected as well.A family member recommended this place to me, and Im happy they did. Ive been taken advantage of at other auto repair places before in the past, but that was never the case here, and I never felt as if I was being spoken down to. Which was such a huge relief for me.
Sales staff are nice, though not the most knowledgeable about mechanical components of the vehicles theyre selling. My guy couldnt tell me jack about the pickup I ended up buying. Its been several weeks Im still waiting on them to supply an owners manual for the truck. The dealership failed to make sure that a proper tire change kit was equipped on the vehicle. No jack was included, and the rods you use to remove the rear-mounted spare tire dont even fit the vehicle. So here I am with a flat tire and no way to access and mount the spare tire, and am subsequently missing work. Thanks, guys.

I was really cared for when buying my new vehicle. The customer service was excellent. They didn’t pressure me into buying something I didn’t want to buy. Steve sold me a 2021 Blazer and he was very kind and attentive to my needs. He sat down with me and got to know me as a person.
First time in for service with our newly purchased used 2017 Buick Encore. They have a great maintenance package to start out, with complimentary car wash! Not that much more money than going to a fast service place, and they know all about Buicks, so they are able to get parts if needed. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and were finished right when they said they would be. Also let me know when to come in for the next service. Can’t wait to come back when they’re in their new location!

Haley was my salesperson and she, and the service at this dealer, are extraordinary. Haley chatted with me by phone for a couple days about trade in value of our car and negotiating on price for the Yukon I was wanting. When we came to a mostly mutual agreement, we agreed on a time I would come on the next day. When I came in she was immediately friendly and helpful. After test drive I was sold. From leaving my house, to returning home, it was about 2 and half hours. Anyone who has been to multiple dealerships knows that this is recording breaking. I was so very happy with how quickly Haley handled everything, and how fast the gentleman in finance was. All in all they have earned a customer for life.

I had a very bad experience, I wanted to buy a truck and they wanted to give me the 8.9apr being that my credit score is above 700 points that because I have no purchases, now assuming that I bought it at 8.9 the truck had the price of 47,000 already with Taxes included the payment would be $ 859, at 72 months, it would cost me 60,000. With that interest the payments would be $ 707 but they wanted to take more from me.
My brother and I came to look at specific cars I found online through BECU. They honored the price online and negotiating for other items was nice. It was a really great experience from the beginning to the end

Had a lube, oil, & filter appt at 8am on 10 July. Was told it would take 90 Minutes. When I arrived I was told my truck needed 2 software updates and the appt would take a little longer. I went back to service about 10:20 to get an update but the service writer I needed to see wasnt availble. He found me about 11am and said it was taking longer than expected. I was finally able to leave at noon. By this time traffic was horrible and took even longer to get home. My time is very like yours and feel that i should be payed for my lost time. 100.00 seems fair.David krones

I just purchased a new Buick Encore GX and had a great experience all the way around. After filling out a general form online I was bombarded by emails from different dealerships in the area. Kyle Aird from Bellevue Buick was especially invested in finding out the particulars of what I wanted at a price I could afford.I then went out to the dealership, talked with Kyle in person, and took one of the cars out for a test drive. Since the car was a little more than I wanted to spend, he showed me a number of other cars, and really listened to what I liked or didn’t like about each one. I came back a week later with a trade-in, for which they gave me a very fair deal. I wasn’t trying to play hard all, but Kyle really did work hard to meet my needs. Leased a new Buick Encore GX with Simon M. in Sales at Buick Kirkland/Bellevue. I highly recommend asking for him if youre getting a car. From the moment of introduction he was extremely kind and efficient and an absolutely pleasure to get acquainted with and work with. Earned my loyalty even when I wasnt able to get the car at that moment, told him I would be back in a couple months when ready and did so, went right back to him to close the deal. Great employee wish the car buying experience was more like this with gents like him.
This outfit does not honor its own advertised or listed prices on current inventory. They inflate the price by coming up with ridiculous names to justify the increase. For example for a new Yukon XL Denali, the 12 K surcharge is called the “Bellevue package”. It includes oil change, a rental or a loaner car while your new sub is in service. Wow. Basically, if you live in Bellevue or buy form their Bellevue dealership you will pay a Bellevue privilege penalty fee. I am sure soon they will start selling air in the tires for 1K per tire.
Tried to sell me a Yukon 16k over msrp... also offered me 12k less for my car. Went to a different dealership same day and bought what I wanted and got the trade in value I deserved!
Jim and the team are always people I see in there. Jim is always transparent, upfront, and accurate with his estimations. He always asks if I have any questions, or how my experience with my GMC has been.I have been working from another state due to some family stuff, and always plan to get my GMC serviced while I am visiting home because I know that I will be taken care of.
Joel made this by buying process by far the easiest one for buying my GMC Serria 3500 AT4. Definitely will be back in the future when it’s time to buy our next vehicle.

I didnt have an appointment. Needed someone to look at my windshield wiper to see if arm was broken or just needed blades. They came right out, quickly diagnosed, and replaced the wipers in 5 minutes. They were so friendly and helpful!
Avoid at all costs. Spent over a day talking back and forth with Ivan here only to have someone named Dan call me and let me know that they are asking 13k over MSRP for the truck Ivan and I were talking about. Ivan had never said a thing about this for the day and a half we were discussing the details about truck they had listed for MSRP on their website and the details about my potential trade. Shady and disappointing. Definitely will not be supporting Bellevue GMC.

Ryan is awesome, had an issue with the tire sensor after I had left, went back and Ryan and a mechanic recalibrated the tire sensors and I was on my way.
I had been researching vehicle with 3 dealerships - GMC of Kirkland was the last one I contacted and Im so glad I did! We worked with Kyle who was incredibly patient via countless emails over the last few months. He followed up to let me know there was a vehicle on the lot he thought we might like - we did! We came in that night, talked numbers and he was very considerate of our time and not pushy at all. We ended up loving the vehicle but couldnt stay late to finish up the paperwork so he sent us the links to get everything done at home. When we arrived the next day the vehicle was waiting for us and he helped move our items from our trade-in to the new vehicle. All we had to do was sign and drive away. A very smooth and painless process for our dream car. We cant recommend Kyle enough! Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant.

Buick GMC of Kirklands owner also owns Cadillac of Bellevue, they are next door to each other and how I came across Buick GMC of Kirkland.I had my heart set on a full-size SUV with black exterior and black interior. This would be my third vehicle and our first V8, which we need for hauling. I wasnt in a hurry to make a deal and I wasnt going to sacrifice the features I was looking for. I submitted my financial information to the manager, Lancer, who was quick to get it to a bank on a Saturday night. Ian sent me a text before he left at 8 PM informing me of the numbers they qualified me for.I arrived at the dealership with my grandma and I told the dealers we had reservations for dinner, that I needed to have this deal done tonight. We came from Tacoma and they respected our time; the vehicles i wanted to see were readily available and I wasnt sitting around wasting time.I test drove another SUV and knew immediately it was NOT for me; however, I had seen a black Tahoe with more miles available and I wanted to see it.My sales person Ian James ran next door and had the Tahoe washed before I was done test driving the other vehicle. The Tahoe drove well for a 2007 and it took a few trips around the block to decide I wanted it.I met with the sales manager Mehrgon Sanayei and he allowed me to input my information into the computer myself before quickly working to put the deal together.As a military husband, both Ian and Mehrgon thanked my partner for his service and informed me that the owners always take care of military personnel and their families. Within 20 minutes of taking my information we were making a deal and while some people frown on haggling, I enjoyed the bargaining process with Mehrgon and felt that he valued what I brought to the table. He met me in the middle of the asking price and my price and the terms that he came up with were EXACTLY what I told Ian James I was willing to pay.I met with Rick in financing before leaving and he had all documentation ready to be signed. Because it was Sunday night, Ian and Mehrgon arranged to have the Tahoe delivered the following day. Rick mentioned an extended power train warranty on the vehicle and did not pressure me into buying it, despite the vehicle having 167,000 miles. Every other used vehicle I have ever purchased has involved a finance guy pressuring me to spend 3 or 4 grand extra on a warranty, almost insinuating that the vehicle would break down and I would definitely need it. I didnt get that feeling from Rick and I was happy that I had a night to think about it.I sent Ian a message in the morning asking if a power train warranty was still available and how much it would be. Rick found a warranty that matched the manufacturer warranty and included a military discount. The vehicle was delivered on time and I love my Tahoe!!I drove about 5miles down the street and took it to my shop. The shop informed me that the struts were toast and the shock absorbers vacuume bag popped and the air compressor was constantly running.I agreed to pay for it because I love the truck and I know these things happen to a used vehicle. Mehrgon did not hesitate on making it right, I believe he genuinely wanted me as a client happy.I drove my Tahoe across the state this weekend and it drove like a dream. I am very happy with my experience and choice to do business with Buick GMC of Kirkland. I will NOT buy from any other dealership moving forward, This dealership sets the gold standard for service, sales, and time.Thank you Buick GMC of Kirkland for my Tahoe and valuing my family and our business.
Great experience all around. I had been price shopping for a few days and contacted many dealers. I found the vehicle I liked here and it was the same as one in my home town. Franklin and Steve were very quick and helpful, and ended up getting me the price I wanted without any hassle. They didnt waste my time. We came from 300 miles away and they had everything ready for us on arrival. In and out in less than 30 minutes. when my lease is up, I will be back for the next one. Well worth the 300 mile trip. Bought a 2015 Sierra 1500 Denali. Love the truck. Sales team was great.Just took it in for a new battery and oil change. I think I totally got ripped off. $487 for that. Unless it under my extend warranty. I’m definitely not going back to get work done.
Sales manager definitely deserves this one.They are trying to sell a truck for 95k when it’s advertised at 80k

I had a horrible experience at this dealership yesterday. I was working with Dan and had reached out to this dealership about a 21 Yukon Denali in mid march. I was told that to custom order one would take about 4-5 months, but they had some coming in that could be reserved with a deposit. I went ahead and found one that matched my needs and put down the deposit to reserve. We had discussed price a bit, and he mentioned he couldnt lock in a price with the car not having been assigned a VIN yet, but to trust that we could find an agreement.I get a call this week that the vehicle I reserved had a VIN and that I should come in to sign. Knowing that the vehicles are in demand, I went in fully expecting to pay GMs MSRP on the vehicle. Upon arriving, I was presented with a purchase price that was 12k OVER sticker price. This had never been discussed. I asked why - and they told me that the market dictates that selling price. So next we looked at my trade-in. KBB had valued this trade in, on a good condition at 19k-21k. They valued a very good at 19.5k-22k. I had a CarMax offer for the vehicle at 20k. This dealership turned around and offered me 13k for it. They would not budge with this. They cited that the market was inflated right now and that is what they would pay. So in one sentence they cited that they could charge me 12k over sticker due to an inflated market, but also couldnt offer what the trade-in was worth, due to the same inflated market. How exactly does that work?Next I asked about a custom build on the vehicle, understanding it could take a while, and asked if MSRP would be honored if I had done a custom build. I was told it depends on incentives that month. I asked what the incentives were this month, they replied with - there arent any incentives. So I again asked, if I were to custom order a vehicle, would the price be honored that the vehicle was ordered at. I was told that it would depend. Seeing as how they did business on this vehicle, I could only assume if I did a custom order, and the market dictated they would jack that vehicle up 12k when it arrived.I would NOT RECOMMEND dealing with this dealership, they will not hold their word, they are not accountable, they do not care about the customer. They are going to try to manipulate the price and dont care about you as a customer. I was told we can find someone else who will want to pay this price. What a great way to build a customer base.Stay as far away from this dealership as you can and from Dan.
Overall process was simple, staff were friendly. Dealership was very busy when I was there each time. Overall a+.
