Recommended services I did not need. This was a test to see if this location was worth while, they failed spectacularly. I should have read the other reviews on here. Seems the sales department is the reason for the good reviews, service department seems to be the cause of negative ones. Mysterious shop supply fee also included for inspection, Ive seen this at other dealerships under $5, here they charge upwards of $20.Failure on the covid front as well. Employees without masks or masks under their noses.
Will not return based on the service I received today. When you pay $100K+ for a Maserati, you expect good service. I was quoted a wait time of 1.5 hours, then they called the night before and told me it was 4-5 hours. Then when I arrived, they gave me the dirtiest rental car with trash, stains and dog hair in the interior. The Advisor said “that’s all we had because you said you didn’t need a rental”. Well, I didn’t need one because someone told me it was a 1.5 hour service. He then blamed the call center for not knowing the times of services. Then I get my bill, it was outrageous at $932.00. I explained I never saw or signed an estimate of charges. The advisor again argued with me and raised his voice. “I told you the price on the phone and yesterday when you were here, I’ve been doing this a long time”. Not true on both occasions and I don’t care….and he continues to argue. It’s not the price I’m mad about, it’s the fact that it wasn’t communicated to me on two occasions. Horrible customer service and Maserati should be embarrassed with the rental car and this employee who is representing them. He did reduce my bill, but again, it’s the principle- not the price. I’ve worked in customer service in a high end hospitality company for 26 years—never ever would one of our employees speak to a customer this way.
I highly recommend this dealership. Dennis, the salesperson, treated my husband and I with decency and respect. He and his team were fair and honest. Everything was straight forward. They were also patient with me, and, at the same time, efficient with time. I purchased the car with no regrets. Without hesitation, I would send my friends and family to this dealership.
I came in for a scheduled service appointment. I expected to be dealt a loaner and sent off for a day, but the nice man asked me if I had an hour to spare, which I did. On the dot of one hour, they got everything (3 tasks) done for the price they said it would be on the phone, and didnt hound me for any other services or options or mandatory hidden fees.The coffee machine makes time spent there quite pleasant, as well. In all, Ill probably be taking my car back here again.

It is extremely difficult to get a hold of their repair shop.This most recent time we called five or six times left our name and phone number and never got a call back.Eventually a different dealer in town called us because some anniversary maintenance date had happened and they were able to get us an appointmentOnce you get your car in there they seem to be a fairly decent shop. You should not expect them to be inexpensive or save you any money.
Josiah and the rest of the team were great to work with. The car buying process can be fraught with endless negotiation and frustration. This was relatively quick and straightforward. Love my car! And happy to send people their way.

Went here beginning of February 2021 to purchase a beautiful used 2016 Infiniti QX60 and was helped by both Dennis & Aaron Way. They were so nice and helpful with what we wanted and didnt try to upsell us at all. Got some really cool aftermarket custom wheel powdercoating, tint and chrome delete package included with the total price of the car, along with 2 fantastic warranties that have already paid for themselves! Weve had to get a couple wheels fixed and took it back here both times because Aaron knows what hes doing and they always do a great job in a timely fashion. Highly recommend going to this dealer if they have a car youre interested in, or even just browsing!!

The service was good, but it was was shocking that not a single employee wore a mask, nor was there any effort to encourage customers to do so. This is despite the recent guidelines handed down by the governor’s office…and just respect for people’s health and well-being during the pandemic.
Joe Torres, always take good care of my car…took my Ghibli in for 3 years service and to get a front wheels alignment issue fix…my is running much better now…no more steering wheel vibration from the alignment issue. The new belts makes the car more responsive and powerful like when it was new!!!😁On another note…this location has outgrown its service department…almost impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable time!!!

Had my Alfa serviced today for the 1st time at Rairdon Kirkland. No complaints, everything was routine and the service rep was courteous. They did, however, attempt to slip an additional 10% by me on my bill for no legitimate reason. When I caught it they were kind enough to immediately cancel the charge, so no real harm done....but I will be keeping an eye on them henceforth.

Great friendly service! It was a bit busy but still fairly quick service; I had my 30k service and a few extras. I enjoyed my walk for the day, and when I returned I was pleasantly surprised that they washed my Abarth. I had a pretty buggy road trip and they cleaned up everywhere I missed and more. Thanks guys. Also, Joe kept in contact with me to clarify my wiper replacement. Great attention to detail. When I hit the road she felt great. Definitely coming back; excellent service as always.

I made an appointment for my Abarth to check on a reoccurring coolant problem and get an oil change. After diagnosing the problem for 2 hours they told me they would have to replace the parts again as well as additional parts. At the original time they replaced the parts my car was under warranty, but apparently they didn’t fix the whole problem it was just a bandaid and now they can only guarantee that one part. They also recommended a 60,000 mile tuneup. I agreed to the tune up and was quoted 700 for work and labor and 145 for the part that wasn’t under warranty, even though they had failed to fix it the first time. At this time they told me my car wouldn’t be done until end of day, so I continued to occupy myself walking around Kirkland area seeing as they didn’t have any rental vehicles and I didn’t have a ride. After patiently waiting 4-5 hours I called to check in on the status of my car, they took my number and said they would give me a call back. An hour later I got a text message letting me know my car would be available for pickup the following morning. There was no communication or respect for time, at some point it seems like you would realize the job was taking longer than anticipated, and well before closing time. A professional business would notify the client. However that did not happen, my fiancé had to leave 2 hours early from work to pick me up and I was without a car for 2 days until we could pick up during business hours. The manager offered to “get rid of the problem” by leaving the car at the dealership and accepting payment over the phone. I wasn’t comfortable with that, so my fiancé went to pick it up during work hours and we were shocked to receive a bill of $1342.33 TWICE as much as what was quoted. They charged me for things such as replacing all my windshield wipers when I specifically asked not to. I was expecting a quality and professional experience and was disappointed yet again. Certainly will not be recommending or returning to this place of business.

I saw my Alfa Romeo online and knew I had to have it. Sent an inquiry and was messaged back quickly. I worked with two different people and both where very helpful. They answered my questions and even FaceTimed me to give a walk around of the vehicle I fell in love with. We worked in a short time frame in order for me to purchase the vehicle and fulfilled my wish to have the windows tinted before I arrived. Great car, great dealership to work with.
I scheduled routine maintenance on my car at 4 pm and was told that I would be able to pick it up on the same day. When I dropped it off, Joe at service department told me that their mechanic is leaving at 5 pm and unable to perform the service on the same day so I had to leave my car there overnight. When I asked for a loaner car, I was told “ we don’t have Maserati available but I can offer you Fiat” . The car that they provided was 2015 Fiat with dirty interior and exterior with absolutely no features, empty gas tank and check engine light and tire pressure light on. I paid 1200$ for an oil change and routine maintenance check on my 3 year old car with 20000 miles. For this amount of money I would except better service and my car being washed at least.
The car was kept longer than told evidently the part that was ordered had to be reordered because it was bent so the car had to be kept longer but we were not notified of this and so theCar was kept longer and she needed a car for work so need to do better in communications with costumerOther than that good work

However, checked there charges afterwards and they were significantly higher priced than Seattle Maserati and then to top it off I get my car back and who they had wash the car missed 3/4s of one side. For luxury vehicles I expect better than that.

Really loved my experiences at the Kirkland Fiat service department. I have had my car serviced here twice now and both times they fit me in right away. They also got the work done extremely fast and happened to have the parts needed for me in stock! It was such a relief not having to leave my car for a few days and getting the work done on the spot. Both times I was helped by Joe and he is soo professional! I wish you could expect this level of professionalism from every business but that’s just not the case. The rest of the staff made sure to greet me and were really nice too. Today they replaced the door handle on my fiat in less than 1.5 hours and they even washed my car just to be extra nice! Thank you! Another good thing that I noticed at both of my appointments is that they keep the customer waiting room extremely clean! After such positive experiences here and with the high bar that they set, I know I would be disappointed at any other company.

I made an appointment online and wanted to call to verify if I can borrow a loaner when I drop off my car. I called at 9:30am on Monday 10/5, somehow the service department kept transferring me to another department who kept transferring me back to service. My question was very simple, after talking to about 4 people, I went online and cancelled my appointment. Ive taken my car here a few years ago and at the time was happy with the service however after getting the run around on the phone over a simple question I wont come back.
I specifically came in to see a vehicle they had on the lot and Aaron was so quick to help us out as I called ahead to have car ready. Aaron truly made us feel at home and without pressure to make a commitment. We were able to come to a deal and the whole way he was able to answer questions or find the answer. My appointment was for Friday 10Am, I dropped off my car at 8 AM, I got a call at 4PM notifying me that they will not be able to service my car, all I needed way to have my break pads changed. Then on Monday I got a call and was told that my rotors need to be replaced, when I asked why and told them that my car didn’t shake when I break, I was told they always just do them together ( additional 1300 bucks) I asked them to check and make sure they needed to be replaced, they called me back and said there was nothing wrong with the rotors but that they recommend me changing them, I asked them to turn the rotors for me, I got a text 15 minutes later saying the labor to turn the rotors was more expensive then buying new ones. I told them just to do the pads, I made a call to les Shwab and asked what they would charge to turn rotors and they told me it cost 30 bucks a tire ( 120 bucks for all 4) called another shop and they said 45 bucks a tire. Not only they didn’t get to my car the day of schedule, they tried over and over to up sell me, I don’t mind he shop trying to generate income, but there is a point. Now I have to take my car to les shwab tomorrow to get my rotors fixed, an appointment that should have taken few hours on Friday will take me three days of back and forth. Very unprofessional.I do have to say my experience with the same service department last time I took my car in was awesome.

It’s a clean place. They wash the car, polite and do good work. I made a 9 o clock oil change appointment and didn’t leave until 1030. It took then 20 minutes to align my rear tail pipes. I think an hour for an oil change is too long. That’s why I’m only giving 3 stars.

Very pleasant service desk. Even though they couldn’t find my appointment made the day before they fit me into their schedule. I waited while they did the oil change. Very clean and safe environment, All had masks on and used gloves. Bathrooms are clean also. Inside the car they used disposable protection on the seat and mats. I hate getting my car serviced but it they make the task very pleasurable.

I called ahead to make an appointment. I arrived at the designated time, and was told my oil change would take a hour. I came back 3 hours later and they hadn’t even started on my vehicle because they’d completely forgotten about it.There are no women working in this office. I have no idea if the poor service was because they don’t know how to treat female customers with respect, or if they were having another off day. I had a bad experience with this same shop a few years ago when they tried to overcharge me for a simple service I got much cheaper elsewhere.
Might be the best Alfa dealership in WA. Everyone is awesome and ready for help. I work with Aaron&Aaron to get my first Alfa Romeo and the process was very smooth. Overall, the car is simply fun to drive, the store is obviously large to explore and the people are definitely love to help.
Update: taking it to a solid 1 star. I was given one key and was told they lost the 2nd key [brand new car] well that was pretty concerning knowing there was a key to my vehicle just floating around i was told to just go buy a key from a dealer down by my house and Id be reimbursed. Well when I went to go get that reimbursement they said I only had 90 days to do it. It took my local dealer longer than 3 months just to get the key in.... multiple emails and they have ignored them all. 400+ dollar key lost and I got to foot the bill. Thanks for the amazing customer service.Awesome buying experience. In and out in under 2 hours.

Terrible experience. I had a free 1st service included with the car. But Rairdons charged me full price as I was a couple of months late. Apparently there was a time limit which I was never informed about. Plus, corona virus.... The world is being accommodating.I informed them before the service that I had a free service. When they serviced the car, they did not inform me before hand that I would be charged. When I was picking up the car, I was charged 320 odd. - for an oil change.Atleast they could have asked me before doing the service or been accommodation considering that the world is shut down and people are avoiding going out!Very disappointed.

My leasing experience re. a 2020 Stelvio TI Sport was professional, aggressively priced, and seamless. Josiah, in sales, communicated regularly with me and was very responsive. Aaron, in finance, was also excellent. I drove twice as far as the nearest Alfa Romeo dealer to lease the Stelvio from Rairdons.
I do not recommend this car dealer or the service department.Backstory:We bought our 2014 Fiat 500L new from Rairdon, and we consistently brought it to their service department for oil changes and other maintenance.When our 2014 Fiat 500L stopped recognizing gears consistently, we brought it to Rairdon Kirkland Fiat Service department. The Rairdon Kirkland Fiat Service department who told us that the car needed a new transmission, approx $7k. The Fiat had 18,460 miles. We wanted a second opinion.EuroCar Service ran a diagnostic which came up with an error code that had no documented description. Fiat did not provide them with a description even after Eurocar inquired. When looking at recalls related to the transmission, EuroCar found that in the recent transmission recall, each Fiat service center had the option to do a fast, inexpensive fix and/or a more expensive software fix. Rairdon Kirkland Fiat, where we had our car serviced, did the inexpensive fix. At our request, EuroCar ordered the part for the software fix (approx. $600 + labor). They called all Fiat dealers and service centers in the state to ask whether the part needed to be programmed or was plugnplay. After days of no response, finally Fiat in Tacoma responded that the part was plugnplay, and the next day the car was ready to go with no error codes.We tried multiple times to contact Rairdons sales office via phone and email, and they did not respond. We ended up selling the Fiat 500L and never looked back.

EDIT to a 1 star review: Originally I was dissatisfied trying to sell my car and having an offer revoked in the signing process.After several phone calls and some extreme patience from Aaron who listened and advocated on my behalf for the original offer we were able to come to an agreement. After this happened I was offered above KellyBluebook value for the car and so I sold it to a private party before having a chance to take it in.Regardless of that, the time and attention Aaron and Blake gave me was exceptional and I walked away feeling like they took care of me as a Seller despite some initial hiccups. Had I not received an offer I couldnt turn down I wouldve gladly gone back to do business with them.
Disappointed that they kept my car for two days for a relatively simple part install and failed to proactively call me when it was done. Also annoyed that despite there being recent air dam retraction failure codes in the car, all they did was try the air dam, saw it work, and said bring it back if it happens again. Well that was already the second time Id brought it in for that problem (prior time was a while ago and it was fixed) and of course, on the way home it threw the same code. So now Im taking it in again.
As always the service department addressed my concerns and repaired my vehicle within the time they had said. They also had given me a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced. Its always been a pleasure to work with my service writer, Joe. He has always been straight forward with me and explains the repairs in easy to understand terms. I will continue to bring our Alfa Romeo Giulia here as long as we own it.

The staff and personnel at this dealership went above and beyond to make the car buying process very good. They have a lot of options and really strive to put the right person in the right car, not just make money.This is the only dealership I’d recommend in Washington State.

Jason was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. There were a few hiccups that slowed the process, but that was out of their control. All in all a good experience.
I have been looking for a Range Rover Sport for about 2 months and saw the one I ended up buying on their site. I called the office to get some information and got connected with Sean a sales person who acted promptly to get me the information I needed. I came in the next day and the service was 100% on point. After seeing the car and driving it I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. The finance department explained the paperwork well. There were no junk fees which I have experienced before when buying cars at other car lots. From start to finish my experience was amazing! Professional and caring people! I would add a 6th star if I could!
I was warmly greeted and welcomed upon arrival. The write-up of my desired services was quick, polite and personable. My car quickly disappeared into the shop and I retreated to the understandably austere (Covid panic et. al.) waiting room. About 30 minutes later my car was returned to me, fully repaired as promised, and evidently cleaner than when I arrived. Molto bene!
