These guys are amazing. Both my wife and I take our cars to them. We have an Infiniti and Tundra we bought brand new and I have always dealt with dealerships until my wise dad said “don’t do that deal with the local mom and pop because they know what they are doing”; my dad was right. These guys are overly fair with their shop rates and honest to a fault. I am mechanically inclined and know my stuff and it’s clear these guys do to. I will take all my new and old vehicles to these guys I just love dealing with them and so does my wife.

I stopped by Georges one day on my way home. I spoke briefly to George and made an appointment to bring my car in the next day which was Saturday. Jay was working and he listened to everything I said about my car. Previously I had had four other shops look at this car and their estimates to repair was between $5,000 and $10,000 telling me that wasnt even everything that was wrong with the car that they couldnt diagnose everything. So Jay called me in the afternoon and explained that another job had taken more time than he had planned. It wasnt a problem for me and he was able to fix one of the electrical problems in my car. This was a true and complete miracle for me. After getting the poor reception and bologna from all four of those other shops it was truly a miracle to me to have that one electrical problem repaired. I will be taking my car back and getting the rest of the issues taken care of by Jay. Thanks to Jay I now have hope. Now this beautiful car will be my lifetime car. Its hard to put into words how much I appreciate what Jay has done except to say he rocks!

Car wash is EXTREMLY CHEAP does SUPER well for its old age, better then the new junk modern machines that most places have around here, There is only one wash package and it washes, brushes and waxes for only $3 YES ONLY $3, though you have to buy a token inside or get a free token when you get 8+ gallons of gas. However there are no dryers so bring a towel afterwards. This carwash has however recently received a renovation which included a good cleaning, getting new brushes and replacing the back outdated pinwheel brushes this thing had with newer taller wash arms. Even with how old this carwash is it does very good on my cars and I highly recommend it to people who need a carwash while on a budget.

Took my crummy truck in to get work done. The starter was going bad, and just needed to be replaced. Guys were very respectful in shop manner, just dropped it off, no app. Work was completed in 24hrs with a very respectable bill. Something I was expecting to be around $500, came in at $350.I just found my new local shop to take my cars to.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Went above and beyond in trying to rectify an issue I had from a previous shop I had been going to. They seem very fair and honest here.

I got my alternator replaced here when my regular mechanic down the road was slammed. After the service was performed, I was talking with my uncle (whom is a mechanic) and he insisted I was overcharged. He told me to call my usual mechanic and compare. So, I did.I discovered George’s Shell charged me double. I usually go to Inglewood Auto Repair, which is about 1-mile from George’s Shell. Inglewood Auto’s cost to do the job was $376. George’s charged me $697.Curious, I drove over to George’s (with original receipt) and explained the circumstances. George was clearly agitated (which was scary and uncomfortable) and validated the $320 difference stating he uses a different quoting system and that his system quoted 2.8 hours to do the job at a rate of $150/hour.He said it doesn’t matter because even if it doesn’t take 2.8 hours to do the job, it’s to his benefit and he gets to keep the extra money even if it didn’t take 2.8 hours.Regardless, my conversation with him is what I’m here about. He yelled at me in front of my 11-year-old son, mocking me in a childish tone. He became unhinged, shaking and belligerent.There’s nothing I can do now except tell you guys to call Inglewood auto repair and/or shop around diligently for quotes because we are being hustled.I have a Lexus SUV... and we have family friends that go there as well as neighbors. They have an outstanding reputation.

Cheap $3 car wash no dryer tho

Very professional staff (office and shop staff) and a very busy and clean shop from the looks of it. We are a tow truck company that from time to time delivers vehicles to this business and we have never had any issues when dealing with the staff. The staff is always very friendly and has a great attitude. Keep up the great work guys!

After authorizing an initial repair this shop added hundreds of dollars in additional work to my bill without asking, which is a violation of the Consumer Protection Act! I informed the mechanic and owner of this and other CPA violations in their shop and was met with accusations of doing this all around town to scam money out of shops. These are the kinds of shady practices that consumers need to be wary of, and this shop is *not* helping to protect consumer rights.

Best place around for filling your propane tanks. Honest auto repairs, too!
