Its just chaos at that dealer. Every time I have an appointment and I have to wait 20 to 30 min while watching them doing phone calls or checking their own cell phones. Also, there is no order or line, you can be just waiting and you find someone just jump inside and they just say How can i help you sir check them in, ignoring you.Also, they are very expensive compared to any other place, i replaced 4 tires for my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee for 1,150$ while their quota was 1,345$. Always check prices for other places if possible.They need to put a better system on handling incoming customers, and they need to teach workers how to better deal with customers. For the prices they just expensive i dont know how they can fix that.Update:After 3 hours of waiting for my car service, they told me that the replacement part was found to be damaged and that they still need 1.5 hours. Offered me loaner car and a free oil change for future.The customer service manager seems to be kind but it is very tough for her to handle all this chaos, it will take time.

Came to look at jeeps. Red who I spoke to was helpful at the beginning but disappeared a quarter of the way through looking at cars. Chose one I liked. He backtracked on what my trade in was worth. Which he said just under 6k his words on the phone. Then in person, without even looking at my car said maybe a grand. Then he ran his numbers which included him going to the main desk and standing there. Seemed the vehicles he put me in were above the monthly cost I was looking at. Without even trying to negotiate or discuss more affordable cars he said okay take care and bolted from the desk before I even got up. Not what I thought service people do. Overall I wont come back. I also dont recommend seeing him as a sales guy. Also if you can record conversations that is the best since they are willing to lie about things.
This dealership always does great work and has amazing staff. I only take my vehicle here because I know that they will GET THE JOB DONE and provide great service! Definitely recommend if you are looking for the best dealership in the Bellevue, Redmond, & Kirkland area. Always satisfied with the quality of service and refuse to go anywhere else.

I got a check engine light on my Jeep Wrangler 4XE that I purchased in July, 2021 (which is a problem in itself, but not Rairdon’s fault) and scheduled a service. Everything went well. Check in was good, follow up call was good, but the issue was when I went to pick it up and found out the tech had not finished and left my Jeep on the rack. This is the only reason why this is not five stars. This put the poor service consultant, Megan (forgive me if I misspelled your name) in a tight place, but she came though and was amazing. Apologetic, understanding, friendly, kind and just overall awesome in how she dealt with a bad situation. Megan is the best thing at Rairdon so far. Keep up the amazing work Megan!
The service advisor was pleasant and thorough. She worked hard to resolve my service issue. The shop technician was awesome. We did a test drive and he listened to my information and was very thorough. First experience at Rairdon service and very satisfied.
Another 5 star service experience from the team at Rairdon. I recently had an issue with the electric throttle control crop up on a Sunday,. I booked an appointment that evening for Tuesday. I called in Monday morning and got Nate in the Service Dept, and asked if I could bring my car in early as I was leaving for a cross country road trip the following week. Nate got me in early and was able to find a loaner car for my family to use which was a lifesaver! The team found the issue and had the car fixed and back to me by Wednesday afternoon. Nate was friendly, professional and a solid communicator throughout the whole process. 100% recommend!
I had a bad experience there yesterday. I went there to buy a car. The sales rep guy was not friendly and seemed they do not like to sell their cars. Before the test drive, he said there is not enough gas, do not go so far. Then, since the trim that we drove did not fulfill our expectations, we asked about other trim. He said I can not offer you the MSRP price and added $5000 to the MSRP. I told him if you offer me the MSRP price I buy it right now. I was told, sign that you want the car. I told him to show me the car. He said we dont have it and I need to order it for you.I read the comments that they mentioned: the MSRP can be found on our website. They are not honest. They do not even offer the MSRP price.
Took my RAM Promaster for its 20K service and couldnt be more pleased with the professional courtesy of the staff and their prompt and expedient service. With all the negativity surrounding dealers service departments its refreshing to find a dealership that values their customers. A well deserved 5 stars.

Zizi was awesome! I’ve been looking at trucks for a while so I knew how much I’d have to pay. We agreed on a price before I arrived and that was the price I ended up paying. Financing was super easy and I got a good deal on a 100,000 mile warranty. Do a little home work and have realistic expectations and I’m sure you’ll have a great experience too👍
Very bad experience with the dealership. Sales guys were too aggressive. Biggest issue was, instead of understanding what we are looking for, they kept trying to force another used car on us even after telling them again and again that we dont want a used car and also want to explore other options. They kept dragging the conversation for an hour trying to convince us to buy the used Cherokee the same day even though we told them we need to think about it. I said well have to sleep on it and he said well buy the car and you can sleep on it as much as you want. I was completely mentally drained leaving the dealership. Never going back to Jeep again and specially this dealership.
I’m not someone who particularly enjoys shopping for cars- in fact, I absolutely hate it. I really dislike when you just want to check out a car, and then it ends up feeling like that dealership is stalking you for years on end. It makes me *not* want do business with places like that. So to walk away with a positive feeling from a dealership is memorable. I took my son, an eager 16 year-old young man to check out some cars that he was interested in. The sales staff was helpful and friendly. But what I liked the most was that I didn’t feel pressured at all- at least from the salespeople, I definitely felt pressure from my son. ha! We didn’t end up buying a car for my son, from anywhere. But I will always remember the single car dealership who didn’t pressure me or hound me for years. I like this place, I like the casual attitude I experienced- I like that I was treated like a *person* and not a walking bank account.
Abdul is an amazing manager and has a great team of salesmen as well as finance team. Roy is an amazing salesman where he sent me pictures and videos of cars available. They worked hard to find me the exact car I wanted and found it in another site! The whole process was less than 45 minutes and I picked up my car the following day as it wasn’t available in WA state (It’s typically 3-5 days but they made it happen in 1). Best experience buying my brand new 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid! Thank Abdul and your amazing cohesive team.

Fast drop off for my truck oil change and recall fixes. Appreciated them honoring my maintenance plan even though my service plan had recently expired in the last month.
Poor customer service.I attempted to schedule my car to be serviced for a simple recall and was provided with multiple information from different associates in the customer service department, was spoken to rudely by one person. I decided to voice my concern via email on there grievance link. I did not expect a response. I received a call from a staff member stating they would like to help. We made arrangements for my car to be worked on the next day, he did not show, he called, but mad no attempt to reschedule. I received another call from a different associate inquiring about my email, when I attributed call back on multiple occasions, I was once again given the run around.During my unpleasant experience with the Kirkland office, I scheduled my appointment with the Bellevue location where I was helped in a pleasant, timely manner.I do know I will never do business with this location. They are unprofessional. Makes me wonder the people they are courteous with.
Booked a recall at 7:15AM. I got there 7. Was the first in for a software update in my Wrangler. Promised me 45mins. Sit there for two hours. Saw everyone that got there after to leave quicker than I did. Frustrated. Not the first time this happens.
If there was an option to leave a negative star review that’s what I would have done. This was by far the worst car dealership I have worked with and experienced in a long time. (Coming from a family of interest in cars we go often) I can confidently say that this was the worst treatment we have ever received. We first contacted the dealership interested in a vehicle we saw online and spoke with Rios who of course had only good things to say about the vehicle after speaking with him for a few hours exchanging information on both our car up for trade and the car of interest we didn’t hear back from him. Calling again expressing interest in the vehicle we spoke with Ramon who let us know that he would at this point take care of us in moving on with the process and that being that our credit was already hit. Shortly after we heard back from Rios who said that he was busy with customers who were actually present at the dealership. (This on top of not hearing from Rios in almost two hours should have been a red flag) we also spoke with Alma (apart of the quality control team) who then said would “take care of us” being told this now after three people now we proceeded with interest in the vehicle made a 3+ hour drive to see the vehicle and hoping to make a purchase when we arrived we asked for Alma who never actually came to speak with us but yet another member of the sales team not only to promise to get us going but then to turn around and let us know that after hours of exchanging information and making the drive the vehicle we expressed interest in was no longer on the lot and was taken to an auction!! We went through 4 members of the team and made a trip only to be completely disappointed! Not only was it a waste of a trip and our time we wasted money and left with no car and little to no apology as we walked out the door. Sales guys were sure to make it clear how busy it was on Saturdays helping present customers but when we arrived there was little to no traffic and we were treated horribly! I do not recommend this dealership in the slightest. If you want top of the line service and treatment make the trip or call Harris Ford in Lynwood you surely won’t regret it!

Extremely disappointed with the service at this dealership. I took my Jeep in and was told the parts my car needed would take 5-7 days to arrive, and it ended up being about 10 days of waiting. I was only given an update one time over this period. The morning I picked it up they said the check engine light had come on after installing the new parts, but that someone had looked at it and the issue had been resolved. Well, it was not resolved and the light came back on later that day, so now I will have to take it in somewhere else to see what they did to mess up the engine (the check engine light has never come on before, and magically came on after their handling of the car, so I don’t think it’s coincidence). I also paid for my key fob to be fixed and it was not in the least, but they did refund that - still would have liked that to work though, since they had two weeks to complete everything. Entirely frustrated by the whole experience, topped with terrible customer service and communication. I would not recommend this location at all.

Rest of staff was very friendly and supportive. Abdul was also instrumental in closing the deal. Now have a new Challenger Hellcat. Do not hesitate to go and see them

ASK FOR RED, HE IS THE BEST!.I stopped by to just look at what my trade in options would be, after all i have been thinking about upgrading my ride and getting something a little bit more spacious. While i was walking the lot, Red approached me and took the time to show me a few options that were in line with what i am looking for.I told him i was not going to buy anything that day as i would need to discuss it with my wife but even then he was still more than happy to help me out and show me some of the options he had on site and wasnt pushy at all. All in all a great experience with a very genuine sales specialist, ill definitely be coming back when am ready to pull the trigger!!
I sold a Jeep to this dealership on the afternoon of April 20. I was told a check would be available in 3-5 business days. Since I was moving out of state four days after the sale, I asked the salesperson to mail me the check. He said when it was available, he would either text or call me for the address. I felt confident I could trust him on that.Fast forward to the middle of the following week (April 27). Not having received a call, text or confirmation of the check being ready, I called again. The salesperson told me it slipped his mind and hed get the check out to me the next day.And now fast forward to May 7. Still no check...and I call the dealership to inquire. The salesperson is not in and the lady who answers the phone is very short, curt and rude to me. She doesnt let me finish any statement, says she will give the salesperson the message and hangs up.This is terrible service in just about every way.

David was professional and very helpful in notifying us about the TRX that had just arrived and kept in touch with us with any questions we had until our appointment. David was personable and showed great advocacy for the customer. Because of the great customer service provided by all your staff we will come back to your business again for our next vehicle.
What an amazing experience! Jara and Alma helped us get into a brand new Wrangler Unlimited in about three hours at the dealership and we couldn’t be more excited. Everyone at the dealership was incredibly friendly and professional and it was an overwhelmingly positive experience.
100,000 mile check up found several things wrong which I was not aware of at the time including the alarm sensor in the hatch needing replacement and the oil gasket leaking needing replacement. I appreciate that immensely in keeping my family safe. Marcello was incredibly patient and thorough with all my questions especially the costs of 6K plus upkeep of an 11 year old vehicle.
My experience started really shaky. I went in for a brand new 2020 Cherokee they had a special on, and I gotta admit it was a pretty sweet deal but then the first pencil came and they were offering me $4,600 for my trade which KBB and NADA all valued over $12,000. To say I was ready to walk would be an understatement, frankly I was offended they would insult my intelligence in that way. One of their managers-Justin, came and managed the situation really well. In the end, I got what I wanted for my trade and a really good deal on the new Cherokee. Without Justin, the deal would never have happened.Their wait times for their finance department was relatively short and our time in finance signing paperwork was very pleasant. Our finance manager Rashid didnt try push products on us. He told gave us all the options available and we didnt feel any pressure whatsoever.I would recommend going here but you must do your research if you have a trade and be prepared to negotiate. As someone who was a car sales guy for 2 years, I believe the overall dealer experience was pleasant enough that I would go back here but again not without doing my research on what a fair value for my trade is.

I am usually not one to error out dirty laundry, but my experience was less than stellar. My Jeep was making some questionable noises after having been in for an oil change a couple weeks before. Then my check engine light came on. Luckily, service was willing to get me in same day. That’s when the trouble started. Turns out I needed a part that was under warranty to be replaced as my Jeep was deemed “unsafe” to drive- well, according to them this part is not being made right now and it could be 4 months before it’s back on the road. Totally not okay with me- but they didn’t seem to have any answers nor did the service manager ever reach out to provide any resolutions. I was gifted a loaner that was lower quality than the vehicle I had in the shop and am actively making payments on. Again, no concern from them. After 4 plus weeks- I must have made enough of a commotion that they gave me Chrysler’s warranty number and told me to call them. Sure enough, after speaking with their warranty, less than 2 weeks later a part was at the dealership for me. Yet the dealership called to say it was still in transit. I then had to call back and ask them to find my part because it was received the day before. Long story short the service was sub par. Why did the customer have to find their own warranty parts to get a resolution? I would think twice if you want a place with a sense of urgency or customer service oriented.

Was honestly worried about being sold since most of the dealers i went to were just pushing and pushing. But my experience with Taylor changed my mind real fast. I am usually not the one to give a negative review and always gave the benefit of doubt but this was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I understand if the numbers dont work for them, but there is a way to communicate it to your customer. If I could give a negative rating, I would do that. Unless, you are willing to make a $40,000 purchase decision in 5 minutes, the salesman is not willing to spend a minute with you. At least that was the case with me. Learn to treat your customer properly. If the numbers are far off from where the customer would like to be, just be polite and let them know and if you dont have the patience to do so, then you shouldnt be in sales. Also, do your own research on what is listed on your website. Definitely did not deserve to be treated that way.
Worked with DJ Choi on some issues with my 2021 ram. One issue was the same on my previous vehicle that was a known problem. The technician even diagnosed the problem before I left and told me it was abnormal. The other issue was a whistling noise that was a missing bolt under the seat. It’s apparent the technicians and service group put zero effort into resolving any of these concerns. DJ called me and told me all these issues were normal operation or couldn’t be duplicated. Well, both of the issues were still present on the short drive home. Very disappointed in the direction the service group has taken at this dealership since my last service.

Not only did they quickly make an appointment for me but they also follow up to make sure it still works for you. They got me in and out in no time and even though they were busy, one of the technicians took the time out to show me things about my Jeep that I didn’t know before. I’ve gone to several locations across the US and this was honestly the best service experience.

Terrible purchasing experience on a whole new level.First they lost the ODO statements and tried to get me to come from over an hour away to get me to sign an odo statement on my trade in. I start calling before my temp tags expire a week in advance to see if my plates show up. Left a message for the GM. Spoke with Alma who took down my info and never called back to give me an update. A few more calls as the days drew closer and nothing. Now my temp tags are expired and I get a card in the mail saying my plates are in. Great! I think. I call just to make sure, and they say they dont have them. Then after some one tries to send me to the GMs voicemail, which i didnt bother leaving a message again because that individual doesnt respond. I call again and the poor service cashier who is helping me gets me in contact with Nate in finance. It turns out the ODO disclosure for the truck I purchased was lost and my plates havent been ordered yet. So here I am with expired tags on my new to me truck because every single person dropped the ball along the way. All of these calls ive made before my tags expired and nobody was aware I needed some other form signed that Rairdons lost?

We found a vehicle for 8,000 online and called ahead. We first spoke with Taylor and he was nice and trying to be helpful. First he said he was going to push for 7,300 out the door for the cars worth. We then spoke with another lady who called and said she could do 8,000 out the door with paperwork settled. After going to multiple dealerships today we thought this was the best deal and said we were coming in. Upon arriving the car was ready and we were able to test drive it. Then they started changing the numbers. After them rambling trying to get me to finance the car they said they could do nothing and it would be 9,280. After declining because they had already promised a lower number they settled on 9,000. We promptly left and the boss Bill was rude and spoke down on us throughout the negotiation.Edit- after posting this review I was contacted by the manager. He wanted to fix the issues we had so he went down to the original asking price. I would’ve given them 4 stars but there was an altercation between the sales manager and my boyfriend (he tried to step up and got in my boyfriend space). After sitting for multiple hours waiting for it all to be settled we just wanted to go home.
If I could do zero stars I would I’ve gone through this service department 4 times now and not sure why I continue to use them they’ve put my parts in someone else’s vehicle, lost the paperwork and didn’t contact me for an update until I called a week later when they haven’t even started the work yet, destroyed my brake system and the last straw is a simple oil change I just got back in my truck and had a notification for low oil and my dip stick is completely dry completely over this outfit and will be telling anyone thinking about going there what a terrible place for any kind of work it is

Replaced a body panel that fell off my Jeep on the freeway.Alyssa was fantastic to work with and very personable and attentive to detail and excellent customer service.I was able to get a loaner for the day with no issues and the panel was installed and looks like new.
Great service -- sales people werent what I was expecting. I hate car buying, what I hate even more is car **shopping** because I cant look around without feeling like somebody is going to push a car on me that I may not be ready to buy. But the knowledge, customer oriented sales approach made me feel totally comfortable, and trust that this is a dealer that cares about my experience both before and after getting a new jeep.
They did exactly what I asked and in a timely manner, considering they were busy. In fact, they saved me $20 on an oil change by applying a coupon which I did not provide. However, I did not get a multipoint review sheet, which I expected, and they did not return or offer to return the replaced parts. Not worth downgrading the rating, but disappointing.
I had a terrible experience dealing with Jordan Scott and GM Kevin. I called in to inquire about a particular model. I got a call back from Jordan and the first thing he said was that all cars are going 10k to 20K Over MSRP. I was hoping, he would start with telling me about the car, what is available, what are the options. The fact that he started with price tactics is a big no no for me and reflects the mindset of the dealership. ($$$$$) Your experience might vary, but decided to post this and let everyone know.Some quotes from the call. “there is a Jeep Wrangler that is marked 20k ADM”I was quoted 10K ADM for a Pacifica which dropped to 4990 ADM in 10 min. Really!!I was able to call another dealership and place a factory order.I called up other dealerships and I was told that there are some dealerships who are taking advantage of the situation. So please do call others. Good luck.👍

I want to give a shout out to Semir Merdanovic, a service advisor for he was helpful and very professional. His knowledges and calm demeanor made my experiences with Rairdon quite pleasant. Being out of state and living in Washington on a temporary basis, I think I found the right dealership who I can trust and perform all the services for my Ram truck. Terrible all around. I traded in my car and bought a Jeep here a couple years ago. I asked to look at a used vehicle and they completely disregard my request only showing me new vehicles.When I purchased my Jeep I agreed to get their warrantee because they said it would cover all scratches and dents interior or exterior which is great cause I have a dog. When I called to come in and have a dent fixed they told me they dont do body work. Then the kept transferring me to different departments. Never got it fixed as they kept runnign me in circles offering zero solutions.When I picked up my license plates they only gave me one?! Still never received my other plate.Not only that but after purchasing my Jeep I still received emails from them trying to get me to come in to buy.Also, when I come in for oil changes the quickest I have been in and out is 2 hours. Have spent over 4 hours there before. They didnt reset my oil change light so it keeps going off. My tire pressure screen kept showing so I asked them to switch it and they said to run diagnostics I would have to wait another 4 hours. Basic easy things they cant seem to do. One of the guys in their service department is extremely condescending not just towards me but toward other women who were in the waiting area.Overall, would recommend going anywhere else. No idea how they have decent reviews when I have not had any good experiences.

Visiting Rairdon Kirkland today was the worst attempted car buying experience Ive ever had. After driving from Stanwood to view a new Jeep fresh off the trailer, expecting to pay the price advertised on their own website, we arrived only to find a $10k unadvertised markup after driving the car. After countering the ridiculous offer, we attempted to leave only to be publicly stopped at the door by the sales manager. He said said he wanted to work with us. He was condescending and completely unprofessional. When I explained monthly payment was not a factor is our decision, we wanted to negotiate a fair price, his response was oh really, so you could afford $2500 a month? At that point we left before I lost my temper completely.Mind you weve purchased multiple vehicles from Rairdon. I purchased a brand new Ram 1500 Laramie two days ago from Rairdon Smokey Point. Ive sold a beautiful Audi S7 to Rairdon Maserati. I flat cant believe we were treated this way. We drove back up to Smokey Point this afternoon and factory ordered a new Jeep from Jarik. What a difference location can make. I will never set foot in the Kirkland store again.

Like others, the vehicle I purchased was delivered with about 1/4 tank of gas; floor mats that were supposed to come with the vehicle were missing (ultimately did get them from another vehicle); all owners manuals were missing (I have to request them from Jeep myself I’m now told); the ‘start/stop’ function wasn’t/isn’t working...I’m now waiting up to three hours for them to check that (I was in a couple of weeks ago and they apparently scheduled at least a dozen appointments all for the same time - so it took them over an hour just to see me and tell me it would be several hours more. Today my appointment was 11:30 am; the vehicle was still sitting where I left it over an hour later - even though they know I’m waiting on it).Overall very disappointing for a company that says they are customer oriented - to show just the opposite after the purchase!
I was able to get fast service that included an oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid flush, fuel induction, air filter replacement in under two hours. I was also given a loaner car to use two getting lunch and come back.
Great place to buy a car process was fast staff was friendly and knowledgeable . I had shopped around the three different lots that day and when I went in to reardon Dodge it was the best service I had.
Purchased my first new car from here today. Karl Henry was amazing! He was not pushy and was very upfront with everything, no hidden nonsense from him!! I have bought a used car from another dealer and it was all hassle... I would definitely recommend this dealership.
This is the slowest operation I have ever experienced in my life. My father was waiting for service for about 30 minutes and then had to wait for his check for about another 20 minutes. When the owner notified my father on when his check was going to be done...he told him it was cutting. That took 35 minutes! Get a pair of scissors and do it! Will not be returning to this location again...do better.
Taylor Red Hahne is the best salesman this car dealership has. He listens and pays attention to the customer about their needs for a vehicle. No pressure, No Up Sale, No let me talk to my manager game. The Man knows his cars and knows how to make a customer feel welcome and important. He will be running the store one day.

I bought a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sport from Rairdons and while I love the car I had nothing but issues during service. My salesman was terrible, I wasnt informed my car wasnt on the lot properly to where I understood it and I drove 136 mi to get it (3 1/2 hrs) end up buying a different one, and after the fact my plates dont show up, I have to call and ask them to be mailed, when they are mailed I received someone elses plates in the mail. They are being overnight shipped to me after a phone call but that phone call had to be taken to a manager just to make a PO box overnight shipping work. Very unpleasant experience. Love the Jeep though no hate there!
Jordan Scott and Rairdon were fantastic. Totally different from my other experiences while looking at Jeeps. He was patient, funny, and kept the whole thing lighthearted. He never gave attitude throughout negotiations, was thorough through all the options, and respected by boundaries when I said no. I had repairs and maintenance done to my Jeep Wrangler. They completed the repairs on time. However the Jeep was not cleaned and the carpet was still damp from the coolant leak. I had assumed that the car would be cleaned and the carpet cleaned as well. Other dealerships have done this on other vehicles I have had with similar work.
Greatest experience I’ve had while buying a car. Very informative and professional service. Not pushy whatsoever and they allow to take your time to evaluate all your needs in the car your going to purchase. Highly recommend this place for your next purchase 😎
My problem was efficiently taken acre of. However, the grease on the fur floor mat and the side of the door are matters that should be addressed better.

I went there 3 times and paid that much money but they still couldnt get my parking system fixed! Moreover, the person who interrogated was derisive to me, and pretended he didnt understand my English even though I spoke very clearly. Due to both the uncomfortableness and the fact that three visits still cannot get one problem fixed, instead of wasting more time and money I decide to file complaints, (the business) you will be contacted soon!!!!

The first salesman I worked with named Taylor (Red)...said he was working on financing and told me he would call me back later that same day...and I waited all day...so I called the next day and asked him why he didnt call and he took it personally he said he didnt want to deal with me and to get someone else to help me and then slammed the phone down...so I called back and got a manager on the phone and they said they would pay for an Uber and deduct it from the cost of the price of the car...I saw no signs of that on the receipt!...the financing stated 60 months at $84 a month but ended up being 36 months at $174.00 a month?...say one thing and do another?...

Third time back for the same part. Apparently super tough to fix a back seat latch. Made of mostly thin plastic. Not surprised it broke. But the dealerships inability to solve the problem in 3 visits is somewhat annoying. 4th time the charm!

Karl, Jordan, and team all worked with me through my buying process. I saw on their website a beautiful Red Pacifica Hybrid and knew that was my next vehicle. I was able to take the vehicle on a no pressure test drive. I enjoyed seeing all the features and no pressure sales. That day I was not able to buy it, but came back a few days later and purchased the vehicle. They accommodated my needs and delivered the vehicle fully fueled, cleaned and ready to drive. We had some issues, but they got worked out. Thank you for the vehicle, I will enjoy it for many years to come.

Everything was great until the finance guy lied and added gap insurance instead of prepaid maintenance. Will never buy from them again.Have received a call from them stating this was a misunderstanding, wed call them back but the fellow who left the message spoke so quickly it was impossible to catch his name. And then the comment below asking if we needed a maintenance plan! What?! Totally missing the point, the car we leased is already covered under the Jeep Wave maintenance at no cost! We found this out after the fact, when we saw that the finance guy added gap insurance instead of a maintenance plan. DONT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS is the point!! Now they wont refund the cost of the gap insurance, we have to wait until the lease is up. Still will never do business with them again! This is why American car companies are failing, never have had this type of experience with the Volvos and Subarus weve had.UPDATE 6/29/21: I need to correct my self, the finance guy didnt add gap insurance he added an extended warranty that we didnt need. We are leasing the car for 3 years, definitely dont need an extended warranty with the Jeep Wave program.We are still trying to get them to cancel this, and they keep jacking us around saying itll be done but so far it has not been taken care of. And they said they cant refund what weve paid so far or adjust our lease payment until lease termination! What?! This is ridiculous, they are just hoping we forget about it. Next step is getting our lawyer involved. If I could I would give these guys a minus 10
Our experience at Rairdon was nothing short of amazing! I called to inquire about a car, and we drove up to take a look at it that same day. Once I arrived, they had the vehicle parked in the front for me. Karl, our salesperson was great— the process with him went smoothly and he was very patient with us! We didn’t expect to walk out with a vehicle, but they made sure we were satisfied with our purchase and comfortable with the payments we’ll be making monthly. Nate, the general manager and the other Nate in financing helped us out and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We will most definitely be coming back to purchase at this dealership again! Ive been coming to this dealership awhile now and Ive noticed a few things. It doesnt matter if you have an appointment, it doesnt matter if you come in and are first in line for an oil change. Techs can still bring back other cars fist. Happened to me today even. I know mistakes happen but it happens to me almost every time I go there.In the past a service advisor told me that if the techs are busy they may not check the air filter or perform other checks. That is the sole reason I bring my jeep there to see issues I dont!!! If thats the case Ill change my own oil and go a local trusted mechanic and save some money... 3 more prepaid oil changes left and I cant cash out of those either. May try Everett dealership next. I want to like this dealership but cmon now
