Thermador Repair Service is fantastic. He has come to my house on 3 separate occasions to work on 3 separate appliances. He is reliable, responsive and very honest. I enjoy talking with Tom while he has fixed my washing machine, freezer and most recently, my dryer. I am happy that Tom was recommended to me and I will continue to recommend him to my family and friends.

I called Thermador Repair Service for a dryer that wouldnt get hot and a refrigerator that was leaking. Andre came and checked out the fridge and told us to unplug it for 3 days and that he was sure that would fix the problem. So far so good! He diagnosed the dryer as having a bad igniter (I think). He replaced it and it is good as new. What I liked about Andre is he was very straight forward, worked quickly and thoroughly and guaranteed his work. If what he diagnosed didnt work, we would pay nothing. He was also early to the appointment which was really nice. I didnt spend a lot of time waiting around. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again. Its nice to have a go-to place as I realize they dont make appliances like they used to!

This is the 2nd time I have used this company and I continue to be pleased. The first time they fixed my refrigerator and this time they fixed my dryer in under 30 minutes. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.

Thermador Repair Service was fantastic. He came with in three hours of my call, he fixed the problem of my Maytag refrigerator leaking and door not closing and he explain to me exactly what he was doing. He did not charge on the job until it was completed. It was fast, and super reasonably priced. Definitely use him for any appliance repair in the future!

Tom Fixed my dishwasher so quickly and also went above and beyond by taking a video for me so that I would understand which part was the problem and how to make sure I didnt have a problem in the future. His fee was extremely reasonable and he was friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

These guys have kept my old sub-zero refrigerator working for the past few years. They answer the phone, even at l0pm, they come when they say they will, they are gentlemen and they know what theyre doing.
