I had a shotgun wedding and made the terrible decision to order a bridal gown online. Although the dress was beautiful, it was two sizes too big for me and practically swallowed me up. Needless to say, I was horrified and in a complete panic because the wedding was due just 5 days later. I tried going to those high-end wedding dress boutiques but their alteration prices were way out of my range and they said they wouldn’t be able to get my dress fixed in time. Fortunately, I found Executive Image Cleaners and though I was first quite concerned about giving my wedding dress to what I thought was a dry cleaner store, I was filled with joy when I saw my dress. It fit perfectly and was not damaged in any way. The sewing was meticulous and it looked like it was custom-made just for me. I can’t thank them enough for fixing my dress so beautifully in such a short time at such an affordable cost. I will keep using their service and have recommended them to all my friends.

I am a great believer of using YouTube to learn about cleaning tricks and applying them, but I had a blazer which I didn’t want to experiment with. I am glad the first service I decided to go to was Executive Cleaners. The person there was really helpful. I almost lost my temper when he told me how much it would cost, but he calmly explained the process he needed to perform to get rid of the stain, without messing up the blazer. I am happy with the professionalism and cleaning.

I was expecting guests during the weekend and was sprucing up my living room when I noticed a rip in my drapes. Of course, they were my best ones and went with the entire décor of the living room so I couldn’t just replace them with another. Feeling desperate I quickly Googled for a drape repairing service that took urgent orders and saw an ad of Executive Image Cleaners. I took my drapes to them and they were very helpful and compassionate and promised to deliver them by evening. Even though it was such a rush job, they were able to sew up my drapes immaculately so that the rip was virtually invisible. I highly recommend their services!

This is the ONLY dry cleaners I would ever trust with my clothing. I’ve tried a lot of dry cleaners and I’ve had my fair share of ruined garments. These people are so nice, I cant believe they were open. I have an important meeting Friday and was having a hard time finding a dry cleaner that was open. I went in here today and they were super helpful, Im excited to have my favorite outfit to wear for my presentation. The team was very helpful and promised to be open for me to pick it up. This business ruined several of my top quality business suits.My girlfriend picked-up our clothes, and when we saw what looked like bleach or chemical damage, we went back to complain. A heavy set man confronted us at the front counter and started shouting. It turns out that the mans mother owns the cleaner business, and that he is notorious on the block and at Starbucks for resolving customer complaints by screaming.

Pathetic customer service.Very rude owners who dont know a bit about customer service. They dont even know how to charge a credit card and claim that it was declined. My card needs a pin to be entered and they claim the machine never asked for a PIN. I clearly got a message, in my phone that the card was declined because the PIN was not entered. The owners rudely refused to try the card again and didnt even allow me to come near the machine. I have been using my card everywhere in down town and nowhere I had issues.Mine is a corporate credit card, with no limit. So ideally it should have worked. I was initially assuming that they did not know how to properly use the card machine and offered to try it myself. The owners were very adamant and rude that they will not let me near the credit card machine.Also they did not even give a proper receipt, for the cash paid by me. They gave me a scribbled half torn paper as receipt!!!..This was my first visit here and would have continued forever as it was very close to the place where I live. Unfortunately THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE THAT I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE and would never think of going back to them even if they do the laundry for free.Have attached photos of the declined message from the card company and the bill in the actual condition provided to me.*****************An update to this review***************************Earlier, I had complained against this cleaners to Better Business Bureau (BBB). Today I got a call from the owner of this Executive image cleaners. First I didn’t pick up as I was busy and it was an unknown number. Immediately he called again within a few minutes and I answered. First of all he did not even have the courtesy to check if it is a right time for him to speak. He started by saying that he is not accredited by the BBB and that complaint is of no use and told that I should have contacted him directly to resolve any issue!Well that what was I exactly tried to do when I was at the store. Since I got a callous attitude from the owners, I had to write this review. When I told this to him, he kept on repeating that he had tried my credit card twice and it didn’t work (Well an FYI to this owner. I am spending close to $10000 per month, in this card and across numerous merchants and never ever I had this issue. Either you change your machine or learn how to charge a credit card). Also he was in no mood to listen to what I was trying to say and kept on bragging about his business.Eventually I had to disconnect the call thinking it is a waste of my time, as I felt that his tone was more to boast about BBB can’t do anything to his business rather than trying to satisfy a disgruntled customer.

It was my first time coming here and I was very happy with my recent service that I received. I used to own a Dry Cleaners and Alterations company in Northern California and know how this business is run. They took care of things that I didnt even bring up but they did it as an added service for no charge.For example, I had two missing buttons on my shirts and forgot to tell them about it when I took my cleaning in. When I picked them up, my shirts had two new buttons and they looked great. You might think that is not much but it tells me that they pay attention to detail and I love it because thats how I ran my business.I also had a pair of pants that I needed hemmed last minute for a business meeting and they were altered perfectly and quickly. There going-the-extra-mile service was very refreshing to see and experience since I dont see that too often in businesses these days. I am definitely coming back regularly. Thank you! They told me three(!) months to clean a tulle gown with no embroidery, no beads, simple top and ruffled skirt 😱 In other places dry cleaning of the same dress never took more than one week. I wonder how this executive cleaners are still in business 😄

Ive just finished my 5th attempt at calling these guys and being hung up on. I called, they answered and I asked if they offered same day service (im here visiting). They immediately started saying hello, hello, I said hello, then they hung up. Each time I try to call now i hear them pickup and then immediately hang up the phone.Not good guys. I would definitely look into this as the complaint below is the same. Regardless of your apology you’ve made multiple bad impressions and have lost several customers because of it. Called to ask if they do 24 hour service and she hung up on me.... Seemed really upset because I kept saying hello after I heard the phone pick up with no response for about 5 seconds. Kinda made my feel stupid. I did a search for 24 hour dry cleaners in Los Angeles and these guys came up. But Im pretty sure its a mistake.Update: I Just read their response. It was years ago so I dont remember this. I do not have a blocked phone number and never have. If they have phone lines this crappy where by they seem annoyed and conveniently their line disconnects with a click and my number magically becomes a blocked caller ID then think they still deserve a low review for going with the cheap terrible experience phone line.Apology accepted none the less. Ill update the review to 3 stars for at least appearing to care publicly.

I came home from 3 weeks of business travel to find my buildings laundry facilities were out of commission. I found Executive Image Cleaners online and within 48 hours, all 20 lbs. of my dirty clothes were returned smelling fresh and clean and folded neatly. This saved me a lot of time and energy over the weekend! Pick-up and delivery was prompt and courteous. I will be using this service again.

Very rude and overpriced. I went there for alteration and asked him how much it is. He said $18 per pants. I gave them my pants and then came back in 2 min as I thought it was too expensive. He was very upset because he wasted a receipt sheet. And his mom was screaming that next time, check the price first. I understand that you are upset because you wasted a receipt sheet, but dont yell at your customers. And there will be no next time. I used to go there to dry clean my shirts, but never again. I found a much cheaper and nicer place in k-town.

This is the best dry cleaning service in downtown. I would only trust them with my clothes because they treat my clothes as if they were their own. The first time I dropped off clothes I asked for starch and Juliana recommended only light starch on the light colored shirts and no starch on the dark colored shirts in order to avoid damage on the shirts. Great customer service and great people!

I took a Steelers jersey to this place that I bought from offer up. I made it clear that I love the team, and I wanted this jersey totally refurbished. It needed stitching at the neck, numbers cleaned and pressed. I told the lady how much it meant to me. She gave me a date to pick it up. I went, only to find out that it wasnt finished. Then, when I went to get it finally, it had a stain still stuck in the back numbers, the numbers were still wrinkled, and I am dissatisfied with the overall service. Although MOST stains were removed, if I personally detail it I bet I can fix the rest. I wouldve paid extra for quality care. The lady knew that.

Great company, Ive used them several times when I was in DTLA and they always completed the job in professional and timely manner. Definitely recommend these guys.

For the last year my husband and I took all of our dry cleaning across the street to Ralphs because it seemed convenient to drop it off while grabbing groceries. However, Ralphs never did a great job. My dresses constantly came back with new pulls and my cashmere sweaters are now pilling. My husbands shirts would come back with the stains still fresh. Did they even attempt to clean it? I was beginning to wonder. So we were fed up with the lousy quality and decided to try Executive Cleaners. Talk about a GODSEND!!Not only are they super friendly, they do an amazing job! I brought in my husbands white shirt that had a red (ketchup?) stain on it. We had taken the shirt to Ralphs TWICE to try and have the same stain removed, both times did not even make a difference AND we had to still pay for it. (Thanks for nothing, AGAIN, Ralphs)The first time I came to pick up the shirt from Executive Cleaners, POOF the stain was gone! They also removed a tough oil stain from one of my dresses! (I swear we arent usually this messy) She also checked the garments to make sure that the stains had completely been removed and asked if I was satisfied. Absolutely!You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work and their customers. Whether Im buying cashmere sweaters or its a silk shirt from H&M, I want to NOT worry about it getting destroyed at the cleaners or wonder if its actually even being cleaned. I know that I can rest assured when I drop off our clothes at Executive Cleaners. My husband and I will be bringing all of our dry cleaning here from now on - which will probably be often because I guess we really are that messy! Oops.PS I wrote this review on Yelp as well, but they filtered it - along with 25 other outstanding, five star reviews. I dont understand why Yelp would keep obviously fake reviews up and show reviews from 2 years ago and filter all the recent reviews. Seems fishy to me!Moral of the story - Best. Dry Cleaner.
