I usually go to a different salon for nails but I belive im gnna change my salon. this place is amazing! very professional and extremely well done nails. they are exactly how I wanted them ans and a very good price.

They are so rude. I gave them a picture of the nails I wanted and they didn’t not give me what I wanted. The woman the was doing my nail asked me what length I wanted and she cut them to long, so when I asked her to cut them down so more she got mad and made the rudest face ever. I accidentally moved me hand away cause I have anxiety and shake, when I moved my hand she smacked me. After she cut them she left them so uneven. My nails have never been this bad before. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. I would never take your kids in there from how rude they are. I will never go back there to get my nails.

I went to get my nails trimmed down just a tiny bit to make them even and get a clear polish or get a pinkish nude color.They did not have the color I wanted so I chose clear.She cut my nails all the way down after I spent a month growing them out from acrylic nails I got out of town.I ended up with pink clear get polish.Waste of $27 and now I have to get them redone completely possibly. I will never go back. I should have read the reviews first.

My gel polish has huge bubbles in it that I didn’t notice til I left. One coat of color was used for my nails and you can see straight through them and brush strokes are visible. My cuticles weren’t properly trimmed on my fingers or toes, and I wound up with multiple cuts. The existing polish on my toes was removed with a drimmel not with remover. One coat of polish was also used on my toes. I asked for regular polish on my toes and he used shellac. This place is nothing but a money making racket and just churn out customers to make money as fast as they can. You get what you pay for.

My nails been done 4 wks ago better pics tomorrow when sweet Tracy gets a hold of me.Ive seen negative reviews here .if your not satisfied talk to manager Tracy they want return customers so if dissatisfied say so, if nails come off in 1-3 days go back theyll replace them free.Ive been going here 4-5 yrs. nonstop.Making an appointment is advisable however walk ins accepted but be prepared to wait. My hand are unattractive and nails help. I keep them short in summer;however I do have two working hands some people dont.

Overall great experience and very different from my usual place I go! The employees are very kind and professional. They are quick but also take there time and my nails came out looking incredible! Very reasonable pricing also.

Some staff was the sweetest but there is a woman in heels i do not respect and she is the reason i’ll never go back! all my nine year old wanted was her toes painted and for some reason that woman kept trying to clip her nails and hurt my daughter!!

Update**** I am on day three of my nails being done and the shellac is already coming off of my nails. I have done nothing different than normal, 80$ wasted ***Me and my best friend wanted to get our nails done and all other places were booked up. It had been years since I had been here so we decided to give it a go. My toes came out perfect however my french tips came out uneven. Everyone was friendly but the quality of work left me a little disappointed.

Went here to get my nails removed and the lady was very rough and she cut into my nail and made me bleed. Would not recommend this place to my worse enemy

I used to be a frequent customer and would recommend them to others until I noticed that their work became less than acceptable.On a whim, I decided to try them again after taking a long hiatus as a patron.The lady who did a full set on me was extremely abrasive, rude and frankly seemed like she was just trying to hurry and get me out of the chair. There were several times during my session that she almost cut or went down too far with the dremel as she was filing my nails. As someone who has had acrylic/gel nails for 20+ years, I’m not stranger to quality nail work and this was easily a nightmare I couldn’t get away from fast enough.Ultimately, I left with a set of nails that are bubbly, uneven and not what I asked for. Sorry, US Nails but you’ve lost yet another customer for good.Save yourself the dissatisfaction, wasted money and ultimately a trip to another salon to fix their work and go to ANY other nail salon in Kingsport.

Worse experience ever! They are rude! They scraped the same toe twice! They rushed through the whole experience and did not do a good job!! Never again will I ever go back there!

So my husband and I took our friend to get a pedicure for her upcoming wedding...all of us sat and got water started at same time...they started my husbands first, his lady was great, then the bride started...finally I got started and the girl doing me flew through...my husband had got done about 5 min or so before my lady finished mine...my heels are still cracked and rough and I have a hang nail left...yet my $35 pedi cost me $53....the bride told her guy 4 or 5 times that she wanted the #4 which was the $35 pedi....he did whatever...hers cost $62...very disapointing...I guess Ill have to try another place

This was the worst experience ever. I went for a pedicure and my feet look horrible . The nail polish they applied looks like a kid applied it. They talked me into a manicure while ones sitting there, that was a joke.I don’t even want to give this place 1 star. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Good place to get nails done.

I recently dropped a bowling ball on my toe, and the man doing my pedicure went above and beyond to make sure he didn’t cause me any pain, and it was just very thoughtful and sweet. I give this place a 10/10 always. Good service and very good people.

Do not go to this place! THEY CHARGE WITHOUT CONSENT! 12/18/2020. I told the lady I had wanted gell fill in only. Then the male manicurist done my nails. The quality was ok. Except when I was ready to pay. He CHARGED ME gell fill in SHELLEC(30$) I did not wanted shellec. When I told him it was 25$ For just gell fill in only. He literally GOT UP a on the COUNTER TO SHOW ME FILL IN SHELLEC. He was unprofessional, disrespectful and rude and was irritated when I told him he was up-charging. When I asked for a price list. HE SAID to take a picture?? The lady who speaks English said they did not have a price list for the customers and I’m sure the other employees who do the nails, are doing the same. Be aware when you enter this place. They are upcharging the price without consent of the customers. Please Do not go to this place!! Very rude, and unprofessional business.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go here, I have been getting my nails done for YEARS! I have never been so upset by the results when walking out, they are uneven, still have tags hanging, leftover acrylic under the tips and there was no cuticle oil used and the guy that did my nails was very rough and I am not a sensitive person when it come to my nails. This was the WORST experience I have EVER had and I WILL NOT be going back!!! I have done my own set of acrylics at home on myself with better results than what I just paid $35 for basic white tips...ugghhh

The man who did my nails did the worst job I have ever had. My nails are weak and he ground them until I was getting very upset. He didn’t cover the whole nail with polish and when I mentioned it 2-3 times he mumbled something I couldn’t even understand. I had to file the rough places he left on my fingertips. I’m very upset with them and won’t be back. I wouldn’t advise anyone to let him touch your nails!

Generally this is a pretty good place to get a pedicure. Had several ladies do my pedicure and they always do a fine job. This location has an a man that will do mens pedicures. This would be a huge mistake. Would recommend requesting someone else if youre male. The pedicure I received might as well have not even been done. Barely trimmed nails and hardly scrubbed my feet, much less got out any ingrown toenails even after I purchased a higher package. I work 50 hours a week on my feet so these pedicures are important to my foot health. Waste of $62 for me and my wife today. Pretty disappointed. Usually a great place.

I will never go back just for the quality of acrylic and tips they use. I asked for Tracy after reading a lot of the reviews and everyone suggesting her. I went to get my nails done (a full set) for graduation. Initially the manicure was amazing. My nails were beautiful. However everything took a downturn. Within 2 days of getting my nails done one of them broke off when I touched a piece of paper. So I went back and got it fixed. It’s now a week and a half after getting them done and I had another one break When grabbing a bag of groceries! I have been getting long acrylic sets done for a long time and I have NEVER had such a weak manicure done before. My manicures have always lasted at least 2-3 weeks. I WILL NEVER GO BACK because of this. I will drive the extra mileage and pay the extra money to go back to LV in Johnson city.

Did not massage feet or legs, pointed out that the paper said foot message and they argued with me it didn’t even after I got the paper and showed them. Also messed my toenails up, cut too much off. They look awful. Will NEVER go back!!!

Two of us came in and were immediately greeted and served. We did not have a lot of time, so we just ordered the most basic pedicure package. The staff moved quickly and efficiently, they were friendly and funny, as well. AND my friend and I have beautiful feet!

Took my 8 year old daughter to get a manicure and myself a full set. The woman that did our nails was extremely rough, rude and had her mind in other places. While drying my nails, they kept messing up because she was shoving my hand too far to dry, then kept rolling her eyes everyrime I told her there was something wrong... within a week, the acrylic is cracked and the color is dull in certain places where she did not add clear coat.

I have never felt the need to give a review for anything but it was just so upsetting. I got both a manicure and a pedicure and I had a very bad experience. It was sloppy and she didn’t even file my nails evenly. missed the side of my nails when she painted them and when i pointed it out, all she did was file down the part she didn’t paint. Horrible experience.

Cant say enough good about this place. My wife and daughter are the ones that actually use their services but always leave happy. My daughter always loves her nails when she gets home and has to show them off to everyone. I would reccomend them to anyone and continue taking her there.

First couple times was great... Then i had a nail POP off.. Didnt even hurt. Just popped off... What! I went back got it fixed and another one popped off. Never in 25 years have i had this happen. I will never go there and im warning all my friends. Dont go here!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had!!! This manager refused to do my nails! Because my sister wanted her to do her job and asked several times for her to fix her nails when they were not how she wanted them! The shape was off the polish was terrible! the lady refused to fix them and told us to never come back!

The guy who did my nails was rough. When he was taking off my old acrylics, he literally shoved another nail under it with all of his strength and put so much pressure on them that my nails started to gush blood. DONT GET THE GUYS IF YOU WANT YOUR NAILS DONE. ASK FOR TRACY TO DO YOUR NAILS!!! Now getting my toes done was very nice. They did a great massage and my toes look amazing. Dont even get the guys to do your nails because it will be dont roughly. Now if you like that, like you do you but I dont like my nails pouring out blood.

I walked into the store and was asked what I needed. I responded with I just need a fill in please she sighed very loudly and said it will be a long wait. In my opinion this is not a good way to do business. I will definitely remember how I was treated if anyone suggest they are going to get their nails done.

My nails are all different lengths and shapes. they are not the shape i asked for neither is the length. the customer service was terrible. i will definitely never be going back.

The way that this store decided to glue on my nails was to put glue on top of the nail which is very ineffective. I dont like that. The girl who did my nails didnt even take nail polish remover to my nails so that the nails would stay on better. Youre suppose to clean the nail before you put anything on them. I didnt like the outcome of the nails either. My nails are crooked as well as uneven. I would not recommend coming here again.

Called and the lady said of yes regular polish doesnt last long. I said ma am it didnt last 4hours. Her word were no gurantee on regular polish. Again I pressed the length of time. She said come back I fix the bad ones. Really😡😡😡😡😡😡

Ive been going to this salon for more than 6 years. Even under new management, within the last year, they still do an excellent job. I always ask for Tracy. Prices have remained reasonable and Tracy, particularly, can do any shape or design. Highly recommended!Edit: 3 YEARS LATER... I continue to go to this salon, they continue to have exhibit excellent service. Tracy is not just an excellent nail technician, but a wonderful person. Love US NAILS ❤️Another edit: I would just like everyone to know that if you ever have an issue at this salon, talk to Tracy, the owner. She is the one who sits in the very front left chair, who normally greets customers upon arrival. She will take care of anything for you. There has been more than one time I’ve seen her replace crystals on someone nails, or repair a broken nail, at no cost to the customer, with amazing graciousness and class. I’ve personally never had a negative issue of any kind (ever)And, let’s EVERYONE not forget that the price of manicure/pedicures, acrylic nail “sets”, and gel manicures, has barely wavered in 15 to 20 years! It’s was “$25” for a “full set” (acrylic nails) when I was in high school, and I’m thirty-five. That’s almost 20 years of no inflation. Remember that when you’re paying in this industry! TIP your nail technician! RESPECT your nail tech, their culture, and their original LANGUAGE.The people that work in this salon are truly amazing, caring, talented technicians. DO NOT GO HERE! I got acrylics from here a month ago and they finally fell off after hurting since the day I got them done and every single one of my nails are damaged! Raw and thinner than paper. I barely have nails left! It hurt when they used the drill and by all means, I should have spoke up. I know it can be uncomfortable, but I wasnt sure how uncomfortable. My nails are destroyed and I am in a lot of pain!

Not good. The guy who did my pedicure was nice, but did a bad job on my feet. They were really rough when I left.I gel gel powder nails. The girl who did my nails burned me with the dremel grinder and with the primer. I have arthritis in my hands and told the girl upfront. I had two broken nails. Instead of filing the old acrylic off she used a nail tip to pry it off. I asked her twice to stop but didnt listen. She got the new nails and fill in done and I was in so much pain I made her stop and asked her to be more gentle. She threw her hands up and exclaimed in Vietnamese that the was done and someone else finished my nailsAt this point I was humiliated and ready to cry.The shop was filthy and the used, used toe separators on me and verify dirty grinding barrels. I saw no sign of sanitation in the shop. Not an ultra violet, nor steam nor Barbacide.I get my nails and feet done on a regular basis, in Atlanta, but have never been so appalled at the filthy mess and attitude of a shopThere is no redeeming quality here. I was in tears when I left and will not ever return. Plus, they over charged.

I was not very impressed.... went there because I had a gift certificate to get pedicure. For the price, it was not very good. The guy kept texting on his phone. I opted for the deluxe to get the massage and there was no massage.my sister got the same package and she got the service she paid for. I will not be back again

I have been coming to this location for 6 years and over the last couple of years I’ve noticed the decline in customer service and quality of service. Today I came in for the basic pedicure $30 and gel nails and was asked to pay $92. My nails look terrible and the gel is not even set. I had white powder all around my nails and when I asked what it was she said it would come off later. If I pay $92 I expect to leave happy with my service. Don’t ever sit at lamp 2. Looking for a new nail place.
