Pink/white Ombré acrylics. Natural but beautiful look. They were actually quite booked up but managed to fit me in as a walk-in and I am very grateful.

Great talented staff! They are the view that can do my wifes nails great! Her nails last longer after visiting this location compared to any of the others in the area. The owner is a stand-up guy!

Went for a pedicure and gel mani cure because I had to have it quickly and couldnt reschedule with my normal tech. Dont think the woman was new to nails but definitely new here- she didnt place the cap on the tub correctly and water went EVERYWHERE! I was soaked. Then the color I chose was like it was watered down. She used 3 coats and you can STILL see my nail tip . And within 2 days 2 different nails had chipped. By day 5 -4 nails had chipped and this isnt the first time my color looked watered down. Its now day 7 and Im going to have to pay someone else to change the polish. A gel manicure should be a MINIMUM of 14 days. With my normal tech I go every 3 weeks and NEVER have this issue. I would not recommend or will I return .

Danny has been doing my nails since last September and I will not let anyone else touch my nails! I am beyond thrilled with his work!! He is truly talented when it comes to my nails!! I always get compliments on them and everyone wants to know where I get them done. Of course he is so busy with his regular customers I have a sanding appointment with him every two weeks!! Danny is not just my nail tech he is my friend and therapist at times!!LOL I truly appreciate everything he does!When I get a pedicure, Susan is my go to lady! She does amazing work too!!Love Dream Nails and I would not go anywhere else to have these services done!!❤️

I had not the best experience at this salon. I expected great service considering they just opened but was so disappointed. My son who’s 10 had his first pedicure, his request, so I allowed it. I wasn’t able to experience this because while also getting a pedicure there was another woman so focused on yanking my arms across the chair to her side to get the dipped coating off. I was extremely uncomfortable and not able to enjoy my pedicure. She continued to do my nails and at times I asked her to stop because she was hurting me. When she asked if I wanted my nails cut I asked for two to be trimmed to match the others and she carelessly snipped all my nails. Now they are crooked, short, and uneven. I couldn’t believe what I saw. She then left super sharp points and I asked them to be filed down and she grumbled and spoke in another language. The only person who was kind was possibly the manager or owner. I was not going to make a scene with my son so excited to have a pedicure done with his momma but I will NEVER return to this location!

Sent my wife here to get a mani/pedi. It has been 9 days and the paint is peeling off in giant flakes. She went with the best quality finish they offered. For $65, it should last longer than 9 days. The place we will be returning to last much, much, MUCH longer. What a joke and waste of money. I do not recommend this place. Just another pop up business. Do yourself a favor and go to the long standing establishments.

So originally, I went in and asked for a gel manicure. The lady who did my nails was difficult to communicate with and ended up getting my polish too thick. When I explained that my nails did not look good she had stated that’s how it’s supposed to be. I went out to my car for a few minutes and then went back in to see if there was anything that could be done. Danny fixes my nails and he did a really good job!

The BEST nail salon in Kingsport and I love that it is located in Colonial Heights. I have had several do my mani/pedis and I cannot complain about any of them!!

I requested French Nails for my renewal of vow and got nails like no one has ever seen, they are practically all white. I will try to find them on facebook and post a picture as they are horrible and like nothing I have ever seen. We cant even find nails on the web that look like them.

I definitely will not be back Danny did my nails and he kept drilling around the cuticle which eventually started bleeding. Then he proceeded to keep puting acetone on the bleeding nails. This was a bad experience overall and at the end he told me my nails are senstive and should try not picking my cuticles... I do not pick my nails.
