WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I waited at this place from 2:45 to 5:30 just to walk out in tears because I was so angry. I have never had such a rude nail technician (her name is Amy). I had to pay 55$ for these horrible nails, which were nothing like I wanted. When I arrived I asked for a flamingo, and palm leaves (beach vibes) and they said they could do that on my nails. After they are done with the yellow, she said she couldnt do it. No one in the store could do that simple nail art?! So I asked for plain clear glitter to cover the yellow. Amy says they dont have plain glitter, only silver or gold. So I try out the silver glitter and absolutely hate it. Im already upset that they said they could do nail art, then changed their minds. I ask her to take the glitter off and she says she cant, that I can go somewhere else. Go somewhere else to pay someone to fix her horrible job? No way. Not to mention Amy and the lady who worked the front were talking about a costumer that was before me, a grandmother that brought a 6 month old baby in with her. They talked about this sweet old woman like she was horrible for bringing in a baby, and both said how they hate children. You can only imagine how offended I was at this point. To top it off, another one of the nail technicians is on her phone constantly. This place is so unprofessional. I have never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon. The nails are extremely think and bumpy, and absolutely not what they said they could do. I dont even give this place 1 star. They are the WORST. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

NEEDED FOR A WEDDING on Thursday in NHI arrived at 5pm on Tuesday for a full set and a nail color change for my toenails. At 5:55pm a gentleman started to bring me back to a nail station 🚉 however, Amy Had to bid in as usual, I ended up getting my toenails done (incorrectly). He finished at 6:15pm.Amy came over, of course, looked at my toenails because I asked him to do something different (just take back some of the gold polish [I wanted an ombre effect]) so, she told me to do what I wanted and I would be able to get my nails done because of the time! ⏲ ⏳I complained about the fact that I was there at and wasnt even taken until 5:55pm for my toenails and I was 2nd in line!Amy went to her station and talked in her native language almost in a whisper. I said, Sure, talk under your breath about me so I cant defend myself. I know a second language too but sign language isnt going to help me in this case. I will not be coming back here!I called Desire Nail and got the shape and gorgeous 😍 nail art!!! Moui stayed until 9pm to make sure I gorgeous nails!First photo is what I wanted. In the interest of saving time, we ombred all my nails.DO NOT GO TO ICOLOR IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED AS A PERSON!

Can not say enough good things about Amy and everyone at Icolor! Alyssa done a spectacular job on my fall color nails and pedicure. Highly recommend!!

This was my first time going here since moving to Tennessee. Haleigh did my pedicure and she did an amazing job!! I definitely recommend Icolor nails and Ill definitely be going back!!

This is an amazing place to go to! I had a wonderful experience there today! Haliegh did my nails and she always does an amazing job! She is very detail oriented and takes her time to give me exactly what I want. If you want great nails for a great price go there. Ask for Haliegh she is the nicest person I have ever had do my nails and I never have a complaint about her work. She is very talented and dedicated.

I was greeted by a sweet woman who checked with another woman and then said they could do what I wanted. I go back to a guy who was aweful. He rushed everything along and didnt use some tools that is typically used when I get my nails done. When I first sat down I showed him the pic he said he could do it. When we get to that point he asked again and I showed him. He said no he couldnt do it that it was airbrushed and hand painted it wouldnt look good. I said I didnt care if it was perfect but he had me pick something else. At this point I felt stuck. He was almost done so I couldnt leave. Also he never let me look under my nails which was horrible and bubbled. So I picked a simple ombre. The girl painting them wanted to do another layer of purple he said no and took back over. It definitely needed another layer. When it was all done I just wanted to leave so I told him I liked them. Never one smiled you could see the look of sadness on my face. The sweet girl at the counter noticed and said it could be fixed. I didnt want to cause a scene so I said its OK ill just pay and leave. The man noticed I didnt like them and got upset and said its what she wanted.. even the girl at front said no it wasnt. He started being so rude that I cried.. my mothers day gift was ruined.. they said they could fix them and sent me to a woman who reshaped them and got some acrylic off where it shouldnt of been and cleaned up the underneath. Then Amy took over and did the nail art. When I left I was super happy my nails looked better and I got what I originally asked for. I do not think I should of had to pay full price considering I cried! I will never ever go back. I hope they stop letting that man do them.

I booked with Haliegh, and she did absolutely WONDERFUL y’all. she is super sweet, and did everything i asked for AND MORE. we set up an appointment and she gave me her full attention the entire time. will absolutely be back!

Had a wonderful experience, I’m from Florida and while traveling this summer it’s always hard to find good nail technicians but this was a great experience.

They did a good job! I got the almond shape and they did it really pretty. We didn’t wait too long so that’s good too. The guy did nick my finger with the drill a little bit but he apologized. That happens everywhere so.... but I will definitely be back!

I wanted to like this place because it’s really nice, the girl who did my nails was sweet, and they LOOKED great. HOWEVER, the quality isn’t. I tried this place twice and both times my nails peeled off within a couple days. I hoped the first time was a fluke. Second time, had them done on a Saturday and lost 2 nails by Monday. I’ve never had that happen. They blamed it on me and wouldn’t fix my nails.

Looked nothing like the picture, the color of my nails were all different. overall just a horrible experience i would not recommend them. my nails didn’t look $65 good. it was not worth the 1 1/2 hour wait either.

First I sat there waiting for almost 2 HOURS... when they finally took me back the nail tech didnt seem like she knew what she was doing. I explained what I wanted and it was just basic, take off the old gel polish and put new on. I NEVER let anyone use the grinder on my nails except to get some of the old color off. After that, a scraper and nail file/cube. Well the girl kept using the grinder so I told her I didnt want her to keep using that. It makes the nail WAY TOO THIN. And she says ok. Then she said oh, one more thing and she used it again. I was so mad at this point. She started filing and clipping around my nails. I was bleeding in 3 spots when she was done with that. So I just told her to put on the polish and forget it.This place has went down hill. I use to love going there but I doubt Ill go back. They should be letting people know how long it will be instead of just a few minutes and then set there forever. My nails are so thin now that they are tearing. They need to worry more about the job their doing than joking around and talking to each other. There is a girl always walking around saying she looks like Sandra Bullock and being all loud. When I go get manis and pedis, its my relaxing time. The little thing I do for myself and you cant relax there at all anymore. So aggravated and disappointed.

Don’t even bother with an appointment. Wanted to have a girls day, get our nails done. Called at 10am and made an appointment at 4:30. It’s 6, and none our nails have been touched. They even put their 5:30 appointment in front of us. What was the point in making an appointment to sit and wait over two hours anyways? Cody did our nails, and we were all happy but didn’t leave until 7:00.

Horrible! They dont do what you want. I said several times and they knew what I wanted. Even repeated it. When I got my natural nails done no thin over lay was applied. They agreed I ask for it then changed it up. The girl (Hailey) that did my nails was to busy on her phone and wanted to hurry for the next customer. When I went in to get them fixed the next day as Megan ask me to do the day of service and when I got there everything Megan agreed with she didnt agree anymore. Imagine that! I do have to question who is actually licensed that works there. I have been going to Amy or her place of business for many years when she start at the Foid City Shopping Center. She doesnt care at all about her customers or losing long time customers. Why because she knows many people will continue to go back after a Horrible experience and not give an honest review. I dont complain about most negative things thats happened before because it was simple things but the attitude I received Friday and Saturday was to much. I will say Makayla did a wonderful job on my pedi and she is very polite.

Wait time is exceptionally long but if you get an appt its a wonderful nail salon they do great work

I really hate to leave negative reviews but I feel like I need to with my experience. I called Saturday morning and made an appointment for 3 to come in for a full set, they were pretty busy when I got there so it took them a minute to get me to a table which wasn’t a problem. Once I got to a table, it was about 20 mins till someone actually came to start working on my nails, which again, wasn’t a problem. The woman who did my nails was very nice so no issue there. I was running behind for where I needed to be so I really didn’t get the chance to thoroughly inspect the nails until I was done driving to Johnson city. I am someone who does my nails at home majority of the time, the only reason I came in was because I didn’t have to time to do them myself. For $45 I was pretty upset at the fact that I could have done them better at home. The nails were uneven, some parts were not even covered with gel polish and were bare. There were tons of bubbles and fuzz stuck in the polish, and areas were clumped up gel polish was around the sides. So I called and told them and asked if I could come in Monday and have them removed and receive a refund, I even said I didn’t care if the woman kept her tip I left for her time. Whoever I spoke to kept telling me I needed to come back right then and let them look and fix them, I told her I could not make it in time from Johnson city before they closed, she repeated for me to come back that day twice in the phone call. Then she asked if I could send her pictures of the nails to her phone, so I did. I sent about 10 very close of pictures. She texted me back and said sorry and to come Monday to have someone fix them, I replied and told her I just simply wanted them removed and a refund and she never texted back. So I decided not to even bother going back in because they obviously wanted to fix them and I really don’t think there was much that could to fix them because the shape of the nails was odd to begin with. So I’m out $45 for nails I could have done myself. Lesson learned.

I like my nails, I just feel like $80 is pricey and I expect them to be better than they are at that price.

Service is amazing and my nails look awesome. The girls paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect. I felt completely pampered and had a good time. Will be going back for sure!

This place is a disgrace! I picked my color for a pedicure and gel manicure. When he brought the color it was different and he said I would love it anyway. I was left sitting in a chair for 30 minutes in the middle of my pedicure because my tech had to leave for a dr appt. Tonight my gel manicure is peeling off. I will never go back!

They literally didn’t care about hurting your fingers at all, and they did such a sloppy job on my sisters hands, they were messy and absolutely horrible. Would not recommend this place. They don’t listen to what you want and skip several steps to hurry you out!
