Amazing, I love the work and technician company during the time didnt. Communication is the key and you can have exactly what your looking for. And talk about fantastic with children. Both taking and technic in looking naturally to their age and proportion. Hannah has been amazing, understanding, patient, most of all an expert and humble in room for the customers views!!!!!!!

Tacky and sub-par with high-end pricing. Dont waste your time or hard earned money.... Ive been in the spa industry for over 21 years and this place is a joke! The equipment is outdated, supplies are cheap, and they charge you for using a credit card yet you cant leave a gratuity for the technician on said credit card. None of which they tell you when you make your 1st appointment. They also charge extra for steamed towels and lotion for the pedicure when its customary for that to be included in a basic pedicure price. The high end pricing should equate to a high end experience and that was definately NOT the case. The only bright spot in this experience was Kacie. She was a sweetheart! Theres got to be better in Kingsport.FYI, this is only the 2nd bad review Ive left for a business in several years, as most are always complimentary and all are well-deserved.

Very polite and kind people, however the technician forgot to put the clear coat on my left hand so my left hand is dull looking compared to my right hand. Gel manicure was 27$ and when you pay with a credit card they do not accept tips. (I asked). Will return for a pedicure.

My friend and i went here to get our nails done for our birthday and both of our sets were very crooked, uneven, and very rushed. I got a short set with glitter and she got long with gems but somehow mine was more expensive?? they were nice but the nails did nothing look the way i wanted them to at all. They have chipped. they bubbled up after they were done, over all just very unsatisfied. do not recommend.

After 2 days one of my nails came off rite where u glue it!! I’m very unhappy with this!! I will never let anyone else do them there unless it’s Sarah she’s the only one that I know that can do them Nd make them look good!!!

I had my first nail/ pedi appointment since March with Hanna. She gave me a beautiful set of gel nails. I absolutely love them. While they are a bit different than the gel nails i used to get I am100% satisfied and cant wait for my next appointment 😊

LOVE this place. The atmosphere, cleanliness, prices, and selections were great. Valerie did my full set and (first ever) pedicure. She did awesome! I had always had a hard time finding a place that shapes the nails well. I seriously love how great she did and was fun to talk to. The other ladies did great work as well from what I saw. I will definitely be going here from now on.

Pink’s Nail Studio in Kingsport just lost my business. I got a gift certificate for Christmas that expired 6-21, but I haven’t had the chance to use it with COVID and not getting out much so I call them to ask if any of it is redeemable since they were shut down and social distancing was advised for the majority of the life of the certificate. Nope, they will not honor any of it!!!

My wife got her nails done at Pinks Nail Studio and Absolutely LOVES them! Her nails have never looked better and I have never seen Sandi happier about her nails! Sarah did an AMAZING job on Sandis fingernails and Samm did AMAZING on her pedicure! We highly recommend the both of them at Pinks Nail Studio!!!!!!

I love this place!!! Those who know me know Im not a frilly/glitter kinda of person. With that being said, Jozey has changed me! She is AMAZING!!!! I clean houses and was having problems with my nails, a year ago, she has helped me more than I could have imagined!!! I would highly recomend this establishment! I went to Pinks to get my nails done for my sisters wedding. Everyone was friendly and professional. They were very sweet to my 9 year old daughter, too. I have since had my nails done there 2 more times (with Bobby - shes great), and I have been very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend them!

I liked my nails well enough! Its never the same people, they are constantly hiring and getting rid of people making me think they have internal issues. My nails got super brittle after going here for gel manicures for just a few months. I had to stop going to give my nails a break and now that they are healthy again, I will be going somewhere else.

Great place for a manicure, pedicure, or acrylic nails. Its best to make an appointment if you want something done. They take walk-ins, however you may have to wait a bit because they stay busy.

I’m new to Kingsport . I went to Pink’s today for the first time with my cousin and it was amazing! The owner Julie did my nails & I’m in love! She did my nails wayyyy better then my nail lady in Virginia! She took her time didn’t rush at all. I plan on bringing my mom to get a mani pedi, I’ve already made my next appointment !

I am new to the Kingsport area and tried a million nail places. I was referred to pinks and they did a great job but their customer service is horrible. I dont appreciate other nail technicians eating pals at their station while Im trying to enjoy a pedicure (Sanitation?!?) I also dont appreciate my nail technician getting up to answer the phone and being gonefor 5-10 minute... I could look past those things but today I was running a few minutes behind. (I live 45 minutes away and needed gas and there was a line..its life I cant help it) so I call saying Ill be 5 minutes late her response was you need to get here as soon as you can. So I go as fast as I can. I walk in apologizing and ask if I need to reschedule she said she could get me at 12 (which is what time I go into work) but she had an appointment at 1130 so I said I would just reschedule. She got snappy with me saying that she was getting cheated out of money so I offered to pay for the appointment. All this is going on and the owner is sitting there doing nothing. Life happens. Everyone is late from time to time its life. I am also in the beauty industry and I would NEVER talk to clients this way nor would my boss sit back and allow it to happen. So if you want your nails to look good but dont care about terrible customer service then you should go here.

The girl working on my nails seemed rushed and rude (blonde hair sitting towards the very back station that day). My nails chipped within a few hours. Also, while checking out they used a sqare app via a phone (or ipad)...my credit card was stolen. Apparently this is easy to do with this device. Cant prove it was them at this point, but just use cash.

My mother, sister, and I have went to Hannah for years! Highly experienced, super friendly, and great finished product!

They told me on my first appt. They didnt have time for a man and peti. One or the other. I chose the manicure. The girl that did my manicure was taking another customer. I wondered if she had time for another manicure why couldnt she just gone ahead and given me a pedicure.
