My best friend and I decided to go to this salon yesterday and booked an appointment for 2 full sets. When we got there we were rushed into chairs only to wait AN HOUR before they even started. They were clearly overbooked and understaffed which I can understand but as they were starting my friends nails, customers who had just left came back and wanted their nails repainted because they were a mess and they told them to come back tomorrow. They rushed through my friends nails and then started jumping back and forth between my nails and hers and it shows. The equipment was not cleaned and neither was the station in between customers. I had someone else’s NAIL stuck to my arm from the table. They didn’t ask what we wanted only what color and then had me go and get the colors for them because they were busy. They didn’t ask what shape or length we wanted just started cutting and that was that. None of my nails were the same size or length and I had nail polish, glue, and acrylic all over my hands after they were “done”. Not to mention my pointer finger already started peeling and it hadn’t even been 4 hours after the appointment. We tried calling back the same day and were told the owner had already left and to call tomorrow. We both tried calling multiple times today and nobody answered. Our nails were BOTCHED and we ended up having to go somewhere else to get them completely taken off and have another set put on because they weren’t salvageable. Do not go here unless you’re okay paying for something a toddler could have done.

Called twice to confirm they had a technician who could do sculpted acrylics instead of using tips. Both times I was told yes, they do. Booked myself and 2 friends for mani/pedi’s. After starting my pedi the lady who I assume was the owner said they don’t do the sculpted acrylics. She literally said “you want sculpted, you go to school”, she sped through both of my friends pedi’s, it was clear it was quantity over quality. The lady who did my pedi was nice and took her time, but still not the quality I expect when being charged 43.00. It was the fastest pedi I’ve ever had, there were some cleanliness issues, and everyone was rude except the tech, Miranda. I would actually give her another shot if she were at another nail salon. I felt like the owner was rushing Miranda to hurry up and finish mine. We left without getting our nails done. It’s been 4 hours since I left and the gel polish I paid and extra $15 for is already off two of my toes. I won’t be back there for sure.

I have plenty of time to write this review since I’m still sitting in a chair waiting on my friend’s pedi to finish up. In fairness, she seems to be having a good experience. We entered together, but start to finish, mine lasted 20 minutes tops. I upgraded to the spa deluxe for $10 extra dollars which was supposed to include a massage and scrub (and isn’t that supposed to be the best part-what we really pay for). He did put the scrub on and lotion, but there was no massage or scrub. Like I mentioned, the entire process was 20 minutes. When he got the hot towel out, he didn’t even let it air at all and I had to take it off myself because he burnt me with it. This is the second time I’ve visited and the last time, I had the same person and the same experience, so no, I will not be back because I don’t feel comfortable asking for a different tech. If I could have the other girl who is currently massaging snd offering awesome service I might come back, but I won’t take a gamble again.

I got my nails done here a few months ago. Basically, got sparkly red gel nails. The nail lady got the gel nail polish on around my fingers, so when I put it in the light, it burnt. The nails werent even covered. Pretty sure the place reused the same file and foot scrubbers on my feet. But the nail color was pretty.

I aked for the top dark green with the two flowers. I did pick a lighter color but i only git one flower not two. The polish isnt even. Its all over my fingers. And i had to wait while they started on someone that came in after me. I will not be going back. I do not suggest you go here

30 bucks to paint my toes with gel!!! Carolyn and Miranda are amazing but I will not be back. New owners have raised the prices outrageously!! Been a customer for almost 2 years but, as I will tell everybody I know, the new owners are pitiful and greedy. Wouldnt even discuss it with me. There is one on every corner, and I hope Carolyn and Miranda move to another place! They deserve better

My eyebrows were two completely different shapes. One was short and the other long and one was straight while the other was curved. My face had welts all over it when she was done. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

LOST A CUSTOMER TODAY.. wouldnt go back into this hole called a business EVER.. Been a customer for 4yrs. Sad I have wasted my hard earned money in this rip off business..

Making review on nail salons.. I accidentally made one that wasnt for this salon.. So this one I had acrylics done and both of my thumb nails was totally different. One was skinny and my other one was thicker and bigger,& on my pinkey nail it is crooked.. 😳😳😳😳 over All nail tech was super nice.

Nail techs were nice but didnt care enough to really make my first time ever getting my nails done an enjoyable experience. The acrylic on my thumbs are different sizes and shapes. And 4 of my nails, (middle and ring finger on my right hand and middle and pinky on my left hand) are crooked.

This is my go to nail place. They have always took excellent care of me. There is usually a bit of a wait but to me the service is worth it.

This place was horrible and I will never go back EVER!!!!! Rushed through everything and tried to put some polish on blood on the nail. They are horrible except for one of them. Poor everything, they need to close down.

My husband and I had a horrible experience at another salon. The staff here were so helpful and friendly to correct the mistakes of the other salon in a fast and affordable manner. They will have our buisness and recommendation from now on.

Nail lengths & widths are uneven, polish & extra acrylic all around my fingers & polish was so gooey the polish is not smooth. there’s balls of extra acrylic under my nails. they were nice & gave discount for waiting so long but did a rushed job.

My nails turned out okay. A couple of my finger tips were actually glued to the nails. When I left I also had some paint on my fingers themselves. This place also isn’t very clean. The man painting my nails missed a couple of spots; however all of the people are very nice. Not great for nails but they are wonderful people.

Theres always places around the city to get ones nails and waxing done. However, this location, in between China Star and Dollar Tree right off West Stone Drive has the most respectable owners of all. Carol is always super sweet and kind. If you want your lip and brow waxed, she does it right and takes her time to make sure things are how a person wants for them to look. The young, blonde guy has done amazing work on both my toe and finger nails as well as the eyebrows and lip. The care of taking time to make one feel relaxed is definitely a good thing. I appreciate that a lot, in fact. Vickie does very well with nails and is nice, too. The other nice thing is that they do is take walk-ins and theres not a super long wait time. Saturday evenings are definitely the busiest time, though any time through the week is the very best time to go.

I wouldnt recommend this place. I brought my mother in law and daughter for Mothers Day and it was not the experience we payed for. The paint job looked like a 3 yr old did it. Please dont waste you money.

Me and my friend went here and we both got a full set. First of all we had to wait for 1 hour until we even got sat, the the woman who did our nails didnt even ask how long or what shape we wanted she just started cutting she was very rough and rude and she left all of the crust underneath our nails. I would not recommend going there and i will personally never go there again.

Looking for a new place to get a pedi and saw good reviews on this place mentioning Josh so I went there got my pedi and was satisfied and enjoyed talking to josh which makes it great when u are by yourself. So came back for nails and really like going nice clean. I have a ton of compliments on my nails how well done and natural. I’m not use to long nails anymore but getting use to it and makes me feel good.

Josh had a disastrous canvas to work with left by the butchers at another shop and he made a masterpiece.. Thank you for an amazing save! Will 100% recommend him and Ill definitely be returning!!

The gentleman was very nice. Thorough.But. Same utensils he used on me, he used on another lady right after me. No cleaning. No disinfectant used either. No liners in tubs. Will not go back.

I went there to get my nails brows and lashes done my nails turned out fine brows okay but my lashes are trash to be honest for $25 not that bad but they don’t know what they’re doing and the glue is in the hair oml:( other then that they was super nice and I recommend them other then the lashes.

Used to like going here until they messed my toe nails up. My nails on my big toes never hurt me until they cut them wrong and I have had nothing but trouble with them. I will never go back and will not recommend this place to anyone!! The tools they use on your feet are washed in the water that you have your feet in yuk not good hygiene. I have heard of a few people ending up with infections after having their toenails done here. BEWARE!!!!!

I took my gf here and we were the first in the store. The employees seem to be nice. The store is really hot and only got warmer as she got her nails done. Price seems to be reasonable. Me personally i hate going to places like this but anything to keep her happy. The location is fairly close for church hill folk. She said she liked the place. It appears they offer all nail work. She may just start comming here to get her nails done.

The staff is so nice and extremely professional. They remove ingrown toenails. They always speak to you with kindness and love. These people are keepers.

Its so dirty, I was stepping on finger nails that were not mine. I have never had such an awful experience when getting my nails done. My fingers hurt for days. They dont clean the tubs out after someone puts their feet in them they just took the next costumer and filled it up which was gross considering the person before them had a bleeding toe. I will never go back there and Ive made sure to tell everyone I know to not go there either. Disgusting.

This is the worst service i’ve ever had in my life. charged $80 for 2 acrylic sets that absolutely look terrible. my finger is bleeding, there’s nail polish all over my hands, and they didn’t listen to what i wanted done to my nails. you’re better off getting a pet monkey to do your nails. absolute garbage. if i could give 0 stars, i would.

The man did an ok job, but it was hard for me to enjoy knowing he was using the same utensils he had just used on another customer...did not sterilize. I didnt want to make a scene. Just decided not to go back...and prayed she didnt have a fungus or worse.

This is one of the worst places Ive been to ever!!! She was doing decent until a few customers waked in then she got in a huge rush. I wanted my tips painted and a star design on my thumbs. She painted the tips but nothing else. Theres glue all over my fingers and everything. Trust me theyre terrible!!!

Carolyn did my nails. I might as well had a 5 year old do them. Polish all over my cuticles and fingers. She even started yelling at a guy named Josh, who worked there, cause he was taking to long on a customer. Honey, if you worried about the customer you have and not his maybe you might do your job better.

I got my nails done May 1st and it was at a reasonable price and going back soon for a fill in.

Seem to have done a good job on gel nails,but to me,they are very expensive!

Do not go here because they dont do a good job, its like a child done the nails and they rush and dont clean up, its best to go somewhere else also they painted an accent nail that my sister didnt even want, she just wanted black and got it all over her skin. Also her nails are hurting her so bad, even days after she had them done

Terrible nail job. Cut my mother twice, once so deep she bled. File job on both of our nails was done horribly. I asked for stiletto nails and did not get what I wanted. I could go on and on, but my summary is that I will not be going back to this shop.

Daughter had pedicure and manicure done-we were going to a wedding so she wanted something special…..Lady that did pedicure was good, Caucasian lady.The older oriental lady did daughters manicure. It was VERY rushed and she did a poor job.Polish on skin, very rushed job, not friendly at all…..and she was worried about payment. She kept asking about payment and I kept telling her when the manicure is complete. Kids nails were drying and then I paid.$45 for basic manicure and pedicure and polish job was NOT good.Don’t waste your time or money!
