Highly recommend this place in the KOP mall!! I had never had my nails done before and I quickly found them and i’m glad I did. The ladies are very nice and do a really good job especially for their price ranges!! If you’re in the area I definitely would say go there and I personally had Mindy she did great! As well as Kim she’s great too

Kim did a good job with my gel manicure, she took her time to make sure it came out perfect, **fyi its located on the second floor above the food court (it took me a while to find it)

This was probably hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I naturally have very callused feet, as I’m on my feet all day for work. My feet afterwards were as smooth as a baby’s bottom. My nail tech exfoliated and buffed my feet also. You will be waiting a little longer than expected, so make sure to adjust for that. But Overall, great experience and highly recommend coming here to get a pedicure!(Note: the cut on my left toe was prior to coming to the salon)

This was my first time at Crystal Nails N Hair. Mindy my nail tech was out of this world!!!!! My nails came out fantastic!!! She took her time and made sure that my nails look nice and were healthy!! Mindy you have a new client. I will see you in a few weeks and I would HIGHLY recommend Mindy!!!

I called and set up an appointment on Monday for Thursday afternoon. I planned to go after work to treat myself because I have been working extremely hard and I deserved it. I then got a call Tuesday afternoon saying the time I scheduled was not available with Ms. Kim and that I could do Friday morning at 10am when they open, so I agreed. Today (Friday) rolls around and I show up 15 minutes early at 9:45 and am told that Kim is not there yet but will be soon and that she was going to try to call her. Long story short I keep getting told she’ll be there in 30 minutes or 10 minutes and so on. I ended up waiting an hour and a half for her to show up and at that point a cosmetology board inspector shows up and Ms. Kim tells me again to wait a moment as she deals with the inspector. I am a very patient person so I again agree and sit watching the inspector get increasingly more irritated because Kim can not find or doesn’t have her cosmetology license available. At this point I have been waiting so long and am so upset that my one and only treat myself day is getting ruined. Ms. Kim then starts following the inspector around the salon as he does his inspection and I had had enough. I wasn’t being acknowledged, I had an appointment and watched multiple walk-ins come in and be helped before me. I understand we all have our off days but I feel this was handled so unprofessionally and I did not even feel like they wanted my money or to service me at all. I was extremely polite and patient and gave many chances before walking out without my nails done. I will most likely not be returning here which is extremely unfortunate because I had read so many positive reviews.

Amazing! I have finally found a nail salon in King of Prussia I will continuously go to. Ask for Kim, she will provide you with amazing service. My experience has been a pleasurable one. I am happy with my pedicure.

My appointment ended up going late because they were busy, which I really appreciated. Felt a little rushed but I was obsessed with my fingers and toes, so I didn’t really care.Tomorrow will be a week, and my gel manicure is already popping up/coming off. To make matters worse, my pedicure only last four days. My big toe came off completely, and the majority of my toes are already chipped.I was really excited to come here because of the reviews but I ended up disappointed.
