They quoted 15 minutes and came on time. The driver was very nice and gave good suggestions for good restaurants here. The fare was veryfair and Im glad we have a cab service here 😀

If I could leave a minus 5 I would. I called Oak Ridge Cab 2 days in advance and asked if they could pick us up at 4:30 am on Tuesday morning to take us to airport. He says yes no problem.I called again day before to confirm the pick up. He says yes he will be there. Guess what? He didnt show up. I called at 4:32. He gave a lame excuse that he messed up and was at wrong address. Nope he was ASLEEP. Very Bad service. Unprofessional and will NEVER call him again. Because of his bad service we had to drive our car and leave at airport nearly missing our flight. Our trip is 17 days. Thats costing us 170.00 for parking. Oak Ridge Cab will not get our business ever. Thumbs down.

DO NOT USE THIS CAB COMOANY!!!!! Driver cussed my children bc they didnt get our bags out fast enough, then continued to cuss me and threatened to take off with all of our groceries and Christmas stuff in the back of her van. The was after trying to charge us 50% more than the driver from the same company that took us to the same location we took the cab home from earlier in the day. Ill walk in the rain in freezing temps before I ever use this company again. When I called the company about it, I was told theyd talk to her about it.

Horrible Horrible Service. Called and was told 30 minutes. Called back after 40 minutes and was told they “got backed up”. Person who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. Because they are the only taxi service in Kernersville they treat people very disrespectful. My advise... Use Uber. They won’t stay in business much longer with Uber and Lyft and their horrible customer service!

The older lady rhat drivea a white van just cut us off getting into a turning lane, then decides to turn down beside Walmart Market half way past the road...again cutting us off. THEN proceeds to do a u-turn into middle of the road making us slam on brakes. She has the audacity to tell US to get a life!!! If you dont know where you are going, you dont need to be driving!!!!

All their car sting like cigarettes which is annoying for a smoke free person.
