Diana is one the most helpful and friendliest person I have come across. I observed her helping a long line of customers as she was the only person on duty at the Kent-Kangley Road UPS Store on Thursday March 18th. One by one she helped everyone with a smile, gratitude and competence while keeping contact with all others waiting their turn making sure that they werent being ignored.She went out of her way to fix issues caused by corporate UPS Scheduling and her colleague who wasnt present for the notary appointment I had scheduled. Diana made a call to the nearest UPS Store and made sure the notary was on duty and sent us there to have that taken care of. I felt that she is the type of person that made my problem her own and made sure to the best of her abilities that the problem was solved. She deserves far more praise and appreciation than I can possibly deliver in writing this review.Thank you!

Dont bother printing here. They barely know how to use their own machines which theyve had for years. They will invite you to use the same computer running an outdated version of Windows XP with no antivirus that customers use to check their email, which is a very easy way to download viruses onto your thumb drive. Printing from the web? THEY FORGOT THE PASSWORD TO THEIR OWN UPS WEB PORTAL SO YOU CANT USE ONLINE PRINTING. They ask you to GO BACK HOME and email it to them instead. And no, they wont reset the password. Because I guess thats extra work?? The store is filthy and they ignore social distancing when there are extra delivery staff loitering around. I dont know how the parent company has let it get this bad.

When I went into the store 2 customers were being helped by 2 employees. a black woman came in shortly after me and the older male employee asked her to wait outside because there wasn’t room to social distance. he said he would go get her when it was her turn. when he finished with the previous customer he asked me to come to the counter. after a few minutes the woman comes back in and says “sir you told me you would come get me”. when I turn around I notice the other employee was helping a man who must’ve came in while she was waiting outside in her car which was parked right in front of the door. out of nowhere the male employee nearly runs over to her shouting “you’re not the queen of the world, the world doesn’t revolve around you, you have to wait your turn and be patient. she was in front of you. you wait. if you don’t like it you get out of my store” while flailing his arms and pointing to the door. she looked so confused as she should be because she was not yelling at him. I said “uhm she’s talking about the man not me. he came in after her. YOU said YOU would get her when it was her turn” and he replied “oh so you wanted me to skip you? you want to be skipped? no. you don’t I know you don’t. I have to do my job i can’t just leave”. I was shocked and responded “if that’s wasn’t something you were willing to do you shouldn’t have told her you would do it then yell at her for expecting you to. i’d rather get skipped over and over again than be treated the way you just treated her”. 100% unacceptable. I believe this man is actually the manager.

I’ve gone here twice. The male associate at the front was very pushy with shipping through UPS only.I’ve gone to many UPS locations because I own a small business and ship regularly with USPS First Class through UPS. Both times I’ve gone here, they refused to ship my packages through USPS First Class and they stated “We don’t ship through USPS at all here. No other UPS location does this either”. I had enough time for BS that second time around.Drove to the USPS location about 10 minutes away and won’t be coming back here ever again. Try your luck at the Covington location about 8 minutes away if you can.

I paid $109.24 for guaranteed one day shipping. I explicitly told the staff that the package was my dogs blood samples (they even wrote that on my receipt) and they had to arrive within 24 hours so they didn’t go bad. My package was shipped on Friday and guaranteed to be delivered by Saturday at noon. My package actually arrived on Monday. By then the red blood cells had gone bad and I had to resend my dogs blood samples (through a different company of course). I contacted UPS customer service and was told that the delay was caused by the Kent store missorting my package and that I would need to contact them for a refund. I called once left a voicemail, called a second time and was hung up on and have emailed them twice. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not go here, especially if your package is time sensitive.

UPS driver just delivered a package and didnt even knock. Watched him deliver a package to the neighbors and he knocked on their door. If the driver doesnt do his job right hes likely to get packages stolen.

This store is awesome. I come here frequently to drop off packages and have printing done. Shari and the other gal are very friendly and helpful. Shari helped me to print documents that I was able to send to the store email address. She took the extra step to suggest I print my documents on a certain type of paper for a cleaner look. Shari also offered me a Manila folder to keep my documents clean and neat. I am very impressed with the customer service at this location.

I love this place. I “inherited” my mother’s post office box number after she passed away. I ended up moving five times between apartments and finally settled and my mail is the one thing that always stayed stable. Diane and Sherrie do a wonderful job of calling me right away if my drivers license or some important piece of mail arrives. They do not hound you if your box is past due which I have had in the past due to financial issues and have just caught up when I could within a week or two.

This place is typically busy and the workers are usually nice. However today I was treated like a piece of dirt on the bottom of a shoe. I dont enjoy being yelled at. Will not be returning for more rude treatment!!!

Monday I mailed a letter to Chicago overnight. I was told that it would arrive noon to 2PM the next day. The charge was $42.50. My assumption is that it was through UPS and at no time was I informed otherwise. When I discovered that it had not arrived 2 days latter and I called the Kent store, they said I had to speak with the UPS 800 number. I called them and could not get past the phone tree with the tracking number. I called the Kent office and was then informed for the first time this was not sent through UPS but the post office. I tracked the package through the post office web site to fine that it was not sent out until 2 days latter. so much for overnight and $42.50. I called the Kent UPS office back and they said they could not, and would not help me, nor would they refund the fee. The manager Patty said that their agent gave me the choice or would not have informed me which absolutely did not occur. Poor service with an attitude. Avoid if at all possible.

Poor service, indifferent employees. if you have another option for your Amazon package drop-off I recommend using the Amazon hub option so you can use Bartells across the parking lot.

Worst store ever. first all employees are very rude. they cut you off while talking and wont let me even finish what i am trying to say. second i dropped off a pre-paid label package. all they have to do is accept the package and hand it over to UPS driver. that didnt happen for 3 days. my package just sat at their store for 3 days. when i called the store to talk to a manager all they said was they cant help me. its not their package and there is nothing they can do. once i tried to escalate the issue they pretty much told me there is nothing they can do to help and referred me to UPS headquarters 1-800 number and hung up on me.

If I could post 0 zero stars I would. Clerk there seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. She seemed confused as to how to weigh and select what type of package I was trying to send. My package envelope weighed 1.75lbs as the scale is right on the counter by the register. I dont send things out very often so Im unaware of the prices. The clerk charged me $12.75 for my package, I thought it was kind of steep, but didnt mind since it was going to Hawaii. HOWEVER when my mother who received the package sent me a picture to show me she got it. I zoomed in to see that the US postage sticker said total of $4.12. So where did the rest of my money go? To the clerk who overcharged me is who. She isnt competent at her job and I will not being coming back here again.

When I walked into the store the look on UPS lady clerk’s face clearly showed she didn’t wanted to work and I didn’t know they needed print out Labels for returns so I went home and print out the labels and when I went she scanned one and tried scanning the second one and said I need to go back home and print out new label. 🤯

This staff is the nicest I’ve ever met at a UPS store! The Middle aged tall woman is so patient and helpful, I needed to scan and email documents, she helped me log into their store computer and helped 2/3 other people at the same time not wasting anyone’s time. Also the Asian man who owns the store is very helpful getting notaries done for our family at a low cost. Just plain good people at this store, anyone who reviews them otherwise has either had a very rare bad occasion here or not honest. I have done business here so many times and each time I was treated so well even with having loud busy children with me!

I came in to ship a package to California. The box I brought was expensive to ship because of its size. John offered a smaller box. Cost 10$ less. I will always go this Kent Kangley location from now on.

Shari at this Kent lake meridian location has phenomenal customer service and has the kind of A type personality any employer needs - especially in that position and representing UPS. I called on the way into her location after already being in traffic and on the freeway for over an hour. The location she is in is in a heavily trafficked area so I called ahead to see if they were busy before stopping by with my three kids in the car. I explained that I had never done the Amazon barcode return process before and was on my way in to process a return for two items. Shari was immediately on the ball when she heard my situation. She was empathetic and extremely professional about explaining how quick and easy that Amazon return process would be if I have the item and barcode as well as going beyond and being intuitive enough - to think one step further, without even being asked (because I had never been to that location before either) and telling me that their location has a front door/reserved parking space that was empty and that if I was close/within a few minutes away she would be happy to help me- busy mom on the go and hold the spot for me, knowing that I was very close and coming in peak time in that area. I was beyond thankful for her help on the phone and then when I pulled up she was right there holding the spot and I was in an out in probably less than 1 minute. She is the type of on the ball/get it done personality that more employers need. Thank you Shari and lake meridian UPS store!!!

I was charged 1.00 for USPS package. Also, I have always had my addresses saved into the ups data base. The clerk told me they did not have access to address. I took my package and left. I will never return to this location.

Utilized this UPS store for going on 5 years now. (perhaps longer..)Great convenient location in the Meridian Lake Shopping Center.Shipping services, notary, printer and copier and my post office box!They also carry shipping supplies that you may need and will package whatever it is you are shipping out.I have had some wonderful personalized service from this location, including contacting me at home when important packages I have been waiting for arrive and help tracking packages that I shipped and were lost.They are moving right next to JPs Taproom and Mod Pizza across the parking lot from where they were.

Hours say closed at 6:30, sign on door says open when we arrived at 6:05, but door is locked. Buainess hours not posted at business. Update your hours if youve changed them.

Old Lady there was very rude and seemed to hate her job. Made me very uncomfortable and mad the way she treated the people before me. Her attitude was horrible and if she doesn’t like her job or treat customers nicely then she should just geeeeetttt out. Try to avoid this place as well as the old lady who doesn’t have feelings.

Horrible experience. Were told initially it would be $90 to mail a 2 pound package from Kent to Anacortes. Then told no, it would be $69. When we went back in to ask for clarification, were told it could be as little as $5.99 at post office. Felt we were being deceived.
