Delivery truck blocked only the street to my home and then refuse to move for nearly half an hour despite it taking them about 30 seconds of effort. They should try to stop embodying their companys name and actually do a good job.
Dont order furniture from this place, terrible customer service and everyone is rude

Great staff at the Lazy Boy warehouse! I brought a recliner back after a week we bought it because my mother-in-law did not want the swivel base. They quickly changed bases, but then I asked for a refund (standard base costs less). They had never done a refund, usually sales does that. Well, they figured it out and I was on my way home!
Had a good sale going. Bought a love seat. Good quality. Fair price. Delivery was quick and professional. Service was acceptable. Delivery prices seem a little high. All in all good experience.
This review is specifically for the delivery service. I would recommend to pick up if you can. I was contacted by a rep to let me know my sofa had arrived and to arrange the delivery. I was told they could deliver Saturday morning but when they called me on Friday to confirm my delivery, they slotted me for 12PM to 3PM. This wouldnt fit in my schedule so I cancelled and spoke to a rep to reschedule the delivery. I was told that I couldnt reserve a time slot, just a day and I will be contacted the day before for the time that they will be delivering. How am I supposed to make arrangements to be at home for the time of delivery if I dont know when the delivery is going to happen until the day before? You literally have to throw away an entire day to schedule delivery service. In my opinion, this is unacceptable service.
Ive had bad experiences with LaZboy retail shops in the past but I must say that my experience with this LaZboy and Cyndy specifically was great. We recently moved from Minneapolis to Seattle and our movers tore our couch. Cyndy was helpful and responsive when we called her to receive recommendations for repair. Although we ended up having to using the company that the movers contracted with for repair work, Cyndy made sure to follow up with us to ensure that our couch was fixed. Not many companies will follow up that closely to ensure customer satisfaction and I appreciate how she went out of her way to make sure that we received the service we needed.
We went to the warehouse to get our chair. They left half in our RV and took the rest to be repaired. We were leaving town and didnt want to wait for delivery. That being said I will never buy another thing from La-z-boy. Expensive power lift and recline with heat and massage. Less than 4 months old and they both broke. They have a great warranty but wants chairs in the shop half the time???!!!??
