They were very quick to get us in and the lady that did my fill and shellac did a really awesome job! I have never had the person that did my nails show me my nails while in the process to make sure I was okay with the shape and her work, and even told me to tell her if anything was wrong. I very much respected that! She made me feel very comfortable just by the action and the comment. I have always been iffy on going to shops outside of Fort Wayne from bad experience and after looking at the reviews for this place even the few bad ones, I still wanted to give them a chance. I will definitely be back for my next fill.

My cousins wedding was yesterday, and I needed to get my nails done and so I looked up nail places near me. And then Li Nail Salon pops up. So I go there and the wait for me was an hour, however it was totally worth it. They are very polite and give off welcoming vibes. The salon is clean, they also make sure your comfortable and try their best to make you happy with whatever style you pick. And they have a variety of colors, shapes, and sizes. Not only that they’re truthful and let you know if your nails are still good. Most salons would lie just so they could get extra money. But my experience with Li Nail Salon was amazing. I highly recommend this salon. 😌

I was definitely impressed in the past, but my last visit was very disappointing.I brought a friend who actually made appointments.Needless to say things did not go well and I really think you guys should work on honoring appointments.

They do a very great good but the service is out of hand. The owners barley have any help so they are always stressed out and rushed. Even have there daughter helping cause she just can’t keep any workers. She’s just to rude, find help but treat them with respect cause I know that’s why she doesn’t have much helpers anymore.

Didnt cut the under nail short enough, looks tacky from under the outer nail, was told the full set with nail polish was 25.00 when finished with the bad nails I ended up paying 50.00 had nail polish under the nail very sloppy the nails where thick in areas, I have been there before and had descent work done but this time it was sloppy and I was definitely over charged, these nails wont come off I sokef the in pure acetone and nail polish didnt even smudge never going back feel totally ripped off

We made an appointment and didn’t get in till 2.5 hours later and they took walk ins before us... pathetic

Omg!! The lady at Li Nails did such an AMAZING job on my nails with shellac and freehand flowers. So pretty and spring filled dreamy :) HIGHLY recommend!! Will be going back for sure!

They were very busy and we didnt have an appointment so we had about a half hour wait. We were taken in order that we arrived. The owner did my nails and my daughters nails. She was very talented with her design on my daughters nails. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Twin worked on my nails. I did not have an appointment I did though stop in 1/2hr after they opened. 15 min wait. She was very kind, fun, and still professional. She was accurate in everything she did to them leaving no step unturned. I needed a few replaced, waiting too long and the last place I went was a little neglectful in straightness and length. She took her time and did a wonderful job. I will be back. Thankyou.

I have very thin nails. If I can keep shellac on them for a few weeks they grow out. In the past, the ladies gave been wonderful. I usually tip 20-25%. Today, after waiting, the man asked if I wanted fill. I declined. He looked at my nails and laughed, and then when he picked up dremel and my hand, he laughed again. I walked out. Sorry buddy. You should not be working there. They are better than you.

Great place if u have an appt. Mary is the bomb out of them all. You wont find a better nail tech anywhere else. Prices are reasonable. If your a walk in expect a long wait time. They are very very busy.

I have always been satisfied with the work there. But last time I got tips, it cost me 45 dollars and I wasnt happy with the quality of my nails when finished. Thinking of going somewhere else and seeing how that goes.

Terrible service. Daughter asked for a nail service and they put the incorrect nails on. When she questioned why it was different than the pictures showed them, they said they couof not do what she wanted and charged her full price for wrong service and did not offer refund or anything to,correct the situation. Poor business practices!!

I make my appointments a week in advance and they always take care of me. If you dont want to wait, make your appointment a week or so in advance, its definitely worth it!

Went and got my toes done here and the guy did not give me a good pedicure. Along with that, he lifted his shirt up in front of me and it was very weird. Not going here anymore.

After 3 hours we got helped! ( 3 full sets ) there wasn’t many people.Mary was so rude to me, I asked her if she could please cut them smaller and she responded “you should of asked me this earlier, you see how they look now?? You see??” She raised her voice, Mary was done filing my nails and I was on my phone she than YELLED AT ME “get up and go wash your hands and take your phone” I washed them and came back and said “how rude” she than started yelling again and said “how am I being rude??? How???” She than talked in her language to one of the other lady’s (witch is not a problem) the lady to whom she was talking to said “she was just asking me about this new place” I said “I wasn’t saying she was rude about speaking to you in her language, it was just rude the way she talked to me”. I forgot to say that when I asked her to cut them lower when she next was filing them she did it harder than before and I told her “a little slower please” she than laughed.One of my friends nails was bad because the lady touched them so she messed one up and she knew and didn’t fix it.If you come here ask for van!! He’s so sweet and does amazing, unfortunately he wasn’t here today.

Then I was waiting, and waiting and waiting. For an hour!!!!The ladys kept telling me well this person had an appointment at 10:30. Horrible service waited 2 hours for a pedicure and they werent even busy! Then about 2 days later my toe was still hurting from an ingrown nail the guy there removed turns out he didnt remove it after he clipped it! My toe started to get infected from the nail sitting there. Very rude to us the whole time! Will never go back! Defiantly dont recommend coming here!
