I usually dont leave reviews but i am thoroughly disappointed with the outcome of the services i recieved. We got 2 pedicures and one manicure with acrylic. My nails turned out short and thick. She didnt ask about the length until after she cut the fake nail. The design turned out meh and the nails are already grown out in less than a week. The paint and acylis was not taken all the way out to the ends and my acual nails and cuticles were not cut or taken care of before acrylics went on. I have had 3 ingrowns since ive went because she cut the nails to short and the paint job also sucks. Price was fine but not worth at all what i got done.

Went in for a gel manicure. Service was fast but it was by far the worst manicure Ive ever received. It is unfortunate because they were so friendly and quick but my nails look terrible. The polish touches the skin, is super thick and uneven and is even sharp and pointy in one area. It was the cheapest manicure Ive ever gotten so I guess you get what you pay for?

Called ahead of time to set up an appointment when I got there I had to wait an hour well pass my appointment time to be seen. Then had to wait additional time for anything to happen because the lady that was scheduled to do them was in the back. Once I was seen she rushed my nails instead of taking the time to do them and i ended up with uneven nails my polish had air bubbles and were not even the same length.Cut to a week later and my nails start to fall off. Now prior to this I had acrylics before that lasted a month and a half. Was not impressed with there work at all or their customer service

I really liked the place before.But today I got one of the worst jobs done ever. Beginners in Nailshool do better. I have no Nails I got thick clumped on Bird claws. Instead of almond shaped long nails They are uneven and they feel and look awful . I am unable to work or type with this katastrophe. I could have taken my money on thrown it in the trash.Would have been just as good ! I have to go find me a salon that will redo this mess. This is the second time I have received a terrible job from this place.

I really wanted to like it, unfortunately everything about it was terrible. I came in for a fill with coffin tips. The good news is atleast two turned out with coffin tips, the other eight were a mix of round, squoval, and slanted on one side round on the other. Next I asked for regular polish (I hate gel polish). Instead of using regular polish, she used gel just neglected to put them under the light - if you guessed this means they never actually dried, you are CORRECT! Im at the grocery store an hour later af the polish is gooey and sliding off my nails.If you want lumpy gooey nails with laughable shaping, go for it. If not, RUN away fast. They do get one star because it was cheap and the lady was nice even though she is terrible at nails.

Called for appointment and she took us right away, my niece went along. Was very satisfied she took time and gave me great massage on my legs and feet. Was very stimulating and felt real good. Did a great job painting and design on my nail also ! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Great job!

This is so wonderful they do a awesome job every time n make u enjoy ur time there... They also communicate with u unlike other places... Very sweet girls

They cut my fingers up. My nails did not turn out anything like I wanted. The nail polish chipped not even after one full day. Also it bubbles up. I asked for gel nail polish and I got basic. They over charged me. My toes they didn’t fully paint them. I am very disappointed.

Took my daughter here for a mother daughter pedicure. They did a great job with my nails as well as hers. The woman who did my daughters nails was very friendly and she talked with her, which I found refreshing! The one thing that bothered me was that it wasnt obvious that the tools were clean, I appreciate the places that have obviously sterilized tools. I would definitely go back with a group of friends, definitely a fun atmosphere and friendly staff

This is the best nail place around! I have tried them all! This is the most sterile nail place I have been to for a pedicure, they use the bowl covers and are sure to use sterile utensils each and every time. I was working over a hour away and living 40 minutes away for awhile and still made time to go here during that time. They are even great with the little ones😄 Kim Ann makes sure I’m happy every time before I leave!

I went here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and was not very impressed. The place itself is nice and we had a group of 4 with reservations and were able to sit in the back for pedicures where it was more secluded. However, they used the cuticle cutters and my toes were sore for days after. The pedicure looked good at first but the polish was chipping after just a few days, which isnt typical for me. Also, it wasnt busy while we were there and they had 2 people working but it still took more than 2 hours for pedicures for the 4 of us.

Lets face it, every nail place is usually the same. Massage chairs and polish bottles line walls, theres usually a rushed vibe and banter that you cant quite make out. Queen Nails is anything but. Time and time again, this place has amazed me by going above and beyond what you would expect from a nail salon, especially in Fort Wayne. Luxurious, immaculate and did I mention they have a bar? Rosie is by far the most artistic woman to have ever touched my fingernails and shes dedicated to making sure her clients are happy, always.

These guys are the best in Kendallville! Clean, respectful, and do an amazing job!!

I am pretty picky when it comes to finding and going to new places, I was in town and took my niece to get her nails done along with mine. They did a great job with hers as she’s 8 and only gets polish, as for my acrylics i won’t be coming here again, they are too thick, the wrong shape, and she didn’t cover my nails all the way with the gel. I will say they are very friendly though and my time there wasn’t awkward.

These guys are the most sweetest! My 3 year old daughter joined me (they have a small chair just for kids) and the owner was the best to her. It was the best experience Ive had! Give them a try!

Awful place! I brought my bridal party to get our nails done and have a good time and it was far from it. The guy dug for a hangnail in my toe and it is now completely infected the day of my wedding. Our nails are horrible. They look nothing like the design we asked for. They are super rude and clearly talk about you. DO NOT GO HERE.-Jordan 😤

My niece and I have gone here a couple of times now, and everyone is always friendly and Im always happy with the outcome, aside from a few minor things that I think I only notice because I end up obsessing over my nails. If I see and issue while Im at the salon, I point it out to them and they are more then happy to fix it.

Horrible. Came with family and it took over 2 hours for 5 of us. My sisters toes weren’t even done completely and the nail polish was on her skin. Very rude. Talked about us clearly in front of us. VERY unsanitary. Reused flip flops and the graters for your feet. My brothers feet were pruning from being in the water so long. Will never come again.

DO NOT GO TO DANIELS! RUN THE OTHER WAY! I went to Daniels Nails to get a full set powder dip. I might as have just thrown away the money I spent. My nails all look deformed. I asked for oval-tips - some are oval, some are square-ish, some have funny little points in places because they werent rounded properly. The dark red color that I choose is uneven and splotchy. Around my cuticles, the job is sloppy. Some nails are missing color along the side and none of the end of the tips were painted (like most other salons do). There is ALOT of clear polish that extends from my nail to the skin around my nail making my fingers feel like they are glued to my nail (I will be filing my nails away from my fingers after I am done writing this since THEY FAILED TO DO SO). Additionally, each nail is blobby and huge so that when they grow out they wont be smooth at the cuticle but will have this giant lump that my hair will get caught under if I run my fingers throw my hair. Lastly, I asked them if they could do a silver glitter pattern on my ring and thumb fingers and they said they could.After they did the pattern and were wiping the nails at the end with the oil that makes all the nails shine, the polish on those nails smudged and came off. The woman doing my nails had to redo those four nails causing me to have to wait another 25 minutes. The woman and another employee then told me that they cant do patterns on nails when it is the powder dip polish. I want to know why they didnt tell me that in the first place. When I paid (which I seriously thought about arguing about, but sucked it up and did so since I had already spent and hour and half wasting my time and money), I told the lady who did my nails that I wasnt happy with them and thats why I wasnt leaving a tip. She didnt even bother to ask why I wasnt happy. Obviously, Daniels Nails and their employees dont care about their work, their customer base, or the impression they are making to the people who come to their salon. Hopefully, by writing this I can save someone else from wasting their time and money and choose another salon.

Kim is VERY SKILLED with ingrown toenails without suffering excruciating pain. Happy to have found her. Switched from another salon in Auburn.

If I could give a 0 stars I most certainly would! I wish I could post a picture of my nails. HORRIBLE! $30 for a fill is ridiculous but $30 for an awful job is even worse. I will NEVER go back & NEVER recommend this place!!

Got my nails done here a couple of times but the lady kept standing up to greet other people while doing my acrylics and they turned out so bad. Not going here because they dont care to give you enough attention.
