Worst salon visit EVER!! I booked appointments for my mom and I for a mothers day gift. Less than 60 seconds after my mom sat down the stylist Mary was YELLING (making sure everyone in the salon heard), that she has been a hairdresser for however long and that maybe she should let her do her job. That was the response for my mom telling her what kind of perm she wanted and color of rods. My mom stuck it out and stayed.... I would have left after that.They went to the wash station and upon return, with rods different than requested, she ripped through my momt hair with a comb, jerking her head back. The tirade started up again when my mom asked her to be gentle with her hair. That is when I got up from my chair and told my mom that we are leaving. This was on Saturday. It is now Wednesday, and no phone call from anyone apologizing for the behavior.Simply based on customer service, this is the worst professionalism I have ever experienced anywhere. I cant understand how this is okay behavior for someone in the service industry, let alone a grown adult.

Horrid customer service. Nearly thirty days ago I reach out to a hairdresser and she takes days to respond. I dont have time for flakes. Her excuse was she was very busy and proceeded to list off several social media apps as if they were some sort of reason she couldnt respond. If snapchat and fb and whatever else is more important than $ then have at it kiddo!

Asked for a neck line hair cut. Got a bowl cut,hate it. Terriable prices for something you didnt want!
