Best haircut ever! Master Hair Stylist Claudia took care all of my needs, used a #2 on the side and back, left a little longer in the front, used hair thinning scissors to blend between sections, trimmed eyebrows and straight cut in the back. Took her time, she was not rushed. I will be at Dmumu every 4 weeks. Master Hair Stylist Claudia is...TOTALLY AWESOME!

Went in for a hair cut for me and my son. It was $70 they did nothing extra and didn’t cut my hair the way I liked I asked for finger length and they used the clippers instead trying to get done as fast as possible. They didn’t put that paper around my neck to keep hair out. They did no such effort. Great clips do better and cheaper. I won’t ever go back.

I booked a same-day pedicure appointment with Celeste, the manager. She was personable, customer service oriented, and did an exceptional job on my pedicure. She took the time to explain to me why she uses the instruments that she uses and the cleaning procedure for her tools. I was given a few minutes to soak my feet before my procedure started and at the beginning of my pedicure I was offered a glass of wine. Yes please!From the minute I parked my vehicle and stepped in the door I was made to feel welcomed and appreciated. Not only did I receive exceptional customer service, I also received a top-of-the-line pedicure. This is my new favorite salon and my go-to place. I will definitely be back for more salon services. They offer threading, waxing, hair cuts, nail services, and more. I hope this business stays around for a long time.

I took my mom in for a pedicure today. It was our first time here and it was a fun and relaxing way to spend time together. Rosa made us feel welcome and did a fantastic job .we both have a hard time in the noisy, busy salons so we were looking for a place that we could visit while getting pampered. The nail room is separated from the hair salon so its private and the princess chairs made it extra special. This is a great family place especially to bring your daughter for a treat, but there is a male barber, its not a fussy, fancy, place. Everyone should be comfortable there !

My boys received haircuts here and he did a great job. The price was good as well. We will be going back.

I have been going to Dmumu since it opened. I always leave feeling good about how I look and happy with the service. Celeste, the owner of the salon takes her time with my hair and most importantly, she listens to what I want to have done. In addition, the place inside feels warm and welcoming and looks nice.

Worst nail salon experience of my life!When my friend and I first sat down in their cute royal looking white glamorous pedi chairs, the gal who started working on my friends feet did not even know what to do and had to be instructed by the woman who was doing my feet. Luckily, once the owner showed up, she took over and did my friends feet and hands. Even the woman who was doing my feet was not experienced enough. After she was done with my pedicure, I realized she messed up on one toe nail and left it. I pointed it out while still sitting there. Then rather than redo it correctly, she tried to only fix the one part that she screwed up on, rather than redo the entire toe nail, only to make it look even worse, which she was going to leave it that way. I spoke up again, and this time the owner said shed correct it after she was done with my friend.When the gal (same one who did my toes) did my fingernails, one nail ended up incredibly screwed up (more than the others). I had the owner look at it, which when she did, she broke 1/2 the tip off! So then they had to take all the acrylic off and the remaining nail tip off and do that nail all over again. I did not sit in your basic chair/table set up to get my nails done either. I sat in the same chairs that I got my pedicure done in, and had to turn the top of my body to the side of the chair so that my hands could be worked on, over the arms of the chair. Uncomfortable! The lady that did my nails had all her nail supplies sitting on a chair next to her. That was her table. No electronic nail files were used on my finger nails. The lady that did my nails took a regular flat nail file to file my nails and tried to even them out. All of my nails turned out way shorter than they were supposed to be, and very lumpy and uneven. They werent straight and smooth like they should be! Then when the owner re-did my one toe that was messed up, she ended up using three coats of color so that you could not see through the color to my toe. The other lady who worked on my other toes, only use two coats. So my one big toe was darker than all other toes on both feet. I could not have them go back and do it all over again because they used shellac polish. I would have had to sit there for much longer and have them put the foil and acetone on my toes and soak them to get the shellac off just so that they can redo it. I was livid come the end of my appointment!! I was near tears because I was so angry. I rarely get my hands done because I work a job that does not allow nail polish and fake nails etc. This was for a special occasion. Not to mention that they wanted to charge over $40 for hands and over $40 for feet. I could not believe the sloppiness and the inexperience. The acrylic powder was not even spread out across my entire nail on most nails. I have gaps on the sides of my nails where you can see my real nail and see where the acrylic powder starts. And now since a few days have passed, they are starting to lift to the point they may pop off soon. My white tip on my left thumb is coming off. Only half of it is attached. I had to throw some glitter polish on top of my nails when I got home just to try and cover up the uneven lumpy look and the obvious sides. I had to put glitter on my toenails to hide the fact that you can see through the polish.I did not pay them a dime that day. The owner made that decision to not charge me. But they did charge my friend full price, and now the sides of her nails are lifting and about to pop off as well. She is angry that she spent that much money on such sloppy work. I called the salon back on her behalf in effort to try and see if they can refund her the money for her hands, but all they wanted to offer was the opportunity for her to come back and they redo her nails or give her a credit for future service. Why would anybody want to go back there and risk another bad experience after they just witnessed two individuals have a very bad experience, one of which was their own!? We definitely will never be returning!!!
