Came for a shilac manicure and pedicure. I was in the chair within 5 mins of arriving (I had an appt). The lady that took care of me just came up and got to work. Didnt say anything besides what color did you choose, and did you bring a nail kit. Which was cool because I brought my ear buds. Pedicure was awesome. Very detailed hookin up my toes. The manicure was more like just the nail painting. No soaking, cuticle cleaning, massage, nada. So hook your cuticles up yourself at home and come here to have them paint your nails and youll be golden. They were busy but they work quick, got me in and out. Pricing is comparable to other places in the area. I may not come here for a manicure again but Ill certainly be back for a pedicure! Told my sisters about them too so they can check em out :)

Jennifer is who did my nails, she is a nice person talk to and conversate with but for my nails I did not get what I had asked for. I feel I was way too overcharged especially sense I am already missing a nail and have nails that are lifting and it hasnt been that long sense I had gotten them done. Again nice place with nice staff but I believe they overcharged me.

This place was good the first time I went, but it just went downhill. They started charging more for simpler designs. And i was waiting for Jennifer to paint my nails and she pushed me off to Nate because a wealthier women came in. Also the more times i went back the worse the shape and painting got. The black paint was very shear. They didnt file my natural nails done, and didnt take the acrylic with leaves in it that I had done the time before. When looking at the pictures remember the shape is simply supposed to be coffin. Which is 5 dollars more, a fill is 25... that should be 30 right? Some how they still charged me 70 dollars... Very disappointed i thought this salon was the one but I guess Ill be looking for a place that doesnt charge 72 dollars for an acrylic fill with black medium length nails. Very frustrated with them.

I moved from Miami to Keizer and visited a few salons and Nail Image was my choice because of its great appearance. Today I went for a pedicure and Solar layover/acrylic nails. The ladies and their services were great. My Hand nails look beautiful and very natural. My feet feel and look great. I’m very lucky to have found this place. Highly recommend Jennifer and Van! The place is very clean and organized and healthy. Don’t hesitate to try this salon. I’m very picky and I’m very happy with the salon. Thank you

Jennifer does a great job! I had tried numerous nail salons, and there seems to be one on every corner, before discovering Nail Image. My nails are always perfect and last for three weeks before I need another manicure. Their pedicures are also wonderfully relaxing . I highly recommend!

Since moving to Salem were have been trying to find a nail salon and have been very dissatisfied until were went to Keizer. Nail Image is now or place to go. Nice, clean and friendly.

I would give 0 stars if at all possible.. went in for SNS they mixed products my nails cracked and chipped same day. In fact while I was waiting for my nails to dry (I’ve always been given 5 minutes and this time my nails were sticky and gummy the gentleman applied more product per the lady both not understanding why the nails had not hardened and dried) the man had to redo a nail do to touching them in the wet and sticky condition after 5 min.. when I called them and explained, the lady knew exactly why the nails cracked and product separated, she apologized as a professional should, let me know they will fix it and now they know not to mix these dipping powder products anymore. She stated I was just the unlucky one they tried it on or messed up on. I went out of my way that day to come in and have my nails repaired. They did not redo my nails simply shaved down the top coat and reapplied the correct products on the top to try and mask the cracked under coat.. Now a week later one of my hands has 4 nails that are decent and all 6 other nails are cracked chipped and absolutely hideous.. I called today not to complain but to simply request to get me in my nails look really bad and I didn’t mind paying just want it done right this time. The lady knew exactly who I was, asked what time works for me today then she paused and asked me “if your nails still look so bad why do you want to come back here?” I was shocked My response was “ummm cause I want my nails done right and I’m trying to give you another chance and my own cost” she replied sorry no appointments today, said ok, bye and ended the call.. I wish I could upload pics to show the terrible job that was done twice due to product mixture, failure to repair correctly and laziness the 2nd time to remove the full product and start over correctly and it happening all over again.. I’m upset that this business didn’t even want to make things right at my own cost, very dissatisfied, disappointing and embarrassing having to walk around with my nails in this condition.. NEVER GOING THERE OR REFERRING OTHERS THERE AGAIN

Several nail shops refuse to serve me!!This place was empty and she said she had too many ahead of me!!This the third shop!!My only assumption is my skin complexion!! Im the only blk everywhere i go in Keiser/Salem outside of my two friends who are getting denied as well!!!But imma keep searching!!!
