Deluxe pedicure was so relaxing and it completely rejuvenated my dry feet! My gal, Tina, did a great job on my feet and nails- I will definitely be a returning customer 🙂

Said they could take my friend and I at 6:30 and then proceeded to rush our pedicures and ask us instead of deluxe pedicures if we could get regular ones, like dont take business if youre gonna rush it along the way

They were busy. I understand that. However, I had an appointment. My daughter and I were rushed through. Paid for a more expensive package:I didnt even get the massage, the lady asked my daughter to remove her own nail polish during our pedis, she hurt my daughters ankle shes 8 and wouldnt let her sit next to me. This experience wasnt relaxing nor was it mommy/daughter time being that we werent even next to each other. We will not be back.

I asked for a thin french tip and it ended up way thicker than I asked for. I also brought my sister with me for her birthday and they couldn’t do some simple squiggly lines. They said they didn’t have the tools but I think those should be a staple in a nail salon. I feel like they only do good if it’s a simple, solid nail color.

Terrible experience. Got acrylic white nails and they are horribly painted and nails have a bumpy texture to it. Went in to get them fixed again and they did the same nasty job. Lady was going off on me saying they could not be perfect. Also was very angry while doing them which she was hurting me. Never going again.

Made my friend wait outside as soon as her nails were painted and had her dry them outside!! All because they overbooked and had her out there while her daughter was inside also rushed the pedicures. It’s was very upsetting and uncalled for. Made the appointment several days before and it was completely uncalled for.

This was my first time getting a pedicure. It was fantastic! Diana is super friendly and an awesome person! Ill be back next month for sure!

I have been coming here for years i love this place! But i came one time idk if they were just busy but my appointment was at 245 the didnt start until 330 amd then they moved me half way thru my nails to do my pedicure only so he could start someone else’s nails so i had to wait until he finishd her nails to finish mine. Didnt like that one bit. I think i was there for over 2.5 hours for a pedicure and full set they should not over book.

Dont call in for a reservation they tell you its booked but when you arrive they cant find it. Always go in to book. They do a great job and the prices are reasonable. The owner and gna are both great.

Amazing service!! Very pleased with my spa pedicure they took their time in a professional manner and provided with great service. My 4 year old also got a pedicure and she also received great service for her little feet. Would definitely recommend for spa pedicure and kid pedicures!

Me and my best friend went and got shellac mani pedis. During our pedicure one of the nail techs cut the skin on my friends big toe. Then during our manicures the other nail tech cut all of the skin off below my cuticle. It is now swollen and infected. It is very painful. I loved this place but after this experience I will not be returning. My shellac also looks awful and super rushed.

Called in and got an appointment same day witch is great but the nails came out crooked and they laughed at my daughters when they tried to pay the 45 dollars they told us on the phone, the guy said its always been 55. They are lying to people my daughter heard them tell another person on the phone while she was sitting there 45 dollars.

Awful costumer service nails werent painted fully asked her if she could fix two nails and she gave me an attitude, never going again!

First time going here & they where late after I had made an appointment. I just needed a simple fill & shellac & my nails turned out wide & look nothing like the picture I showed. It seemed like my nail tech was mad or something because she was rough & kept pulling my hand & fingers. She couldn’t do a simple daisy & gave me dots that are suppose to look like a flower. Paid & will never be back. Oh & they are already chipping not more then 5 hours later

Nail tech rushed my nails look horrible. Wanted a pearl white but just gave me glossy white nails. Kept complaining how adding charms were so hard to put on. Let my nails too long and lumpy. Best part she cut my finger and it started bleeding. Wont ever go back.

I drove over an hour to get a pedicure since my normal salon where I live suddenly closed last minute and I had a wedding to attend last minute. I drove all the way there while calling ahead to MAKE SURE I was able to get in at 1:30 . I finally showed up and she said “sorry come back at 2:30” I was so livid and upset . I won’t ever return.

I hate to let one person ruin the entire salon for me. But one person has ruined this salon for me. Poor quality is an understatement. Nearly gouged my nail trying to fix his mistake. I was a regular but will not be going back.

It seems like they have a habit of booking more appointments than they can handle at a time. I booked an appointment over the phone a couple of weeks ago for 1:00 for a shellac manicure. When I showed up at 12:55 everyone acted incredibly surprised, confused and inconvenienced. I was directed to sit at a booth and the woman who seemed to be in charge directed a tech who was in the middle of doing another customers hair to do my nails. The woman began soaking my nails, and apologetically told me that she needed to finish up shampooing another customer, which I understood, because it wasnt her fault. I ended up sitting for almost 30 minutes with my nails in a bowl of cold water before she was able to come and do my nails. The manicure itself was lumpy and uneven, the cuticles werent pushed back properly, and the base of my nail where the cuticles meet the skin were not straight or neat, and instead looked as though a child had colored over the lines in a coloring book. Overall rude and rushed service, had to go to a different salon and get the shellac redone.

I came in to get pedicures with my mom to enjoy our time and catch up, but it seemed like the conversation of the two ladies doing our pedicure was most important. I barely had a conversation with my mom because the ladies were talking so much. Especially right after I would request something, I asked to get acrylic on my toe nail and she seemed like she was deciding for me to not get it. No thank you! Im the one paying so I should be the one to decide what I want on my toes! They try to get you to get the deluxe pedicure after I told them twice no. Sorry I wont be coming here again.

I hate my acrylics! They are super uneven and super thick, them combined with the shellac make my nails look like that stupid challenge where people put 50 layers of polish on their fingers. My sister’s manicure looks good but anyone can do regular polish. Will not be returning.

The first issue was they didn’t want to give my mother and I the color we wanted. Claimed they couldn’t do the cat eye colors on our toes although I had gotten the exact same color on my toes at another salon. The service felt rushed and our appointment was literally overlapped with someone else to the point where my girl was going back and forth between me and another client.. it took a long time to where she had to reheat my water because it got cold waiting for her to paint the other clients nails. People were coming in for appointments half an hour before they were able to get in and get seated. The display box with polish we were allowed to choose from was so dirty that it was hard to see any of the colors underneath. I only gave three stars because Tren did an awesome job on the pedicure itself. The polish looks good and my feet feel nice and soft. My nails are shaped well and she is a very good technician. However, the poor customer service regarding time management, lack of cleanliness on the nails display- something everyone touches all day being so caked in germs, and lastly being denied the color we wanted because they wanted to rush our service was all really frustrating at $48 per pedicure. We won’t be back.

Cleanly, open and well ventilated. Ladies were all very nice, but did seem like they were rushing through a bit.. They didnt let my shellac soak long enough before painfully trying to scrape it off. My pedicure felt great though.. with me and my 9 year old step daughter both getting shellac on our nails and pedicures with regular polish and a flower on our toes it cost 96$

Went in for a pedi that took 90 minutes and cost me $44 and didn’t even get nail polish cause my nail guy walked away to take pictures of a FISH! I was late back to work. I wish I could post the video I took. That’s NOT OKAY

Wife made an appointment for 6:15 pm. Waited for 20 minutes, and then told it was going to be another 35 minutes. Not impressed. Shes been going to them for a long time. Not impressed. Attempting to get her to go to another Keizer shop instead. She rescheduled for 6:15 tomorrow night. We will see.

I went in paid 84$ for a fill and pedicure . My shellac on my nails is clumpy and peeling off it’s only been two days ! I was nice enough to even leave a 20$ tip even if I wasn’t happy with my nails. They look awful !!!!!

I really do love this place. They are very busy, yet are always able to accommodate me, especially if I call the day before to make an appointment. I have had my current shellac manicure for 2 weeks, and it has not chipped or peeled at all. I get tons of compliments! If you want a pedicure, ask for Hannah. She really cares about her clients. The spa pedicure is amazing and her massages will make your eyes roll! Thank you, Designer Nails!

Ive been coming to this salon for years now.Some visits are better then others.They are either super busy and rush thru your apt or super cool and do an excellent job .One of the techs has 2 kiddos with his wife that works, the kiddos are super cute but often distract the techs from actually doing the job.Overall they get the job done.. just be mindful that they become busy and may not be 100% with you.

RUDE their equipment was not sanitized correctly. They did not clean the pedicure stations after each use. their instruments we also reused. Thought it was ok to make fun of my special needs daughter, yes I understand Vietnamese. THEY ARE VERY ROUGH ON YOUR HANDS. Will NOT go back

We had an appt first thing when it opened on 3/4/18. I sat with the only guy that was working. He hardly talked to me to begin with, was rude to customers who came in (wanting something fixed they did the day before) and he asked me about 5x if I wanted solar, I told him no 5x and explained it was for a trip, I dont keep them on long. He tells me $35. My best friend is getting her pedicure and the lady cuts her nail so short, she bled...A LOT - didnt offer a discount which is another story) so I told my best friend who had the pricing pamphlet and she said I was getting solar nails, so I asked him and he said yes. I said I told you I didnt want Solar I wanted acrylic and he said they are acrylic tips and they only offer solar. I think he really only likes doing solar as it is a bit faster? I asked him then why is it an option and they only offer solar (mind you, he was about done with 1 hand) and he said yes, I said interesting. Another worker in their language sounded like she was saying I told him multiple times, no to solar. IN the end he charged me the solar price which are horrible he didnt even cover the entire tip or my nail and the nail kit. I left no tip and we definitely will never go back to this joke.

My husband and I went in to receive the deluxe manicure and deluxe pedicure together. It was awesome. We should have taken before and after pictures of his hands and feet. They did an awesome job!☺

I attempted to get a pedicure with a friend here this last weekend and was pretty much denied service. No one looked up to talk to us, just asked if we had appointment and when said no, they told us they didnt have time. I did attempt to call 2 times earlier that morning to make an appointment and no one answered the phone. We were not even offered a time to come back. I just feel this place does not offer very good customer service.

Best shellac manicures I have ever had!

I have always gone to designer nails and I usually have Casey do my nails and my eye brows, I love her. The day before my wedding Ken did my nails (acrylic $30) and I had a regular pedicure ($25) as well which comes to about $55, and I was charged $70. I would understand if I got charged extra for a design but I just wanted plain nothing crazy, just something basic. I had my sister in law with me as well and the lady that did her nails over charged her as well and added in a tip for herself in that charge. That is just outrageous. As a loyal customer I was disappointed, not sure if I plan on returning.

My friend and I went in for a pedicure yesterday and not only did we wait for 45 minutes after our appointments before we even got into a chair. When we got to soak our feet the water was ice cold. We both asked for the water to be warmer but nope not happening. During our pedicure the two ladies doing them they were in a rush...The lady this did my toes did something the my left big toe that it was hurting a little bit.. When I woke up this morning its red, swollen and hot to the touch. Yay thanks so much.

They provided excellent service. I have been using them for one year, every two weeks I get a manicure and every three or four weeks a pedicure. The only issues I have notice that sometimes they are overbooked and once had to wait way too long. Given the one (time) issue I have to say they are the best place to go for nail service.

The nails are okay I wouldn’t recommend if you are picky about how your nails are done but the people were nice to me. I made a opponent for 3 and they started working on me around 3:15. Overall was a alright experience.

I scheduled an appointment 8 days in advance, not only were did they show up late, they asked me to come back 45 minutes later because they scheduled 4 other appointments. They asked if I could come back in 45 minutes. Absolutely absurd. I will never go back.

Waited 45 MINUTES and someone else came AFTER me and they took her in as soon as she got there, so i left. I will not wait and wait all night i left work early took my daughter to daycare to not even be seen. Waste of my time, I will never go back.

I worked with Ken I believe was his name. He has a great personality and he showed me pics of his beautiful daughter and we conversated so Im not giving a one star. The issue is that its 2017 and there are so many fun nail designs online. I requested a simple zigzag design on a couple of my nails so nothing like the crazy nails now with the claw look and insane amounts of gems and accessories. I only needed two colors to complete this nail design I wanted. Not only was he CONSTANTLY stopping to look up and stare at some ruckus or sound in the room for minutes at a time but he also took just over an hour and a half to do something Id say, these days, is quite simple. I dont feel its a lot to ask considering the fact that nail design has reached a cool and crazy level of expectation now a days. If you work in a nail salon I think you should expect people coming in wanting a little or maybe a lot more than a solid color or French nail... Go on google for goodness sakes!

I went to get my nails done shellac at first it looked nice i was happy. Next day my nails were chipping all the same color, they fixed it the three that were chipping same color. Again the next day same thingv they were chipping same color again same nails i asked if I could change the color they said no they would charge me. After fixing The same three nails they said no more next time charge me. I Will not go back again.

Ive been going here for about 3-4 months and they every time have done better then any other place i have been to. i recommend you coming here. they are just absolutely amazing at their job.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Cold water, but know one asked. She ripped my current shellac off my toenails with a cuticle cutter and then kept telling me my toenails needed a break from shellac because it was making them thin. Since they couldn’t be thin from having a layer of nail ripped off them or anything. One toenail came half off from her taking my shellac off that way. I ended up having her paint my toes instead of shellac and leaving ASAP. Watched her clean the pedicure tub with dish soap after leaving. And made me buy my own file and buffer since I didn’t bring one with me? Never again.

Called and made a next day appointment, they didnt write it down, so when I walked in they didnt expect us (2 people), told us to come back half an hour later, and then rushed through the nails as fast as possible. I just got them down and sat down and noticed I have polish on my fingers, and clear coat bubbling up the sides. Not coming here again. Oh yeah, and they scraped my moms nail so hard it bled.

Only place I go to for my pedicures! They take good care of you :)

We literally drove 2 hours to have a girls day that started with getting nails done here..... but unfortunately we were met with rude customer service and because we were a smudge early they said you have to wait till your appointment this was the only communication to us.... no big deal.... but... our appointment time came and went and they said nothing just let us sit there so we left without a word... so disrespectful and waisted our time. WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF COULD. WE WILL NEVER COME AGAIN.

Poor customer service...when you ask for something, and they dont do it because THEY dont like it, or think that it looks good. Just wow. Showed a simple picture of what I wanted, a simple blue with sparkles, and the person didnt do it because he didnt like the color. How rude is that? Super unprofessional. Its not like youre doing your own nails. Not ever going here again!

Rude people! Cold water for pedicures. The Hot towel was very very cold! Lady nicked my toes and I screamed Ouch! Then! After clean feet they had us walk barefoot over their gross floor of cut toenails to the foot driers. I had to apologize to my friends that their birthday pedicures were awful. Ugh! Listen to reviews!

Got a shellac manicure for the first time and she had me wash my hands and so I did. Once she started painting my nails she asked if I washed my hands with soap and that I wasnt supposed to use soap and that next time just wash with water because shellac does not mix with soap. She should have told me this before washing my hands (I never knew this). She still continued to paint the rest of my nails instead of starting over. They came out really sloppy! and theres parts that she missed. Never coming back here again.

It was wonderful the people are so nice my nails lasted for a very long time and I just got them painted and cleaned up both my feet and hands they do a wonderful job

Scheduled two pedicures for Sunday, July 5. They decided to take two days off for July 4th holiday. No phone call from Designer Nails staff saying they would be closed. Will not be returning to this nail salon!

So I went in, wanting a full set of acrylics and a gel paint. I left with no acrylics, my nails completely trimmed to where they actually hurt they are so short, and a color that I didnt want, nor asked for.... I wanted a black- blue ombré matte nail, and I got a shiny navy instead on all my nails. This was my first experience at a nail salon, I’ve never been to one before, and I paid $25, for something I could have done at home for free.. I’m irritated and upset since I drove 45 mins there just to not get what I wanted for my nails.... they were super nice, and I would like to give them a better review but, idk how badly you can mess something up like acrylics, and a paint... but they did....

They are great about taking walk-Ins, but I dont recommend this place. Ive given it three tries! The last experience was the worse. I had a mani/pedi. The gal cut my foot while using the callous remover. Didnt apologize; instead said it was because my skin was too soft. She did my manicure while standing up so Im assuming she was in a hurry. When I got home I had to take a Q-Tip to my toes to remove polish from my skin. I hate giving bad reviews, but realize how much I count on reviews when looking for a new business.

Over priced and i got the $33 service which was a longer massage. She didnt push back my cuticles and didnt let my feet soak. She just started clipping my un pushed back cuticles. I was a walk in and My pedicure was 30 mins. Where i normally go its an hr.When i was there about 3 people came in complained about having an appointment and the lady insist they reschedule. The girls next to me got the delux pedi and paid 50 and got a 35 min pedicure. I really couldnt believe how they are ripping clients off. They were nice people but who isnt nice when they are hussling their clients. I even asked her how long is your standard pedicure she said 25 mins. My appointment was so fast it to longer for my nail polish to dry than the service i got😳 I will never come here again.

The staff at Designer Nails are very friendly, attentive, personable, & accomandatting. They keep a very positive atmosphere with the clientle. Always a smile to go along with any conversation. I enjoy that they remember me even if a bit of time has passed. They always do a great job on my nails, no matter how bad they are. They make sure you like what you see & thats important to me. I did not have a good experience! The facility is dirty. They just throw nail clippings on the floor. Made me walk through them without offering flip flops. They were rude to me but so nice to my brother. Did not clean tools per state board. And my Polish chipped the first day.. I will be calling stateboard. I am a licensed nail tech and I warn all others not to go there

First time there and I had an appointment at 530 with a friend. They start her at 630 and then say they couldn’t start me until after her which would have been 7pm an hr and a half later. They made no apologies and were rude. I walked out and left without even getting my nails done. Awful experience!!!
