Well.. lets just say I have been waiting for an hour. I made my appointment for 6pm. I showed up five minutes early. Waited for 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me than they tell me they couldnt do mine today and to come back tomorrow and I told them that wouldnt work. They told me to wait 30 minutes and so I waited and than I waited an additional 20 minutes. Finally got in a chair and the lady couldnt even do my nails straight. Someone else had to come do them. The green i wanted that they had was completely dried out. So I went with a different green. But when she put the gold stripes on my finger she couldnt even put it straight, she did some lines thicker than the other finger. Not even straight. So if you want to spend a total of 2 and half hours for a fill be my guest and go there but I highly do not recommend this place.Especially having me pay 55 for nails I do not even like at all.

My daughter and I got our pedicures done together, no appointment, with very little wait time. They were very good with her and made her first experience wonderful.

I have been here 3 times. The first time I wasn’t incredibly thrilled about the results. But I gave them a second chance, and returned because my other/regular nail salon was booked and I needed to get my nails done stat.The second time, Thi (older woman), did my nails. She asked what shape and color I wanted. I told her almond shape with white tip, and shellac polish. That seem to irritate her. I soon found out that they do white tips the old fashion way-they paint the white polish on the tip of your nail and then use nail polish remover and a brush to shape the polish. That was upsetting as it took way more time. But I went along with it. She cut me 3 times (3 different nails) during my session, to the point that I was bleeding. When putting the powder on… she seemed to question herself and seemed uncertain about the job she was doing. Overall, a super long, painful, irritating experience. My nails weren’t great looking… And I had to do some touch up after I left the salon… But I dealt with what I had.I returned a third time (crazy, I know), as my usual nail place was booked (I’m horrible at making appointments). But I specifically told the person on the phone that I didn’t want the same lady. The man said “oh she’s not working today”. Cool. I get there, and it isn’t until we are several minutes into my session that I realize… I got the same lady as I had last time! There was no one else there that I could switch to either as they all had customers. She asked me if I wanted to cut my nails down shorter. I said no. She seemed relieved. Then she asked me to pick a color. I told her I want the white tip again. That seemed to irritate her, just like last time. It probably irritates her because it’s more work doing it the old-fashioned way that they do. Most other places anymore either have white plastic tips or they use white powder. They don’t use white polish and do it the old-fashioned way. She burned me when using the electric spinning file tool. When she had me put my hand under the blue light, there was nail glue (mixed with something else) on the table top where my hand rested. I got that all over my fingertips. I tried to explain to her that she needs to wipe down the table before I put my hand back down, but she wouldn’t understand anything I said because she didn’t speak much/understand English. She then had a coworker come over to try and understand, who also didn’t speak any English. So I literally had to demonstrate what I needed her to do before I would put my hand back down on the table under the blue light. The fact that there wasn’t really anyone there that can understand, and speak, English was super frustrating. She did a much lazier job with my nails this time around. The white polish looks terrible and isn’t even. The overall dried powder was not filed smooth. My nails are all lumpy bumpy looking. She left acrylic overlapping on my skin to dry, rather than removing it from my skin. The outside edges of my nails were not evenly filed. When I left the salon, I had a use my own nail file to file the sides and top tip so they are smooth and even, with the tip having an even curve. It’s really hard to get just how bad of a job she did, to show in photos. But I’ve posted what I can.I will definitely not be returning! Any more, getting your nails done isn’t cheap. It’s a lot of money spent every two weeks. For the price that one pays to get them done by a professional, The results should be to the customer’s satisfaction. You should get what you pay for. And on top of the standard fee you pay, they want a tip too. She did not receive a tip from me this last time. Shame on me for giving them 2 other chances after the first visit. Waste of money!

I’ve been going here for pedicures since I was 16 and I’m now 22 and this is still my favorite place to go. They do start a little late sometimes (but what nail salon doesn’t??) By far the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten, never had a manicure here but I won’t go anywhere else in Salem or Keizer for a pedicure.

Just say NO to this place!Nail polish was coming off inside a week! Over charge too! They are Great at adding themselves a tip.

Ive been here a times before. Each time I try a new nail tech. Some do really good nails while others will get help if they dont understand you. They have lower prices than other places Ive been to. Dont forget to bring your own nail file or they will charge you extra. Also they will fix your nails if you get a chip or something happens within 48 hours. I find it best to go between noon to 3pm to get in without an appointment Monday to Thursday. There is only girl there who will do a design of your choice if you show her before you start.

I am not happy at all with this place! First time, I waited for my scheduled manicure appointment for over 30 minutes. Second time, I waited again for over 30 minutes! It’s Really bad that costumers have to wait for sooo long!

Got a full set done and not only are my nails not the same length or shape, they’re also very lumpy and not smooth whatsoever. I’m so disappointed I wasted $47.

Save your money and go else where!The woman who was by the door did my nails. I ask for short nails, and when she was cutting she almost cut the tip of my fingers with the scissors. Not to mention all the finger nails are uneven. Not one cut the same. And a few are lopsided.I ended up getting french tips. And not one of the nail tips fit my fingers when you look.And depending on the spot it is uneven.8

Very efficient and my nails are beautiful

They do really great work. Got the Cadillac deluxe super rad pedicure. My feet havent felt this good or smooth since birth. Absolutely fantastic. Parking can be junk. But trust me park a bit away because backing out directly in front of the store is a stunt man job. Give it a go. You wont regret it and your feet will be happy.

I got acrylics here, and the woman who did my nails was incredibly patient, detail oriented, and kind. She worked fairly quick and accurately. They also got me in fairly last minute when I called for two acrylic appointments. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

The experience could have been better. There arent enough employees for walk ins but it says walk ins welcome. Also you need to bring your own nail buffers or pay extra for them. I have never heard of that.

Best place EVERY today is February 22 and I got a pedicure on January 8th crazy my toes are still in tact. Went back after cruise got tips taken off with the dip have only lost one . In Yuma now and I’m afraid to go to anyone else here bc I know I will never have these nails again. Can’t wait to go back!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Depends on who you get to do your nails but the options are great and the variety of colors are wonderful. One of the best places for a pedicure!

They went really fast and they were not quality

I had a friend go and her nails looked good but her fingers were bruised and had scratches. Not to mention multiple nails were lifting with air pockets right after the appointment. Her cuticles weren’t pushed back and the nails weren’t smoothed down at the nail bed.

Great job on my pedicure. I brought my baby in with me and the woman was very sweet to her and patient with me anytime I had to care for baby. Definitely will be coming back.

I went with my granddaughter to get a pedicure, I have to say this place is the best in Salem/Keizer. Ive been to others but nothing like Les Nail & Spa. They are so friendly and make you feel right at home. I will see my lady Nancy every 4 to 6 weeks from now on. Give them a try you wont be disappointed. Thank you Nancy!!😃

I have been going here for years and i love them! I have tried other places, like high end in Portland but i keep coming back here. I only get there pedicured and i love them. The wax is amazing!

My regular salon is closed and I had a broken nail so I needed to get a fresh fill and came here . I should of suffered and waited till my place was open again.The nail tech used the wrong powder and didn’t smooth it out so there is bumps plus it’s thick I told her I don’t like them this way but she was starting to rush since she over booked herself and had people waiting . I showed her a photo of how I like my gems styled and she did not show me the sizes just put these little baby dots on my fingers without any gummy glue just used clear nail polish they are going to fall off fast! I’m extremely disappointed.

Lady was rude and very aggressive. I kept a calm and nice demor through the knicks and cuts the whole time. I finally couldnt handle it and said ouch out loud and I probaly should have said something but thought she would get it by my bleeding fingers...My nails look good but it wasnt a relaxing experience as I hoped it would be

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was my worst experience at a nail salon. I made an appointment for my daughter and I to have gel polish removed and get new polish. I was told when I made the appointment that they had time to do both at the same time. We had other appointments that afternoon or it wouldn’t have mattered.They started on my daughters nails and wrapped mine in acetone and tin foil. Then they had 2 walk in pedicures and the guy pulled the lady working on my nails to do the pedicures. Left me wrapped in the foil and acetone for 35 minutes. It was burning and I pulled them off myself and told them to forget it. So for those saying they accommodate walk ins, keep in mind it may be at someone else’s expense.

Bubbles and dents in my gel nails, didn’t do glue enough, 2 nails popped of within 2 days, lady was mean who was doing my nails

I wish 0 stars was an option. The staff is rude and the man who owns the salon who is usually always there is HORRIBLE he is so rude and disrespectful. I went in for SNS twice I experienced breaking and cracking very few days after being done, when I went back in to have these fixed he told me I was a liar and did not have my nails done with them... my mother had a pedicure done there and was cut so deep on her toe she bled profusely, the lady doing her pedicure covered the blood with clear nail polish and proceeded to use a visibly dirty tool on her open wound. She has since then reported them to the health department. On 2 separate occasions I was charged not once but TWICE for my services. When I brought this to the mans attention he said to me thats not me. Leave and never come back!! I showed bank statements with their name associated with the charges.... I urge you not to visit this nail salon.

The lady doing my full set did not seem like she knew what she was doing AT ALL. My nails were going in all different directions and the acrylic was piled on. I was forced to have her stop halfway through and go somewhere else to get them fixed. Terrible experience.

Ive had good service here and bad... Unfortunately the bad way outweigh the good. Ann is wonderful at SNS and If I could review her separately Id give her 5 stars, but somehow I always end up with the lady closest to the door even when requesting Ann... Ive had nasty cuts, was told they only take cash when I literally saw the lady ahead of me pay with a card and multiple other issues. My bad for continuing to give this place second, third and fourth chances.

I have been other places one of the best pedicures I have had...one toe nail shorter than the other but the experience made up for it.

I paid over $60 for two half ass pedicure my feet are still rough and both mine and my moms nails are not pained all the way. The people there are extremely rude. I will never go back there.

Worst experience and will never go back. My nail lady was upset because my nail beds were “too long”. Keep in mind I got my nails done 2 weeks prior. The whole time I was getting my nails done I had 3 people looking over my nails the whole time, and discussing back and fourth about them. I finally asked “is something wrong?”. And in that moment she “forgot” how to speak english... very very uncomfortable feeling the whole time sitting there. My gel nail polish is so messed up with indents and bubbles. I’ve never had someone do such a horrible job on my nails. Honestly it looks like a kid did them. I will never go back and never rush into a nail appointment at a new place. Very pricy as well and would not suggest anyone going here..my fill and polish change was $40 more than my full set.

The gentelman at the front desk is rude & short. After being asked what we wanted done, I went with acrylic, we had a 15min wait. So we ran next door to use ATM. When we returned, they immediately started my nails. When she finished my nails, she quoted me the price of solar. I stated that is not what I asked for and she never once asked what product I wanted because I had already told the gentleman when we first arrived. He was very rude & insisted she showed me the color choices, she only showed me white & sparkle white. After a short go around, they charged me what I originally requested. Regardless, I will not be returning. My nails look cheaply done as they used pink fill & not clear.

Save money...go else where...the lady by the door cut my pinky and burned it with her drill she asked me if my length was short enough I said please shorter and she didn’t do it. The girl next to me asked her if she could have an area fixed she looked at it and basically dismissed her. Not happy with my service my gel top polish has bubbles and dents...

The worst manicure ever. Pedicure ok. I took my polish off when I got home cause my nails were so uneven.I paid a total of 43$ and left a 10$ tip. I wish I looked at reviews before. Customer service is so bad.

Let me start by saying Ive been getting mani-pedi every 2 weeks for 30 years. This is absolutely the worst workmanship Ive ever experienced. My 17 month old grandson could have done better. Its such a shame because they use fantastic products. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they did nothing. In addition I called again this morning and again will not refund or redo. Paid $178 for my daughter and I and we both look like kindergarteners did the work. I also plan to report them to their board as I cant imagine the person is certified.

Worst place ever! Extremely rude to customers and unwilling to fix mistakes. Very disappointed in the way they treated my daughter. Two nails broke off next day and they would not fix or even apologize about it.

The worst experiences I have had. I got SNS nails done and they were bumpy and crooked and they didn’t even clean my cuticles up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back today and they messed them up again. My nail polish was all botched up and I had darker spots on some parts of my nail. When I told them I was not satisfied they blamed it on the hott weather. Also, they are very rude here and are in a bad mood every time I have gone.

Nail teck arguing with owner and did a horrible job on nails because she was upset and arguing! Was very uncomfortable and will never be back.. paid for something we did not get. 😠Owner gave a refund and gift certificate because of it

Ive been to almost every nail salon in Keizer, this one is by far the most sanitary! I like that the regular pedi includes the paraffin wax and callus remover. Instead of the other salons charging $5 extra for each ! This will be where I come back for sure.
