I had a crown removed today so I could have a cavity filled. I was very nervous since I have had bad experiences before. Dr. Nong was very calming and reassuring and did a great job. Karen, his assistant did a great job of answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable. This was my first visit here and from my experience, I will go back.

I am so comfortable with this dentist! I have a friend who recommended him to me. Costs are not unheard of but what is reasonable these days. Today I had two extractions, he was very caring.

I had to have preparation work done for a crown (core and post). A previous dentist had extracted my fractured tooth. The previous experience made me very hesitant with going to a new dental office. From walking into this office, to meeting the entire staff, my experience was reassuring.The hygienist (Paulina) was excellent and put me at ease right from the start. She explained everything she was doing in detail and any questions I had she answered and was very detailed in her explanations. There never seemed to be any time pressure and nothing was rushed. Dr. Nong is an exceptional dentist . He explained what he was going to do, giving me the chance to ask any questions before he began work.They were both very up beat, outstanding at their job and put me at ease at all times.I highly recommend this dental practice, I have more work to be done and this is the only place I will go.Thank you!

This dental office said I had periodontal disease with no pockets in my gums. They didn’t even measure them. They went by X-rays. When I told them I just wanted a routine cleaning, they refused unless I paid for the expensive deep cleaning. I’ve never been told this before. beware!

Been seeing Dr. Nong and his staff since he opened his dental office. He has all the updated equipment. His staff and he has always been very professional. Always very happy with there service.

I need my tooth pulled. Thats it. They want $94 for exam and X-ray just so I can tell them to pull it. They dont even put that cost towards the procedure like other places. I thought Id save gas n time . Nope.

Painless procedure with great results! Recently got an old crown replace - bad work by a previous dentist. Dr. Nong and Karen made the entire process painless - even the multiple numbing shots I needed! And the new crown fit perfectly from the first try and looks so much better. Great team! Polly is great too!!

Absolutely LOVE this office! I had an emergency, my husband called on a Monday, they got me in that same day. They made sure everything was done for me to get my tooth extracted after the initial visit. When I went in there, my hygienist Trista was so sweet and so calming. Dr. Nong is AMAZING and so sweet and caring. Definitely found my dentist!

I highly recommend palm landing dental! My daughter chipped her tooth last night at flag practice for high school Starlets. They got her in at 9:00 am and completed the temporary crown. She is 16 and it was her front tooth so you can imagine how embarrassed she was. When she left the dentist you could not tell she had s crown on her teeth looked great. The staff was so kind and understanding through this. Definitely the best dentist in Palm Coast.

Great Dentist, he is fantastic! I have been going to this office for over 6 years. Karen, Paulina, Nikki, Kim and many others who are all great. My whole family and friends now go to this office. Still the best.

Been going to Dr. Nong for years, since he went out on his own; everyone is really patient with you, esp. my hygienist, Polly, and tho we dont have dental insurance anymore, we continue to want to stay with Dr. Nongs practice, as there are so many new dentists in town...

Research before going to this dentist office. They try to do work in your mouth that is not needed.I went there did xrays and DR priced me for full deep cleaning all over my mouth and even a crown. I refused and mentioned I don’t need it all these. They insisted yes. Dr or Hygienist never reviewed proper my mouth by tooth an numbers of tart or plaque. They priced really high and even maintenance every 3 month (of course for extra money). They offered them don’t do the antibiotics and will save some money (really?.) So, I took my xrays went to my old DR in Ormond and I was right. Just need deep cleaning back of mouth and only few teeth where tart was 6-8 tart not entire mouth and even crown was not needed.So, Be careful with this dental office. They are trying to still money.

Great dentist!!! Great staff!!! Im a high fear patient and they do everything they can to keep me comfortable while Im there (and believe me thats not easy) I highly recommend them.

Weve recently started going to Dr. Nong. We are a family of 5 who needed to find a local dentist so, after several recommendations from friends and family, we decided to give Palm Landing Dental a try. So far, i cant complain! Theyre kind, courteous, and the office is very clean. Im hoping to continue this relationship because Im not a big fan of going to the dentist!

Terrible practice. Rude. Went to the practice to help a friend sort out some miscommunications to find out they diagnosed her periodontal disease from an X-ray. They wanted her to pay for perio charting, then a perio cleaning. She went to another practice and was told she had beautiful teeth with no pocketing. They are out for the money and put patients through unnecessary steps. Will be reporting to the dental board.

You are rude and you are a scam. You hung up on us several times when we called to ask why we were told one price and charged 2x as much after it was finished. Classic bait and switch scam.

Just three years ago Dr. Nong replaced a front tooth crown for me, and four months ago it popped-out! I learned there was nothing wrong with the crown, the Dentist had not set it in properly and this is why it had loosened and popped out.The workmanship and the expense is unrealistic!!

Started off a good place to go and get cleanings and fillings, until one old metal filling fell out and I went in to get it refilled. He numbed me up, went to drill and I felt it. So he stopped and said I needed a root canal. Also had an abscess that he prescribed penicillin for and did nothing. Went to see an endodontist at another providers location closer to my house, they told me that I didnt need one. Went back to Dr. Nong and he got mad about me going to another providers office to see the endodontist he referred me to and tried to tell me that I still needed a root canal and I was not allowed to go back to that providers office to see the endodontist, and that I had to drive 45 minutes up to St. Augustine to see her. Needless to say, that was my last visit to that office
