So a friend and I went there on Saturday at 1:30 for dip nails. She applied the base wrong and had to redo one of mine. Then she applied 2 coats of powder on my friend and it was lumpy and started chipping off. She had to file down every single nail on her hand, and redo it. We were there from 1:30 until almost 5. 3.5 hours to get dip. Then she charged us both full price and charged us 5 dollars a piece to use cards on top of a tip. The nails look horrible, not even shaped the way we asked. And my pointer finger nail broke off today, not even a week later. Would not recommend.

I would not recommend buying any gift cards from this establishment. I was charged an extra 5 dollars to use my debit card, then when my girlfriend used it, they took another 5 dollars away because I paid with a card. So In reality I lost 10 dollars for paying with my card . I’m not one to do bad reviews but when I’ve been played and ripped off, I have to try and prevent it from happening to someone else. Another thing is, when I bought the gift card I was never told my gf WOULD NOT be able to use it after Christmas for a whole other month and a half .I think they really need to figure out a different system for gift cards

I have been looking for a great place to get a gel pedicure at a decent rate. I realized Marissa’s was local and decided to give it a try. My initial visit was lovely, however the gel pedicure I got was not. I enjoyed talking to Marissa and relaxing in the massage chair, but I could tell right from the start there was something not working with the gel heater she used. It kept falling off the foot rest, the bottom piece would not stay on, and from my experience the amount of time my toenails were under the light was not nearly long enough. I told my husband that although the nails looked beautiful I didn’t think they would last long. Typically every gel pedicure I have ever had has lasted a minimum of three weeks and a maximum of three months with the expection of my toenails growing out. Marissa’s pedicure lasted THREE DAYS! I couldn’t believe it...I thought at least a week or two...but no, three days. They began just coming off in full strips with minimal wear and tear. I had to make another appointment to come and get it taken care of. She told me I could come in and she would squeeze me in, but sadly this time will be my last. :( she had me sit in a regular chair and tried to use the light set for finger nails that would hardly fit my feet...the gel polish I selected wasn’t even in the correct bottle. Marissa is very sweet and I love her shop, but the rushed job I just had done today will probably last even less time. It is messy and looks awful. AND she only did one coat...that is NOT a really gel pedicure. If I could have a full refund, I would never have wasted my time going back. So very disappointed. :,(

First, dont make an appoinment. Even if you do, they over book and do not pay attention to appointment times. Second, my nails are a mess. I was charged 100 dollars to have a really really lousy pedicure done. The polish is all over my toes and the bottoms of my feet are not scrubbed or taken care of. Plus, only half of some nails have clear coat. Next, my hands. I had a simple manicure with french polish. Once the first coat went on the last two just as my toes are sloppy and only half covering.Im really really upset. You pay good money to have fresh neat nails and I used to like going there. I wont make that mistake again. My youngest child would have done a neater more professional job. Sloppy and not professional.
