Very welcoming and capable gym! Its accommodating and welcoming to beginners of all ages, yet has the coaching expertise to train the highest level athletes. This is the most comfortable atmosphere of any gym I’ve been to and it’s been an absolute game changer for my health and fitness. Do it!

My whole family has been attending CFH for ~7 years. I can’t imagine calling another gym home. The people who fill this gym make it such a welcoming and fun experience. Before joining this gym I would run or go to a traditional gym. Over time my progress plateaued and it was hard to stay motivated. Enter CFH! I fell in love immediately. Not only have I faced challenging workouts from Day 1 through today, but I have a blast doing it. The workouts are already programmed before you come to the gym, so all you have to do is show up, tie your shoes, and get to work. The workouts are constantly varied. This doesn’t mean random though, careful thought is put into both the short and long term purpose of everything that’s done. This keeps it fun for us when we workout, and also makes our fitness well rounded.I was a little intimidated when I was coming to my first class. A lot of the movements I saw them doing were foreign to me, and I had not been around big weights before. This feeling quickly went away though. Everyone is so excited to see each other’s progress. It doesn’t matter who you are, what your goals are, or what your skill level is. The coaches do a great job instructing new athletes as well as advanced ones (and everyone in between). You don’t need any experience to try it out, and you will be welcomed with open arms!Also if you are traveling and looking for a gym to drop into, this should be your choice. Drop in rates are super reasonable and I always hear coaches working with people if someone is here for multiple days. It’s already hard enough to keep up a routine when traveling, having to pay some obscene drop-in rate on top of that only makes it worse.

The best thing about CrossFit Helena is the old school feel and the people who train here. I absolutely love this box! Ive had numerous CrossFit coaches throughout the years and Mark Olson is by far the absolute best! His dedication to our gym and his athletes is first-class! Of all the boxes in our area, CrossFit Helena is my hands down fave! Love you guys!!

The second best CrossFit box in Helena. A smaller yet functional space with nearly everything you need to complete your WOD. Plenty of parking and located in a quieter part of town.

My husband and I dropped in for a workout on a cross-country trip and Kier and the 1130 class couldnt have been more welcoming! We had a great workout (or as good as our sea-level acclimated bodies would give us) and were ready for the next leg of our journey. $20 for a WOD and a shirt is a great deal--we highly recommend!
